호텔의 위치는 훌륭하고 서비스 직원은 친절하며 방은 측면에 있으며 방에는 2 개의 발코니가 있으며 태양은 방에 매우 편안합니다. 크라쿠프에 와서 숙박하는 것이 좋습니다.

Great hotel in unbeatable location in krakow. Room was spacious and modern, including huge bathroom. Beds were a little small (we had 2 doubles for 3 people). Staff were fantastic through from reception, to breakfast to the spa and the housekeeping staff Would return.

호텔은 구시가지 외곽에 위치해 있어 구시가지까지 도보로 이동이 매우 편리하며 근처에 교통이 편리합니다. 방이 크지 않고 위생상태도 좋습니다. 호텔 조식은 다양한 음식이 뷔페식으로 제공됩니다. 로비 직원이 친절하고 체크아웃 후 짐을 호텔에 맡길 수 있어 편하게 지내실 수 있습니다. 엄청난!

위치가 정말 좋았습니다. 고급스럽고 객실도 넓고 전망도 훌륭했어요. 직원분들도 친절하시고, 어떤 문제에 대해서도 항상 웃는 얼굴로 응대해 주셨습니다. 조식도 아주 맛있었어요. 주변에 주차 공간도 넉넉합니다. 호텔 투숙객은 하루 60즐로티에 주차할 수 있어요. 정말 떠나기 싫을 정도로 만족스러웠습니다. 꼭 다시 방문할 거예요.

호텔은 매력적이고 아늑한 호텔입니다. 좋은 방, 좋은 아침 식사 스프레드. 그리고 맥주를 마시고 싶다면 크라쿠프에서 가장 좋은 ******가 아래층에 있습니다. 내 유일한 쇠고기는 그들이 자신을 5 성급 호텔로 설명한다는 것입니다. 가장 확실히 5 성급이 아닙니다. 그러나 좋은 호텔은 모두 동일합니다.

최고 수준의 호텔입니다. 5성급 호텔이라는 느낌을 받으실 수 있습니다. 서비스가 매우 훌륭하고 모든 것이 추가적으로 제공됩니다. 조식은 정말 맛있고 다양합니다. 누구나 자기에게 맞는 것을 찾을 수 있을 것입니다. 위치도 좋습니다. 호텔은 바벨 성 바로 옆에 있어서 모든 것이 가깝습니다. 추천합니다.

An amazing ski in ski out with thermal bath resort hotel. The ski facility was great. The thermal bath was the best. There are water slides, wave pool, lazy river, etc. A little improvement for the breakfast. Although the variety offered was plenty, I feel the breakfast quality at Mercure Krakow Miasto was better despite having less breakfast variety. Everything else was great and I am really satisfied. One tips: get your lunch or dinner at the restaurant outside the hotel's main building. You will see it when you exit the hotel toward the thermal bath direction from the outside. They have great pork knuckle at really affordable price (around 12 euro for a big pork knuckle). Combine it with their boiled potatoes at very affordable price (around 2 euro or something). In my opinion, they are a much better choice than the express food inside the thermal bath. If you like chinese style dumpling, make sure you choose the ”Meat Dumpling” at the outside restaurant (the one selling pork knuckle). It taste much better than the dumpling with some sort of ”cheese filling” offered by the restaurant in the pool area.

이 호텔에는 무료 주차장이 있으며 위치가 매우 좋으며 객실이 넓고 시설이 새로워졌습니다. 유일한 문제는 내가 지불 한 Ctrip에서 트윈 룸을 예약했다는 것입니다.

환영은 5성급은 아니었지만, 기본적인 수준이었습니다. 호텔에 대한 간단한 소개조차 없이, 어떤 서비스를 이용할 수 있는지 전혀 설명하지 않았습니다. 레스토랑은 평범하고 매우 비쌉니다. 개선이 필요해 보입니다.

Bel hôtel calme, joliment décoré. Atmosphère chaleureuse. La chambre avec vue sur la montagne est juste superbe. Emplacement proche de la rue principale, sans en avoir les inconvénients. nous y retourneront surement
