독일 바이에른 소재 5성급 호텔

객실은 넓고 쾌적했으며, 침대도 편안했고, 전망도 탁 트여 잠을 잘 잤습니다. 직원분들은 매우 친절하고 세심하게 서비스해주셨습니다. 호텔 위치도 훌륭해서 교통이 편리했고, 아침 식사는 종류가 매우 다양하고 푸짐했습니다. 객실 청결도도 매우 높았습니다.

이 호텔은 정말 좋고 가격 대비 효율적이에요! 방이 넓고 깨끗해서 잠이 매우 편안했습니다. 아침 식사 종류도 많고 맛도 정통. 배불리 먹고 나갈 수 있어요. 웨이터들은 친절하고 필요한 것이 있으면 바로 도와주실 겁니다. 위치도 찾기 쉽고, 식사하고 놀기에도 편리합니다. 다음에 여기 오면 여기 묵을게요

분위기도 좋고, 직원들도 매우 친절하고, 바로 환영받는 느낌을 줍니다! 객실은 아름답고 조식 뷔페와 저녁카드 모두 매우 맛있습니다. 꼭 다시 올게요!

The hotel is right beside the Central station of Nuremberg, it's the old European style which I love it. The staffs are friendly and it's less than 5 mins walk to the old town, so comfortable and beautiful.

항공편이 결항되어 막바지 예약을 했습니다. 체크인할 때 4시간 동안 줄을 서더니 오전 0시 이후에는 예약이 불가능하다고 나중에 호텔 예약이 가능하다는 안내를 받았습니다.

Freundlicher Empfang ohne grosses Brimborium. Für ein Zimmer haben wir für 2 separate Bettdecken nachgefragt. Beim 3ten Anlauf hat es geklappt ;). Wie in den Gästerückmeldungen gelesen hat sich bestätigt, dass die Aufmerksamkeit  vom Servicepersonal inkl. Management beim Frühstück auch in Randzeiten verbessert werden kann. Der Tisch wurde uns schnell zugewiesen, jedoch konnten wir keine Getränke bestellen. Ein Augenkontakt mit dem Personal war nicht möglich. Am Buffet konnten wir die Bestellung schlussendlich beauftragen. Kein Problem, wir kommen sicher gerne wieder wenn wir in München vorbeischauen.

Love the hotel. Breakfast is great. The room interior is nice. Room amenities are also great. There's sauna, indoor pool, and spa , which is totally suitable for those who needs relaxation. The only deduction is there's no plug socket in the toilet.

마침 크리스마스 전시회 기간에 방문했는데, 호텔에 와인 부스가 있어서 분위기가 아주 좋았습니다. 하지만 오래된 호텔이라 그런지 설비 관리가 제대로 안 되는 것 같았습니다. 중앙 냉방 시스템 때문에 방에서 담배 냄새가 자주 났습니다. 창문을 모두 닫아도 잠시 나갔다 오면 냄새가 다시 나곤 했습니다. 프런트에 이 문제를 알리자, 독일에서는 호텔 객실 내 흡연이 금지되어 있다며 담당자는 어이없다는 반응을 보였습니다. 방을 바꾸고 싶었지만 거의 만실이라 어쩔 수 없이 숙박을 연장해야 했습니다. 다행히 셋째 날에는 담배 냄새가 나지 않았습니다.

출장, 아주 좋은 선택
