I added my mum's wishlist hotel after reading reviews claiming it's the best in Kuantan, and they were spot on. The spacious bathroom, which my dad particularly appreciated, was a highlight. We will definitely be returning!

Easy check in and check out. I request a room at the ground level for my mother cant use the stair. They really provide the room at the ground level. Thank you!

객실은 퀸사이즈 침대 두 개로는 조금 작지만 괜찮습니다. 화장실은 깨끗하고 수압과 온도도 좋습니다. 호텔 위치는 걸어서 갈 수 있는 거리에 몇 개의 레스토랑이 있습니다. 호텔 뒤편에 주차 공간이 많습니다. 다리미는 층 복도에 있습니다.

The room is clean, tidy, and the hotel looks pleasantly maintained. For the price, it’s very affordable and definitely worth it for a budget-friendly stay. It’s also comfortable whether you’re travelling solo or with family. Service is okay — the staff are friendly and helpful when needed. I can easily walk to Foodcourt 888, and even the famous Sate Zul is within walking distance, which makes makan time super convenient for me. The town area is also nearby, so getting around is simple.

Room size is good but insufficient hanging places for clothes. Enough for single traveler only. Only a wooden pole on wall. Air-con position is blowing directly on the head. Basin is badly cracked. No toiletries only a wall mount soap. Telco reception is sometimes non existent in room. Difficult to surf the internet, very slow and I’m using my own line not WiFi. Customer support at front desk is attentive though but only through monitor phone. No in-person contact.

Saw a roach the next morning. We didnt bring any food at all to the hotel btw. Can clean a little bit more on the sink? Black dotted very visible.

Bilik sgt cantik n selesa !! I love staying there. Coway pun ada so senang utk i yg ada baby. But the wifi was very2 slow. Cannot use at all pun actually. So i had to use my own data to watch the tv. Hope u can improve ur data connction la yaa

나는 방이 깨끗하고 매트리스와 베개가 편안하다는 것을 알았습니다. 객실 편의 시설: 주전자(커피/차 없음), 헤어드라이어, 바디 비누/샴푸 2인 1, 칫솔 없음. 샤워는 수압이 좋습니다. 주방에 물 디스펜서가 있으니 텀블러를 직접 가져오세요. 일부 주차장은 선착순입니다. 아마도 에어컨의 추위를 개선해야 할 것입니다.

Perfect place to stay with complete facilities in the room (iron, kettle, mini fridge, toiletries just shampoo, soap which is still okay) Plenty of parking. Great location. Smooth check in and check out process. Clean. Great price, just stayed here for one night to take a break from Terengganu drive (otw to KL)
