On the ground floor there is the entrance, a bathroom, the living room overlooking the garden, the kitchen and a large closet. The living room is large and bright, with an extra large black leather sofa, 55-inch 4k TV, internet connection and a dining table with 8 chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, electric hob, toaster, espresso machine, electric oven, fridge, freezer and all utensils and kitchenware. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms and the main bathroom with a Jacuzzi. On the second floor there is the laundry area and the fourth bedroom in the attic, very bright.
