저는 두 번째로 타멜에 있는 라마다 앙코르에 묵었습니다. 다시 이곳을 선택한 것은 틀리지 않았습니다. 모든 것이 훌륭했습니다... 직원, 객실, 조식(맙소사, 정말 맛있습니다), 위치, 모든 직원의 친절함, 문에서부터. 리셉션의 니킬에게 특별한 감사를 표합니다. 진심 어린 미소로 서비스와 지원을 보내주셨는데, 이른 가을 아침의 햇살처럼 위안이 되었습니다. 그리고 제가 훌륭한 마사지를 몇 번 받은 스파의 직원과 테라피스트에게도 감사드립니다. 카트만두는 아름답지만, 분주한 도시입니다. 타멜은 더욱 그렇습니다. 긴 하루를 돌아다녔거나 트레킹을 한 후 찾아올 수 있는 이 오아시스가 있다는 것은 소중히 간직할 만한 일입니다. 제 경우에는 모든 짐을 맡겨 며칠 동안 히말라야에서 하이킹을 한 후, 호텔로 돌아올 때 행복하고 진정으로 환영받을 것이라는 확신을 가지고 돌아왔기 때문에 더욱 의미가 있었습니다. 다시 한 번 말씀드리지만, 제 생각은 틀리지 않았습니다. 변화를 만들어 주셔서 감사합니다. 그리고 서비스라는 단어의 의미를 이해해 주셔서 감사합니다. 이 독특한 카트만두에 돌아올 때마다 저는 당신을 꼭 다시 선택할 것입니다. 저는 이 특별한 카트만두를 사랑하게 되었습니다. 나마스테, 🙏🏼.

호텔은 쾌적했고, 훌륭한 서비스와 잘 갖춰진 시설을 갖추고 있었습니다. 전반적으로 이 호텔의 비즈니스 스타일 분위기가 정말 마음에 들었습니다. 조식은 풍성하고 독특했습니다. 떠날 때 매니저가 세심하게 인사를 건네고 맛있는 케이크를 대접하며 간단히 인사를 나누었습니다. 강력 추천합니다.

We had a lovely short stay in Aarya. Starting off with convenience: by being transported by the vehicle arranged by the hotel from the Intl Airport at no extra cost. This was a lovely touch by the hotel as sometimes travellers may want to avoid the hassle of negotiating with taxi drivers and firms. Then being greeted by the wonderful staff at the reception with khada & a glass of refreshing drink. The check in was smooth and seamless. The hotel itself was remarkably decorated to a classic Nepali ‘Newari’ culture which was very impressive. Located in the heart of Thamel, but slightly away from the drawing music & hustle and bustle of the streets to provide a peaceful and quiet atmosphere that we certainly needed after a long flight. Our room was spacious and kitted out with all the amenities and not forgetting, wonderfully decorated again. The facilities provided in the Hotel, from the Gym to the swimming pool was again impressive considering we were in the heart of Thamel. I particularly enjoyed the view of Sundhara Dharahara and SkyWalk tower whilst running on Treadmill and going for a swim and also the view of Swayambhu whilst doing weights in the Gym. The Sora restaurant at the top floor provided us a majestic view of the city whilst dining both during dinner and breakfast. The glass floor at the dining area was also something unique at the hotel which we have not seen in Nepal. Food was of the highest quality, and we were thoroughly satisfied with dinner and particularly the wide range of options available on the breakfast buffet, from nepali classics such as Sel Roti and Puri to modern cuisine such as Masala Omelette and Sausage & Bacon. Truly a stay to remember and we have already recommended it to our friends and family and will definitely come back to stay here again!! The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and I was greeted with warm smiles and refreshing drinks. My room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and offered a stunning view — every detail was thoughtfully arranged for comfort and relaxation. The hotel’s amenities exceeded my expectations. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with a wide selection of fresh, flavorful options to suit every taste. The housekeeping team maintained everything perfectly throughout my stay. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the excellent Wi-Fi connection, making it ideal for both leisure and work. What truly sets this hotel apart is the level of hospitality. Every team member went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant stay — from recommending local attractions to assisting with transportation. Overall, this hotel combines luxury, comfort, and genuine care in the best way possible. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area and can’t wait to return again soon!

My overall experience at this hotel was above average. The property was well-maintained, and the room was clean, Bed was not comfortable, and equipped with all essential amenities. It’s time for them to change comfortable mattresses.The staff demonstrated professionalism and courtesy throughout my stay, ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience. The location was convenient, offering easy access to nearby dining and attractions. Breakfast options were varied and of good quality but not the best options. While there is minor room for improvement in areas such as bed and check-in efficiency, the overall standard of service and comfort was commendable. I would be happy to stay here again in the future.

Five star historical hotel close to the city cultural landmarks and good location for excursions out of the city as well. Comes with western fine dining and Asian restaurant which are both amazing.

오래된 훌륭한 호텔, 개선할 점이 거의 없는 훌륭한 직원. 수영장은 완전히 실망스럽습니다. 계속 운영해서 수영할 수 없게 하는 것보다는 문을 닫는 게 낫습니다. 에너지 낭비입니다. 물이 더럽고 별이 전혀 없습니다. 로비, 객실, Ghurka 바는 여전히 훌륭합니다. 하루에 정전이 두 번이나 되었는데, 라운지가 어두워서 전력 부족으로 어려움을 겪고 있는 것 같습니다. 조식은 그저 그렇고, 커피나 차는 처음에 제공하는 데 어려움이 없어야 하며, 때로는 음식의 절반을 먹고 나서야 제공됩니다. 많은 테이블이 안정적이고 정렬되지 않았고, 계란이 쉽게 다른 쪽으로 넘어갈 수 있습니다. 제 경험상 최소 3개의 테이블이 있습니다. 객실은 편안하고 침대가 좋으며 항상 깨끗한 린넨입니다. 에어컨에서만 시끄러웠고, 유지 관리 팀이 두 번이나 제 객실에 와서 수리했지만, 마지막 2일 동안은 이동을 제안했습니다. 매니저는 뷔페 줄에 서서는 안 되며, 줄을 선 직원을 돕거나 팀을 지휘해야 합니다. 대중 앞에서 사업 이야기를 하는 것은 손님의 관심사가 아닙니다. 프런트 데스크 연수생, 좋은 존재감, 처음에는 그가 매니저라고 생각했습니다. 많은 부분이 개선되고 다듬어질 수 있고, 호텔은 큰 잠재력을 가지고 있고, 디자인이 좋고, 시설이 훌륭하고, 직원들이 훌륭합니다. 경영진이 스스로를 돌아보고 이런 작은 디테일을 검토하기를 바랍니다.

2일 묵고 나니 조금 꺼려졌다. 사진이 끝나지 않은 것 같은 느낌이 들었습니다. 역사적인 수도에 왔을 때 문화를 경험하고 관습을 느끼는 것이 중요하다고 생각합니다. 중간에 방을 바꿨습니다. 방마다 조금 다릅니다. 수집된 오래된 물건과 가구가 통합되어 있습니다. 다음에 네팔에 오면 데와카리를 경험하게 될 것입니다.

There were 4 huge cockroaches in my room. I killed 2, the other 2 were running around. I did not know how many more cockroaches were hiding in the room. I called reception to request for a change of room. Staff came quite promptly and assisted with change of room, which thankfully was much cleaner and without cockroaches. Definitely not a good first impression for a first-timer staying in the hotel. Other than that, hotel lobby and cafe were decent looking and clean.
