이곳에 두 번째로 체크인했는데 직원 서비스가 세심하고 반응이 좋아서 항상 호텔에서 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 객실 청결도는 언급할 가치가 있습니다. 흠없는. 편안한 침대! 가장 저렴하면서도 편안한 호텔 중 하나입니다! 주인님 잘했어요!

일찍 도착했는데 오후 2시가 아닌 정오 12시에 체크인할 수 있어서 정말 편리했습니다. 객실, 침대 시트, 수건 모두 깨끗하고 상쾌한 냄새가 났습니다. 욕실은 깨끗했고, 변기와 샤워실 사이에 작은 칸막이가 있었습니다. 복도는 깔끔하고 잘 관리되어 있었습니다. 저희 방이 3층이라 엘리베이터가 있어서 편리했습니다. 리셉션부터 하우스키핑 직원까지 직원들이 친절하고 예의 바르게 대해주었고, 항상 미소로 맞아주었습니다. 위치가 정말 좋았습니다. 가이사노 시장, 피플스 파크, 록사스 야시장까지 걸어서 갈 수 있었습니다. 스타 아나 부두와 가까워서 섬 투어에 안성맞춤이었습니다. 추천 사항: 칫솔, 치약, 슬리퍼 등 세면도구가 더 많이 제공되면 좋겠습니다. 객실에 주전자나 소형 온수기가 있으면 편리할 것 같습니다. 방음을 개선하면 가벼운 잠을 자는 사람들의 복도 소음을 줄이는 데 도움이 될 수 있습니다.

The room is clean and spacious, the location is great which is accessible to the bus terminal and near sm ecoland. Food is great and delicious. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Our stay at the hotel was excellent. We were looking for an affordable location with a conducive atmosphere for studying, and it delivered. While it's located on a street that experiences heavy afternoon traffic, this ironically worked in our favor, since the limited vehicle access made the area surprisingly quiet. The receptionist and staff were warm, accommodating, and handled all our inquiries efficiently. As for the room, I actually appreciated the analog aircon, since the steady noise helped me focus. There were a few areas for improvement, however. The toiletries were limited to a bar of soap (shampoo and toothpaste would've been a nice addition), and the analog TV had a weak signal and took up space. One major plus was the reception area, which offered ample lighting and table spaces for studying. The elevator was convenient, though note that it's turned off late at night. Overall, a highly recommended stay for students or budget travelers looking for focus and quiet.

Так как бассейн открытый, то в нем плавают ветки и насекомые. Его чистят, но, видимо, не получается полностью очистить. Запаха хлорки от воды нет. Завтрак скудный и его качество зависит от смены. Есть места отдыха на территории, но вечером заедают комары и мошки.

Great location,very accommodating staff and the room is soo spacious for 2pax..I booked the twin single bed room and select with window ur view at night is the Roxas Night Market during our stay..what u see on the page is what you see in person..😉 P.S sorry forgot to take pic on my room..😁😉

The hotel is rather old and not that well maintained, the ceiling of the common area leaks due to no good roof, looks like the upper story was never completed. Wi-fi does not work in the room or on the second floor you have to sit in the hotel lobby. Hotel is generally clean, but under bed, and corners of common areas are covered in dust. Generally its ok for a few nights at a good price, but hotel is deteriorating rapidly due to lack of maintenance.
