만족도가 평균이었기 때문에 방 / 호텔의 사진을 찍지 않았습니다. 중간에 체크인을 하고 직원이 손을 씻으러 카운터에서 기다리게 했습니다. 방에 먼지가 많이 났습니다. 장점: Teluk cempedak에서 불과 3km 이상, 가격 괜찮음

방은 깨끗했고 침대는 담요와 베개처럼 푹신해서 정말 잘 잤습니다. 화장실은 공간이 좋고 온수기도 잘 작동합니다. 에어컨도 잘 작동합니다. 우리 방 만 창문이 있었지만 건물을 향하고있어 아무것도 볼 수 없었습니다. 위치는 시내 중심가에서 몇 킬로미터, 우리 행사가 있었던 UIA kuantan에서 약 7km 떨어져 있습니다. 호텔을위한 엘리베이터가 있었고 로비도 매우 깨끗하고 적절하게 배치되었습니다. 한 가지 나쁜 점은 tv가 2 박 숙박 동안 전혀 작동하지 않는다는 것입니다. 리셉션은 왜 tv가 플러그를 끄는지 궁금할 때까지 우리에게 아무 것도 알려주지 않았습니다. 리셉션에 전화 한 후 TV 채널에 문제가 있다고 말합니다. 그리고 우리는 아무것도 보지 않고 2 박을 머물러야했습니다. 매우 지루했습니다. 두 번째 밤에도 수정되지 않았고 아무도이 문제에 참석하지 않은 것처럼 보입니다.

카운터 서비스는 매우 친절하지 않았습니다. 방에서 담배 연기가 강했습니다. 우리는 카운터에 금연실을 원한다고 말했고, 그들은 다른 방이 없다고 말했고, 이것만이 있었고, 그들은 우리에게 담배 연기가 나지 않을 것이라고 확신했습니다. 우리가 들어갔을 때 냄새가 불쾌했고 이미 지불했기 때문에 머물러야했습니다.

I stayed for 3 nights in Kuantan for a work trip. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable for 1–2 people. Housekeeping provided amenities and kept the room tidy. However, one issue affected my stay. After housekeeping cleaned my room on the second night, a personal item went missing. Even though it was a small item (some local snacks), I was disappointed that the hotel did not take action after I reported it to the front desk. Regardless of the value of the item, it is worrying that staff could take something from the room. I will consider staying at a different hotel on my next trip.

Location: Perfectly situated for getting around Kuantan efficiently. The Bad: Maintenance & Missing Basics The property feels slightly neglected in terms of upkeep. In my specific room: The shower head holder was loose, making it difficult to use. There were no floor mats provided, which is a basic necessity to avoid tracking water across the room after a shower. The Ugly: Management & Customer Service This is where the experience fell short. The administrative side of this stay was disorganized and stressful: Automated Communication: Their chat system is powered by an AI that provides ”canned” answers. It failed to address any of our specific questions, making communication feel like a dead end. Check-in Delays: We weren't sent the check-in passwords on time. We had to track down a separate person-in-charge just to get access to our rooms late in the day. Pricing Inconsistencies: The documentation stated a RM50 deposit per room, but we were charged RM60. While the amount is small, the inconsistency feels unprofessional and creates a lack of trust. Final Verdict: If you value space and price above all else, this is a solid choice. However, be prepared to fight for your check-in details and deal with a non-responsive service team. I hope management fixes their communication flow and updates their facilities soon.

Good location and friendly staff. The hotel is well located, making it easy to travel around. Staff were warm, attentive, and always willing to help. Comfortable stay and would consider coming back again.
