I absolutely loved my stay at Stradom House, Autograph Collection. From the moment you enter the lobby and bar, the stunning interior decor sets the tone, and the room itself was spacious, artfully designed, and luxurious yet comfortable, with elegant furniture and a beautiful bathroom—easily a 10/10. My room was located in a separate building accessed through an underground tunnel, which at first seemed quirky but turned out to be utterly charming, as the tunnel itself is beautifully decorated and enchanting to walk through. Breakfast was a highlight, with delicious hot dishes made to order from the à la carte menu complemented by an abundant buffet, all enjoyed in a gorgeous breakfast room overlooking a peaceful garden—a truly fantastic way to start the day. The location is another strong advantage, within an easy walk of the Market Square, Wawel Castle, and the lively Kazimierz district. Overall, this hotel delivers comfort, style, and unforgettable experiences—I highly recommend it.

크라쿠프 외곽에 있는 괜찮은 호텔입니다. 기차역까지 걸어서 10분, 공항에서 차로 7분 거리에 있습니다. 객실에는 생수, 주전자, 차, 커피가 제공되었습니다. 길 건너편에는 맥도날드가 있습니다.

An amazing ski in ski out with thermal bath resort hotel. The ski facility was great. The thermal bath was the best. There are water slides, wave pool, lazy river, etc. A little improvement for the breakfast. Although the variety offered was plenty, I feel the breakfast quality at Mercure Krakow Miasto was better despite having less breakfast variety. Everything else was great and I am really satisfied. One tips: get your lunch or dinner at the restaurant outside the hotel's main building. You will see it when you exit the hotel toward the thermal bath direction from the outside. They have great pork knuckle at really affordable price (around 12 euro for a big pork knuckle). Combine it with their boiled potatoes at very affordable price (around 2 euro or something). In my opinion, they are a much better choice than the express food inside the thermal bath. If you like chinese style dumpling, make sure you choose the ”Meat Dumpling” at the outside restaurant (the one selling pork knuckle). It taste much better than the dumpling with some sort of ”cheese filling” offered by the restaurant in the pool area.

The location is unbeatable and you can’t get any more convenient than this. Everything is right outside of the hotel but still on a quiet road. Even is 4 years old the hotel feel new and clean. Spacious rooms comfy bed. Large size bathroom. Staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. Everything is amazing and

절대적으로 멋진 호텔이며 크라쿠프 중심부에 위치하고 있습니다! 도착하자마자 나는 나를 놀라게 한 정확한 두유 라떼인 커피를 제공받았습니다. 리셉션에서 필요한 모든 도움은 최대한의 노력으로 세심했습니다. 예를 들어, 나는 유럽의 많은 공항을 통해 100ml 제한이 강화되었음을 몰랐기 때문에 떠나기 전에 더 많은 쇼핑을 할 수 있었습니다. 모든 것이 매우 깨끗하고 크라쿠프의 역사와 이야기에 대해 남긴 매우 달콤한 일일 메모, 침대는 매우 편안했습니다! 이 호텔은 정말 휴가 경험을 100배 더 좋게 만들었습니다. 실제로 더 오래 머물고 싶었습니다. 디자인 자체는 재미있고 창의적이며 작은 점은 내부가 매우 따뜻하고 창문이 열려 있다는 것입니다. 3월 초였기 때문에 여름에는 어떤지 궁금합니다. 매우 좋은 가치이지만 GBP에 대한 zloty의 아름다움은 행복하게 다시 머물 것입니다.

This is a 'grand hotel' set right in the heat of the Old Town, just off the corner of the main square, so perfectly located! The rooms are extremely comfortable and very clean. Breakfast is plentiful, although the coffee machine didn't produce the best drinks. We were slightly disappointed that it didn't have an open bar, although on our last night the staff were very accommodating and allowed us to sit there, and served us drinks. We were told that it would be open regularly when the season picked up in a couple of weeks time. It really didn't put us off. Staff were really friendly. There's a mini-bar in the rooms - which is seldom seen these days, and there were a couple of bottles of free water provided each day. Overall we were very pleased with our stay, and would consider the hotel again.

쉐라톤 크라쿠프는 바벨 성에서 도보 5분 거리에 있으며, 비스툴라 강변에 자리 잡고 있어 강변을 따라 산책을 즐기거나 보트 크루즈를 타고 주변 유적지를 둘러볼 수 있는 최적의 입지를 자랑합니다. 호텔 리셉션은 매우 친절하고 정중했습니다. 요청하지 않았는데도 성 전망으로 업그레이드해 주셔서 정말 감사했습니다. 호텔 로비는 훌륭했고, 바로 중앙에 위치해 있었습니다. 바/레스토랑(조식 제공), 라운지, 그리고 위층에는 TV와 휴식 공간이 있는 또 다른 라운지가 있었습니다. 스파, 수영장(포함) 등의 서비스는 이용하지 않았지만, 아침 조식은 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 매우 다양하고 풍성했으며, 다양한 메뉴(오전 7시부터 11시까지, 늦잠 자는 분들에게 안성맞춤)를 제공했습니다. 호텔은 아늑하고 따뜻하며 조용하고 깨끗하며 세련된 디자인을 자랑합니다. 직원들은 친절하고 세심하게 응대해 줍니다. 유일한 단점은 에어컨인데, (적당히) 시끄럽고 따뜻해지지 않습니다. 방이 꽤 추웠고, 미니바 가격도 꽤 비쌌습니다(스니커즈 하나에 5유로!). 그 외에는 책상, 멋진 전망, 다리미, 무료 커피, 차, 생수, 그리고 아주 편안한 침구 등 필요한 모든 것이 갖춰져 있습니다. 크라쿠프에서 아주 좋은 곳입니다. 루프탑 바/레스토랑도 매우 쾌적하고 조용하며 멋진 전망을 자랑합니다. 다시 방문한다면 가격 대비 만족도를 고려했을 때 아마 같은 곳을 선택할 것 같습니다.

During our stay, the pool was unusable because the water was freezing. The breakfasts were delicious. Before check-in, we were required to make a prepayment for the minibar, which was not refunded.

A 5 star hotel with no complaints. The staff were friendly and helpful, about 7 to 10 minutes walk from Zakopane train station. Grand lobby and spacious hotel room. Definitely recommended to stay.
