위치가 좋고 교통이 편리하나 주변환경이 비교적 더럽습니다. 그레이하운드 버스 정류장과 공항 특별 기차역에서 가깝습니다. 호텔의 외관은 상대적으로 작기 때문에 주의 깊게 살펴보아야 합니다. 입구에 별도의 간판이 있어 자칫 지나치기 쉬운

Bom hotel 30 minutos de carro do centro da Filadélfia. Bons restaurantes e lojas perto. Apenas tinham algumas baratinhas no banheiro e gavetas. De resto hotel seguro e amplo e funcional.

방은 좋았습니다. 8 월 21 일과 22 일에 이틀 동안 머물 렀지 만 가게를 떠날 때 옷장에있는 티셔츠 2 개와 셔츠 1 개를 가져 오는 것을 잊었습니다. 나는 이틀 후 25 일에 호텔 프런트 데스크에 가서 그것을 찾을 수 없다고 말했습니다. 또는 쓰레기로 버려졌습니다. 결과를 알게 된 후 기분이 나빠졌습니다.

The staff was very nice and friendly. The chlorine smell was overwhelming in the lobby and it was even worse in the pool area. We couldn’t stay in the pool area for more than 5 minutes before we had rashes and had trouble breathing because of the chlorine. The room was not that great a broken receptacle cause me a minor zap. A random chair in the far corner that seemed wedged against the wall had a water stair or something on the foot rest part (we stayed away from that it looked like it had seen better days or was ready to just give up. Broken security lock on door, burn in curtain in a non smoking room, the curtain was hard to close, broken door stop on bathroom door, shower curtain was much too small for the shower which cause water to end up on the bathroom floor so much so that the bath mat couldn’t keep the floor without a small puddle. For a two night stay for two people we were given 3 towels. Thankfully I always bring my own towels. The jacuzzi tub was amazing though after we cleaned and disinfected it. The bed was extremely comfortable. Breakfast was nice. The incessant pounding that started the second morning at 10am and went until who knows when ( we got so sick of it we drove over to Hershey for the day around noon). The first day at 4pm was when we first noticed the pounding at 6:30 we went for dinner because the noise was a bit much and came back around 9:30pm. The next day (second day) we found out when it started again it was construction 3 rooms away they were putting in flooring.

The cost performance is quite good. For a budget hotel, safety is enough. We can't ask for too much.

We stayed at the Hampton Inn with our family for four nights and had a wonderful experience overall. The highlight of our stay was the outstanding customer service. Tay was especially helpful, friendly, and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The rest of the reception staff was also courteous and attentive throughout our stay. Also, the cleaning staff were very attentive. The complimentary breakfast was great every morning, with a good variety of options. We also appreciated the large parking lot, which made parking easy and convenient. We understood that the hotel is currently undergoing renovations, and it did not take away from our overall positive experience. The only areas that could use some improvement were around the pool and guest laundry. The restroom near the pool needs more attention to cleanliness, and the guest laundry washer had quite a bit of mold inside. Additionally, the coin slot on the washer was not working properly and I lost some coins inside the slot. :( Despite these minor issues, we had a great stay and would definitely consider staying here again because of the excellent staff and overall hospitality.

여기에 머무르는 것은 이번이 세 번째였으며 계속해서 집과 같은 편안함을 느낍니다. 따뜻한 분위기, 평화로운 환경, 환영하는 환경이 내가 계속 돌아 오는 주된 이유입니다. 위치는 훌륭하고 인근 명소와 편의 시설에 쉽게 접근 할 수있어 매우 편리한 숙박 장소입니다. 나는 또한 하루를 시작하는 좋은 방법인 무료 아침 식사에 정말 감사합니다. 세탁 시설을 이용할 수 있다는 것은 특히 장기 체류의 경우 또 다른 큰 장점입니다. 인근 공원은 숙소의 매력을 더하고 휴식을 취하거나 산책하기에 좋은 장소를 제공합니다. 개선이 필요한 유일한 영역은 Wi-Fi입니다. 머무는 동안 인터넷 연결이 느리고 불안정했으며 웹을 탐색하거나 작업을 완료하는 것이 어려웠습니다. Wi-Fi의 신뢰성과 속도를 향상시키면 전반적인 손님 경험을 더욱 향상시킬 것입니다. 전반적으로 나는 또 다른 즐거운 숙박을했고 앞으로 기꺼이 돌아올 것입니다. Wi-Fi 문제에도 불구하고 편안함, 편리함 및 환영하는 분위기 때문에 이것은 내가 머물기 가장 좋아하는 장소 중 하나입니다.
