Kempinski는 호텔에 대한 나의 모든 기대를 충족시켰습니다! 침대도 너무 편하고 5시까지 잠든 것 같은 느낌이 들었습니다. 산속의 공기는 특히 신선하므로 당연히 호텔까지 운전해서 가셔야 합니다. 아침 식사로 신선한 우유가 있는데 처음 마셔봅니다. 가격은 좀 비싸지만 확실히 그만한 가치가 있어요! 킹레이크에서 차로 약 15분 정도 소요됩니다. 프론트 데스크 서비스는 매우 좋으며 저녁 11시 이후에도 전화에 응답해 줍니다. 이것은 저에게 매우 중요합니다.

첫째, 어린 자녀나 노약자가 있는 가족 여행객에게는 이 호텔을 추천하지 않습니다. 주변 지역이 매우 혼란스럽고 저희가 머무는 동안 안전하지 않다고 느꼈습니다. 뮌헨에서 단 3박 동안 싸움이나 절도 사건을 목격하기도 했습니다. 어린 자녀와 함께 여행하는 가족으로서 이러한 상황은 저희에게 큰 불안감을 주었습니다. 둘째, 욕실 디자인은 매우 부실하고 안전에 심각한 문제가 있습니다. 단 한 사람이 샤워를 하고 나면 바닥이 매우 미끄러워지는데, 손잡이나 안전 장치조차 설치되어 있지 않습니다. 유명 브랜드 호텔에서 이러한 안전 문제는 용납할 수 없으며, 설계 단계에서 투숙객의 안전을 전혀 고려하지 않았다는 사실에 충격을 받았습니다. 셋째, 객실 청소 서비스가 매우 실망스러웠습니다. 아침부터 외출 중이었는데도 저녁에 돌아왔을 때 방은 청소되어 있지 않았습니다. 쓰레기통만 비워달라고 요청했지만, 청소 담당자는 저희 방이 담당 구역이 아니라는 이유로 거절했습니다. 같은 층에 있는 방이었는데도 말입니다. 결국 객실 청소는 저희가 직접 하우스키핑 핫라인에 연락한 후에야 이루어졌습니다. 서비스 수준에 매우 실망했습니다. 전반적으로, 특히 안전, 디자인, 서비스 품질 면에서 브랜드 호텔이라는 명성에 걸맞지 않는 실망스러운 경험이었습니다.

호텔 위치가 정말 좋아서 중앙역이나 시내 중심가에서 19번 트램을 타고 바로 올 수 있어 교통이 매우 편리합니다. 프런트 직원분들이 친절하고 세심하게 응대해주시고, 온수기 대여 같은 세심한 서비스로 투숙객의 요청을 최대한 들어주려고 노력하셨습니다. 방은 넓고 깔끔하며 시설이 잘 갖춰져 있었고, 특히 침구가 매우 편안했습니다. 실내 조명은 밝았고 터치식 조작 시스템이 있어 사용하기 편리했습니다. 냉장고에는 맥주 한 병과 다양한 청량음료 등 무료 음료가 제공되어 매우 좋았습니다. 화장실은 수압이 충분하고 온수가 안정적으로 나와 사용하기 좋았습니다. 가장 좋았던 점은 조식이었는데, 따뜻한 음식과 차가운 음식 모두 종류가 매우 다양해서 다양한 투숙객의 입맛을 만족시킬 수 있었습니다. 전반적으로 숙박 경험이 매우 만족스러웠고, 다음에 다시 오게 된다면 또 이곳에 묵을 것이며 추천할 만한 곳입니다.

짧은 여행이었지만 좋은 경험이었고, 리셉션에서 매우 친절하고 도움이 되는 직원, 특히 우리를 도와주고, 시간을 주고, 추가 안내에 인내심을 보이며 미소를 지으며 일해준 Lorenz가 있었습니다. 훌륭한 사람들과 지원. 놀라운 아침 식사. 객실은 매우 깨끗했고 모든 편의 시설이 훌륭했습니다. 여행과 접근성에 위치가 좋았습니다. 감사합니다.

Freundlicher Empfang ohne grosses Brimborium. Für ein Zimmer haben wir für 2 separate Bettdecken nachgefragt. Beim 3ten Anlauf hat es geklappt ;). Wie in den Gästerückmeldungen gelesen hat sich bestätigt, dass die Aufmerksamkeit  vom Servicepersonal inkl. Management beim Frühstück auch in Randzeiten verbessert werden kann. Der Tisch wurde uns schnell zugewiesen, jedoch konnten wir keine Getränke bestellen. Ein Augenkontakt mit dem Personal war nicht möglich. Am Buffet konnten wir die Bestellung schlussendlich beauftragen. Kein Problem, wir kommen sicher gerne wieder wenn wir in München vorbeischauen.

최고급 호텔 !!!! 항상 친절한 서비스. 방은 최고입니다. 아침 식사는 매우 맛있고 훌륭한 선택입니다. 저녁 식사는 지중해 레스토랑에서 훌륭합니다. 우리는 결혼식 날을 축하하고 내년을 기대합니다.

We visited Hotel Bayerischer Hof for a Valentine's Day Getaway 14-15 Feb. My wife received a lovely long stem rose upon arrival, and we were double-upgraded to a fourth-floor suite with a Lakeview. The Front Desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The servers in the Cafe, Restaurant and Breakfast Room were prompt and efficient, the food was excellent and the Breakfast Buffet large and generous! I can recommend this Hotel for couples, Families, or Business Travellers. I have taught at a Hospitality School in Zurich for over 15 years, and am a professional business traveller with thousands of overnight stays and 10s of thousands of dining out experiences! 

Love the hotel. Breakfast is great. The room interior is nice. Room amenities are also great. There's sauna, indoor pool, and spa , which is totally suitable for those who needs relaxation. The only deduction is there's no plug socket in the toilet.

항공편이 결항되어 막바지 예약을 했습니다. 체크인할 때 4시간 동안 줄을 서더니 오전 0시 이후에는 예약이 불가능하다고 나중에 호텔 예약이 가능하다는 안내를 받았습니다.
