Tv had a problem and service desk couldn't fix so moved us to different room tv had same problems heater only blew cold air and bathroom floor needed to be mopped. We've stayed here previously for hospital procedures with no problems. When we left the tv in lobby had the same problem

이 오래된 재산을 꾸미려하려는 시도는 크게 실패했습니다. 로비와 아침 식사 공간은 훌륭하고 복도와 엘리베이터는 어색하며 우리 방은 반 반이었습니다. 침대는 편안하고 좋은 베개와 새 수건이지만 벽에는 페인트가 필요했고 모서리는 오랫동안 진공 청소기로 청소하거나 걸레를 보지 못했습니다. 직원은 도움이되었지만 과로 ... 데스크 직원은 플런저와 함께 옆집에있었습니다.
메이드 직원은 매우 친절했고 모두가 우리에게 ”안전한 여행”을 바랐습니다. 아침 식사는 괜찮습니다.

호텔의 위치가 좋고, 주차장이 있고, 전염병 예방으로 인해 아침 식사가 제공되지 않지만 좋은 커피가 있습니다. 위생과 서비스가 아주 좋습니다. 시설의 유일한 단점은 예약 시설의 ”큰 침대”가 매우 작고 패밀리 룸이 혼잡하다는 것입니다. 모두에게 더블 침대를 예약하도록 상기시켜주세요

We were in town for a wedding and to squeeze in as much site seeing as possible. The accommodations were clean and the staff was friendly. The front desk staff was well informed on must see things, directions on how to get there and where to park. Location was perfect, we were 15 minutes from the Chapel and 5 minutes from downtown. If safety is a concern the location is great.

리리뷰어Could definitely use some upkeep, just seemed overall dingy. Wi-Fi didn’t work in our room along with the phone. The pool was nice. I guess for $175 I just had higher expectations, this is what I would have expected if I’d paid $75!!

GGeorgina DotsonWe had car trouble traveling broke down and I booked the nearest hotel. When I went to check in they wouldn't accept my ESA (emotional support animal) I have documentation for him as well. So they had no problem giving me my money back but no regard to making an accepting since we were broke down and in a blizzard and stuck with no other options close by. Needless to say me my boyfriend and my dog had to walk in the freezing cold and snow to the nearest cheap hotel which wasn't the greatest but they were very kind and sympathetic to my situation. So not a very good experience.

리리뷰어I was extremely satisfied with everything I experienced at this hotel except for one thing, which I expressed to a front desk employee: there is an exterior trash can close to the main entrance that became overflowing with trash to the point where it was on the ground, and the ashtray on top of it was never emptied during my 3 night stay either. The response I received was that the owners would not hire a 'houseman' to attend to this and other duties, and no one else is assigned to do so. Unacceptable. Something has to be done to ensure this is rectified immediately.

From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and a genuine willingness to help, making us feel right at home. Our room exceeded expectations; it was impeccably clean, thoughtfully arranged, and notably free of any musty odors that can often linger in hotel accommodations. Overall, our stay was comfortable and enjoyable, thanks to the attention to detail and excellent service.
