별 다섯 개 요구 사항에서 멀리 떨어져 있고 환경이 매우 좋고 아침 식사가 너무 형식적이며 호텔에 출입하는 것이 편리하지 않습니다 (Ouyantai에서 조금 떨어져 있음) 택시를 타는 것은 매우 편리하지 않습니다

非常好的酒店，設施豐富

石畳の街を歩き、重厚な扉をくぐった瞬間、まるで時がゆるやかにほどけていくようでした。古い修道院を改装したホテルは、荘厳でありながらも温かく、石壁に灯る柔らかな光が旅人をやさしく迎えてくれます。 チェックインの時に感じた標高の高さも、スタッフの細やかな気配りと、ロビーに漂う落ち着いた香りに包まれていると、すっと軽くなるような気がしました。中庭のアーチを見上げると、過去と現在が静かに重なり合い、クスコという街そのものの魂に触れているようでした。 部屋に入ると、静けさの中に漂う温もりが心を落ち着かせてくれます。窓の外に広がる石造りの街並みは、日ごとに違う表情を見せ、夜には星々がひときわ近く輝いていました。 ここで過ごした時間は、ただの宿泊ではなく、心を深く潤す体験。古の気配と現代の快適さが溶け合う空間で、旅の一瞬一瞬が大切な思い出へと変わっていきました。

Belmond Monasterio: The Best Hotel in Cusco, Beyond Any Comparison Without exaggeration, Belmond Monasterio is the best hotel in Cusco. Even after trying two other higher-priced Belmond properties and the JW Marriott, I still firmly believe this is the ultimate choice. The beauty of this hotel is beyond words. The elegant public spaces and tranquil gardens create an atmosphere of timeless serenity. The classic, historic walls whisper stories of the past, while the dazzling golden chapel adds a breathtaking sense of grandeur. Every detail is a masterpiece. Yet, what truly sets Belmond Monasterio apart is its service. The staff are warm, professional, and genuinely caring. Their service attitude is impeccable—perhaps the best in South America. A prime example: when I lost my credit card, they found it and returned it promptly. Compared to the Los Cabos Waldorf (which I mention due to its premium pricing), this hotel’s service is on another level—infinitely more personal, thoughtful, and heartfelt. I would love to give special recognition to my butler, though unfortunately, I have forgotten his name. In short, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. Endless love for Belmond Monasterio.

The hotel is amazing!!! It’s little far away from the city, but is worth it! We really enjoyed! And we really recommend it.

쿠스코 중심가는 아니지만 중앙 광장까지 5~10분 정도면 갈 수 있을 만큼 가깝습니다. 마추픽추에 갔을 때 호텔에 짐을 맡겼는데, 돌아왔을 때 예약한 방에서 이미 우리를 기다리고 있었습니다. 침대/방 크기는 적당했고, 욕실은 작았지만 겨울에는 선풍기가 샤워실/변기에 바로 연결되어 있어서 좀 추웠습니다. 그래도 전반적으로 서비스는 좋았습니다. 아침 식사도 괜찮았지만, 레스토랑 직원이 부족한 것 같았습니다.

벨몬드 호텔은 제가 개인적으로 가장 좋아하는 호텔 브랜드입니다. 다른 5성급 호텔에 비해 상대적으로 틈새 시장이지만 확실히 귀족적인 숙박 경험입니다! 프런트 데스크에서 체크인부터 체크아웃까지, 호텔은 세심한 부분까지 신경을 많이 썼습니다. 벨몬드 호텔 마추픽추(Belmond Hotel Machu Picchu)는 마추픽추(Machu Picchu)의 입구에 위치하고 있어 이른 아침에 방문하는 관광객들에게 많은 수고를 덜어줍니다. 3끼 식사가 포함된 올인클루시브 객실을 예약했습니다. 삼식의 선택은 매우 풍부하며, 공급이 부족한 산꼭대기 호텔에 아주 좋습니다. 호텔은 매우 친밀한 체크아웃 후에도 세탁 서비스를 제공합니다. 이틀 밤 머물고 나면 마추픽추는 훌륭한 경험입니다! 씨트립의 가격은 예약보다 훨씬 저렴하고 강력합니다!

Doesn’t meet Belmond expectations. 1. Food is average, the same we had in a small village, change a chef, not tasty at all. 2. On a breakfast waiters ALWAYS bring fruits and after 5 min asking if I need them. Why on earth I should eat fruits in 5 min? And why do you need it? Quality and variety of breakfast is not nice — all days we had not fresh blueberries. In my home country I have blueberries from Peru and it’s fresher. How it is possible? 3. Welcome is not in Belmond style: no champagne or good chocolate. 4. One day we asked to clean the room before 12, they did, we came and I was sure we are alone in the room. When I was naked I saw a gardener in our private terrace. He also saw me. How it’s possible he entered our terrace when I was in the room????? With no bell and knocking???? 5. Alpacas feeding is also trash: all people from hotel come, you will never get nice pictures like on instagram. Why you don’t make it by appointment? We had a lot of experiences with animals in different countries , this one is the worst. 6. Stuff is not well trained, communication is super artificial. Place is beautiful, but that’s it. Worst Belmond we have been to. Ask Monasterio Belmond about good experience and top notch service.
