인도 우타르프라데시 소재 5성급 호텔

Hotel is good with all amenities near by But service very very bad or did not expect this from this hotel Very very very slow service n does not respond until 2 nd call Check out cleared but nobody come to help with the luggage even though it was mentioned they will send the support person in 5-10mins n until second reminder reception did not bother to send the guy. After the breakfast nobody there to respond what we need even mentioned they were little reluctant the 2 ladies( one in white shirt n other in red shirt) in the breakfast section. After couple of reminders we got what we need . Thanq for the guys in breakfast session for their prompt response n attention for what is required for my 78years old mom n made her comfortable for her choice of food . Food is good with all sorts of breakfast choices Strange thing which I noticed first time is during check out reception place nobody bothered to ask how was the stay 😃  Finally guys ( red)

We stayed at Radisson Blu Agra for three nights and had a really comfortable experience. The location is excellent and makes it easy to get to the Taj Mahal and other nearby sites. The spa was one of the highlights of our stay. A big shout out to the two ladies working there – it was honestly one of the most relaxing massages I’ve ever had. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were both great. The food was fresh, tasty, and there was plenty of variety. Lunch, on the other hand, was disappointing. On the first day there was very little selection, and on the second day it felt like leftovers from the night before. When you’re travelling around India, you want to try new food, not eat something reheated that you already had. The staff were lovely throughout our stay. Jitendra, Manish, Javid and Kushi stood out in the restaurant – all of them were kind, helpful and great at their jobs. Anil, the porter, was also incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the start. There were a few small things that could be improved. We noticed someone walking around swatting flies near the food, which is fair enough, but he was also on his phone and not clearing up the flies afterwards. We saw this happening near the salad area. The towels by the pool also had some stains, and the gym was very limited considering this is a five-star hotel. It would also be nice to have a proper ashtray outside for guests who smoke. Overall though, we had a lovely stay. The staff were kind, the room was comfortable, and the location is hard to beat. With just a few small changes, this hotel could be even better.

Hyatt doesn't need a review anymore. Everything was perfect.

굉장히좋았어요 직원들은 항상 친절했고 수영장도 너무 좋았고 피트니스센터도 깔끔하고 체크아웃후에도 이용할수있었어요 조식은 완벽했고 다시먹고싶어요 Sahzan직원분과 그와 키가비슷한 남자직원은 조식을먹을때 와서 필요한걸물어봐주고 준비해주셨어요 다시 아그라에간다면 묵고싶어요

정말 멋진 호텔이에요! 5성급 호텔이라는 명성에 걸맞는 곳입니다. 특히 호텔 직원들은 정말 친절했습니다. 조식 식당에서 추가 음식을 요청하거나, 손편지와 함께 케이크 세트를 제공해 주거나, 친환경 재활용 유리병으로 마실 수 있는 물을 충분히 제공해 주는 등 적극적으로 고객의 요구사항을 파악했습니다. 전화로 문의할 때마다 직원들은 수동적으로 답변하고 가능한 한 빨리 조치를 취해 주었습니다. 수건을 추가로 제공해 주거나, 와인 오프너를 빌려 주거나, 호텔 주변 관광 정보를 알려주는 등 말이죠. 제가 아그라에 왔을 때 친구들이 아그라에 간다면 꼭 들러서 강력 추천합니다.

호텔은 기차역과 구시가지 사이에 위치하며 구시가지와 가깝고 주변에 아무것도 없습니다. 여행은 툭툭만 가능합니다. 문 앞에서 호텔을 만났을 때 100루피의 여행을 하고 가게까지 데려다 주길 바라면 그냥 가세요. 호텔은 벽에 있으며 시설과 방의 크기는 가격, 전반적으로 좋은, 서비스, 구취에 합당합니다. 이것은 인도의 리듬이며 요구 사항은 국내와 동일 할 수 없습니다.

ITC Mughal은 정말 놀라운 숙박이었습니다! 우리는 지난 몇 달 동안 세계를 여행했는데 우리 방의 침대는 그 중에서 가장 편안했습니다! Peswhari 레스토랑을 꼭 확인해 보세요. 양 정강이와 블랙달은 꼭 먹어보세요!!! 믿을 수 없는! 또한 실제로 2개의 수영장이 있습니다. 중앙 수영장을 무시하고 스파 옆 수영장으로 향하세요. 훨씬 더 좋습니다!

좋은 일이 먼저 1. 넓은 방 2. 좋은 조식 뷔페 3. 수영장 개선이 필요한 점 1. 바닥 매트에서 냄새가 나므로 청소가 필요합니다. 2. 고객 체크아웃 서비스를 개선해야 합니다..연장을 요청했지만 30분만 허용합니다..더 나은 고객 서비스를 제공해야 합니다. 3. 고객 수하물 처리 문제..사람이 너무 많아 체크아웃 후 수하물 카운터에서 수하물 보관을 거부했습니다.

호텔은 깨끗했고 직원들은 매우 친절하고 도움이 많았습니다. 스파는 좋아 보였지만 이용할 기회가 없었습니다. 타지마할과 붉은 요새 방문을 위해 컨시어지를 이용했는데 정말 훌륭했습니다. 첫 번째 손님처럼 아무런 문제 없이 편하게 예약할 수 있었습니다. 가격도 적당했습니다. 란탐보르까지 택시를 불러줄 때도 컨시어지 연락처를 이용했는데 정말 최고였습니다. 훌륭한 숙박이었습니다. 직원들도 친절했습니다. 강력 추천합니다.

The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained with all the necessary amenities provided. The bed was comfortable and ensured a restful sleep after a long day. The hotel’s ambience is elegant, with a professional yet warm atmosphere. Breakfast offered a good variety with fresh and well-prepared options. Service throughout the stay was attentive, and the staff was quick to respond to any requests. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable short stay, and I would definitely recommend Crowne Plaza for both business and leisure travellers.
