멕시코 할리스코 소재 5성급 호텔

We're so excited to come to PV for the very first time and also first time with the Hyatt Hotel Group as well we might be a little bit have a higher expectation but overall the check in process was smooth and very easy we got the room early upon arrival the reception is very attentive but we will not going to return here again one thing I like to give a credited to this hotel is the location very convenient with almost private beaches stunning view but the service is up and down all the time during our 3 night stay especially the one at the main pool the waiter who walking to ask for a drink he only asked the white people obviously I'm an Asian who sat in the Sun Lounger in between the two white ladies he kept coming back and ask those two lady for any more drinks services but never ask me he treat me like I'm a ghost who never existing there I was so disappointed, The food # the Italian restaurant we try out on the first night was the worse the most terrible horrible extremely ridiculous the test was super nasty we never ever want to go back to that restaurant ever again the pineapple juice taste like water with some of the pineapple scent an orange juice is very fake color is like very light yellow almost like water but it was terrifying # The Sushi restaurant is just on average # The Mexican restaurant although Not so bad at all #The the one that we really love the most is the steakhouse the service excellent the food is the most delicious and the other one is the buffet that we recommend it, The house keeping I have to kept bucking the reception to tell them come and clean my room but they never do we ran out of the toilet pepper they never spare anything in our room unless I have to ask for once you missed the morning cleaning room you will missed it for the whole day they will never return to check to your room ever again, Another downside is the hotel is always under construction and outside by the walkway is very loud at night but not the whole night one thing I really hate about this place they claim they're 5 star hotel but I will give them only 4 or even less All the public restroom throughout the property are very dirty smells so stinky everywhere you're trying to use it's very very ridiculous the hotel itself are dated, Well overall I would say we enjoyed this stays because of the stunning beach view beautiful sunshine everyday again if you ask me would I be back here I would say ”NO”

La app fue facil de utilizar. Sin embargo llegando al hotel, me dieron una habitación que no correspondía a lo que yo habia reservado, siendo esta mucho mas sencilla. Fui a solicitar una aclaración y el hotel dijo que no tenia informacion por parte de trip.com respecto al tipo de habitación que a mi me se me habia confirmado e incluso mencionaron que el codigo de confirmación era incorrecto. No recomiendo trip.com porque no son claros entre lo que tu reservas y lo que se te entrega

장점: - 좋은 위치 - 거대한 방 - 말레콘과 가까움 단점: - 너무 붐비다 - 소음 - 점심을 위한 유일한 실제 옵션은 뷔페 장소입니다. - 수영장이 깨끗하지 않습니다 - 시간 공유 - 직원들이 조금 더 친절할 수 있습니다. - 뷔페가 너무 바쁘거나 혼잡합니다. 우리는 아침 뷔페가 포함 된 방에 대해 Trip.com을 통해 지불했습니다. 체크인 직원은 지불이 완료되지 않았으며 여전히 방과 뷔페를 별도로 지불해야한다고 말했습니다. 2시간의 혼란과 1세 아이와 기다리다가 마침내 해결됐다. 직원들은 실수에 대해 전혀 미안하거나 사과하지 않았습니다.

리조트 자체는 아름다웠습니다. 그리고 우리는 일몰의 놀라운 전망을 가지고 있었다. 음식과 레스토랑 옵션이 더 다양했으면 합니다. 놀랍게도 멕시코 레스토랑은 그렇게 훌륭하지 않다고 생각했지만 이탈리아 장소와 해산물 레스토랑이 마음에 들었습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절했습니다. 어떤 이유로 베란다 레스토랑의 더위는 항상 숨이 막히고 식사를 불편하게 만들었습니다. 복합 단지에는 더 많은 엘리베이터가 필요하며 결국 많은 곳에서 기다리고 있습니다. 또한 더 많은 엔터테인먼트가 있었으면 합니다. 춤은 너무 재미있어서 매일 밤이어야 했습니다. 전반적으로 나는 나의 체류를 즐겼다.

It is a great hotel, the rooms are awesome and friendly staff. Great evening entertainment. Roof top gastro bar with pool has fantastic city views and delicious food and drink selection. One note to the management - The rooftop area should have a smoking area since it's open air, asking to go down 26 floors each time you want a smoke is NOT ok when you are enjoying a few cocktails, listening to music, and spending time there.

The place was ok and food isn’t bad Restaurant staff always wanted a tip The hotel desk isn’t helpful at all Whatever requested we made they said yes but never followed Like a booking at restaurant they didn’t make for us Or when we asked for some amenities they said yes but never came No one picked up the phone at night but they said they had 24 hours room service

호텔 서비스는 따뜻하고 음식은 신선하며 맛은 많으며 다양한 스크램블 에그와 오믈렛을 주문할 수도 있습니다. 교통도 편리하고 아래층에 레스토랑이 있으며 안전하고 깨끗합니다. 조금 낡았 고 엘리베이터 바닥 버튼이 때때로 충돌합니다 🎅🏿

서비스는 믿어지지 않았다. 웨이터와 모든 직원은 매우 친절했습니다. 호텔은 차갑고 방문하는 동안 매우 바쁘지 않았습니다. 나는 항상 수영장 옆이나 해변과 레스토랑에서 방을 찾았습니다.

안녕하세요, 개선할 점 세 가지: -객실에 더 큰 생수병이나 생수병 두 개 더 비치해 주세요. -룸서비스와 바 서비스가 더 빨라졌으면 좋겠습니다. -수영장 조명을 더 밝게 해 주세요. 시설은 좋고 직원분들도 매우 친절합니다. 감사합니다.

Estupenda opción, instalaciones de primera, la atención de Arturo del Lo by Bar, el Staff del Wine & Steak Restaurant y la comida hizo que la experiencia fuera espectacular, el Cheff fue personalmente a la mesa y le pude expresar lo excelente que estuvo absolutamente todo…!!
