직원들은 친절하고 친절했습니다. 방은 괜찮고 넓었지만 에어컨이 충분히 차갑지 않았습니다. 단기 체류에 전반적으로 좋습니다

Good place for short stays. Have visited this hotel a few times and finally made a booking on Trip for the discounts offered. While the room may be small but it is clean and has a cozy bed. Toilet is clean as well.

바투 동굴에서 도보로 약 10-15 분 거리에 있지만, 이것은 내가 동굴에서 가장 가까운 온라인에서 찾은 유일한 합리적인 호텔입니다. 이 지역은 조용합니다. 직원들은 매우 전문적이며 리셉션의 Shasi라는 여성은 여행 경험에 대해 좋은 대화를 나누기 위해 타밀계의 즐거운 사람입니다. 방과 화장실은 가격에 비해 괜찮습니다. AC는 매우 차가웠습니다. 세련된 호텔은 아니며 구식처럼 보이지만 전형적인 ”관광객”이 기대하는 시각적 럭셔리보다 ”여행자”로서 중요한 것만 중요하다면 전반적으로 충분합니다. 현금으로 25개의 반지를 가져오는 것을 잊지 마세요. (환불 보증금 20개, 정부세 5개).

The aircond compressor was quite noisy, and at first there was a smoke smell in the room. After turning on the aircond for a while, the smell went away. Other than that, the stay was acceptable.

Clean room , easy friendly staff for check in , downstairs have delicious famous claypot and lalapot seafood, opposite have nice dim sum for next morning breakfast

I had a disappointing first stay here. I arrived early and was asked to pay extra for early check in, which I refused, but I agreed to wait. The staff then allowed me to check in early without clearly explaining that my room access would end at 7pm. Later that evening, my room was locked, which caused a lot of inconvenience and confusion. The room itself was very basic and felt old. There were noises from rats/mice at night, the towels and bedsheets looked worn, and the TV only had a few channels. Parking is also not free. On the positive side, Hotel 99 SS2 Petaling Jaya is located in a very central area with many shops, restaurants, and a night market nearby. The staff were generally Ok, but overall the experience lacked professionalism. Suitable only if you need a cheap place to stay for one night and don’t expect much.

특히 MRT와 매우 가깝고 근처에 많은 레스토랑이 있기 때문에 머물기에 좋은 곳입니다. 방은 편안하고 디자인은 좋습니다. 전반적으로 우리는 즐거운 숙박을했고 위치는 매우 편리합니다. 다시 여기에 머무르는 것을 고려할 것입니다.

For me I was having so much fun and the place so convenient for solo travel. It so near to a lot of store around too, If you love walking around than you should. The place not that big but comfortable mostly off solo travel like me. This hotel also strategic for my event, it only take a few too ideal live arena. It the best self trip for me, I will come again for sure. It also clean and comfortable. Thank you for all convenient and the staff also friendly. Just one thing, I think a bit confusing, the staff give card and key as well, but card is different room no and can't be use. Thank god, the key work perfectly. If there is no card you can just give key to customer, cause we need to keep both safe and give back before check out, so it kind worried it went forgotten because it not being use. Just that a bit complain I have but overall good service and place.

하룻밤 짧게 묵기에 좋습니다. 1층 객실은 없고, 다른 호텔에 속해 있습니다. 호텔 EC In은 2층에 있습니다. 요청 시 직원이 짐을 계단으로 옮겨줍니다. 객실에서는 온수와 냉수, 커피, 차를 제공하며, 생수도 두 병 비치되어 있습니다. 욕실에는 헤어드라이어와 비누 디스펜서가 있습니다. 온수 샤워는 순간 온수기를 사용합니다. 변기 옆에는 세정 스프레이가 있습니다. 객실은 게시글 사진과 같습니다. 에어컨은 잘 작동합니다. 창문은 없습니다. 객실이 매우 작아서 큰 짐을 가져오시면 공간이 좁을 수 있습니다. 작은 짐이라면 괜찮을 것 같습니다. 호텔 입구에는 투숙객 전용 출입 카드가 있습니다. 호텔에서는 WhatsApp을 통해 도착 시간을 확인합니다. 늦은 밤이나 새벽에 도착하는 경우, 프런트 데스크가 24시간 운영되지 않으므로 미리 호텔에 도착 시간을 알려주시는 것이 좋습니다. 쇼핑가와 음식점이 가까워 편리합니다. 자가용 이용객을 위한 주차 공간도 충분합니다. 주변을 돌아다니며 취향과 예산에 맞춰 다양한 음식을 고를 수 있습니다. 그랩(Grab)을 이용한 공항 셔틀 서비스는 30링깃입니다. 호텔 측에서 마사지 의자 무료 이용 안내판에 '투숙객 무료'라고 적혀 있었음에도 불구하고, 장기 투숙객에게만 무료라는 사실을 명확히 알려주지 않아 매우 불쾌했습니다. 처음 문의했을 때는 무료라고 여러 번 안내받았지만, 막상 사용하려고 하니 장기 투숙객만 이용 가능하다고 했습니다. 직원들이 마사지 의자 이용 정책에 대해 제대로 알지 못하는 것 같았습니다. 결국 10링깃을 추가로 지불해야 했습니다. 또한, 늦은 체크아웃 시 시간당 10링깃의 추가 요금이 부과됩니다. 이 호텔에는 다시 방문하지 않을 것입니다.
