Hi, the price was great and included breakfast. However, the breakfast menu was quite disappointing. The front office service was excellent—there was a staff member (I’m sorry I didn’t catch his name) who was especially helpful. The maintenance team was also superb. However, it was quite frustrating when we were already tired and the room’s electricity kept tripping repeatedly, and we eventually had to change rooms. Initially, there were no towels provided as well. Overall, it was an okay stay.

This is my utmost best service ever received. After i left and checked out from the hotel i realised that i misplaced my watch and contacted the hotel and they immediately help to search without hesitation even if its off working hours. They contacted the cleaners and all the other staffs to search for my watch and even went to the location my watch was last found. And thankfully i found my watch that i accidentally left in the grab 😭😭😭😭 The staff is so friendly and helpful really love my stay here. The room is also neat and clean and the price is also reasonable. Location also great theres a restaurant just opposite to the hotel and many food nearby just by walking distance. THIS WILL BE MY FIRST CHOICE THE NEXT TIME I COME TO KUANTAN

It’s a good place for short stays like 1 or 2 nights. you can reached by mins to the popular places like Strawberry Farm, Floral park, Kea Farm. Morning View is Super Cool

호텔에서 다리미, 다리미판, 냉장고, 온수기를 제공해 주었습니다. 직원들은 괜찮았습니다. 화장실과 객실 문을 닫는 데 약간 어려움이 있었습니다. 객실은 넓었습니다!! 그리고 우리는 개인적으로 깨끗하고 조용한 객실을 요청했고 정확히 그런 객실을 받았습니다!! 전반적으로 8/10

My go-to hotel every time I visit. I’ve stayed here many times and the experience has always been great. The hotel is comfortable, the service is excellent, and the location is very strategic in the heart of the city. The most attractive part is the beautiful riverside view, which makes the stay even more enjoyable

Quite a good stay. Very friendly customer service. Just limited parking space but still able to find one. Overall good.

Overall decent stay at Golden Lodge. The room was itself was clean, bed was okay and clean towels. The bathroom is shared and throughout our stay we noticed it had not been cleaned by staff once (we were there four nights). It is a shower room so we had to wear shoes in the bathroom because there was no bathroom slippers provided. The environment itself is clean due to their no shoes inside policy. Lots of common space both inside and out which was great. 3 cute cats roaming the property. Great walking location near the town of Tanah rata. The staff however were quite unhelpful. They were quite silent and it didn’t seem like they cared about their guests. We were not asked once if we wanted new towels. We booked an extra night to extend and I requested that we stay in the same room (which the receptionist said was no issue the day before). Day of the extension it’s like they forgot that we extended? Even though it was the same receptionist I talked to the day before. They made us pay another sustainability fee (which we paid at the beginning of our stay) to extend one night? It was just a bit of a hassle explaining all of this to them for the receptionist to again be quiet and not say much.

나는 Pantai Tanjung Kempit 근처의 Milkyway 원정 때문에이 매력적인 2 성급 호텔에 머물기로 결정했습니다. 해변에서 짧은 12-minute 운전이되는 것은 엄청난 시간 절약이었습니다! 퀸과 싱글 침대가 있는 패밀리룸을 예약했습니다. 방은 언뜻 보기에 꽤 깨끗해 보였지만 침대 아래는 엉망이었습니다. 어떻게 알았습니까? 글쎄, 내 아들이 실수로 침대 아래에 레고 조각을 떨어 뜨렸다! 싱크대와 변기 수압은 약간의 부스트를 사용할 수 있지만 욕실은 깨끗하고 잘 작동했습니다. 플러시 후 세면대를 사용하기 전에 화장실이 가득 찰 때까지 기다려야 했습니다. 그래도 샤워 헤드 수압은 훌륭했습니다. 롬핀 엔다우에 있는 이런 호텔의 경우 특히 이 지역에 옵션이 많지 않기 때문에 잘 관리되고 좋은 가치를 지닌 것 같습니다. 이 호텔을 동료 Milkyway 친구들에게 추천 할까요? 절대! 솔직히 방 사진을 찍는 것을 잊었지만 웹 사이트에서 찾을 수 있습니다. 그러나 여기 근처에서 은하수를 촬영할 계획이라면 머물 곳을 알 수 있도록 내 은하수 탐험의 이미지를 보여드리겠습니다.
