아이슬란드 수도권 소재 2성급 호텔

그냥 평범한 호텔이었어요. 투숙객은 많았지만 솔직히 별로였습니다. 방이 작은 건 그렇다 쳐도 너무 추웠어요. 난방이 안 되는 건가요? 게다가 방음이 너무 안 돼서 옆방 얘기가 다 들렸어요 (그래서 저희도 조용히 얘기해야 했죠). 매일 서비스가 제공된다고 했지만 실제로는 아무런 서비스도 없었습니다. 칭찬할 만한 점은 짐 보관 서비스였어요. 체크아웃 날 아침 일찍 단체 투어를 가야 해서 짐을 호텔에 맡겼는데, 밤 11시에 돌아왔을 때 잘 보관되어 있어서 그 점은 좋았습니다.

숙소 환경과 위치는 괜찮았어요. 하지만! 오늘 체크아웃할 때 정말 위험한 일이 있었어요. 다른 투숙객분들도 조심하시라고 이 글을 씁니다. 새벽 3시 30분에 공항 가는 차를 타야 해서 체크아웃을 하려고 했는데, 엘리베이터가 고장 난 거예요! 직원이 엘리베이터를 사용할 수 없으니 계단을 이용하라고 해서, 바로 몸을 돌려 계단으로 갔어요. 엘리베이터 오른쪽에 비상구가 있길래 문을 열고 28인치 캐리어를 들고 내려갔죠. 야외 계단이었고, 계속 내려가면 1층이 나올 거라고 생각했어요. 그런데 2층에 도착하니 더 이상 내려갈 계단이 없는 거예요?! 모든 문이 잠겨 있었고, 저는 밖에 갇혔어요! 영하의 아이슬란드인데 말이죠!!! 그래서 투명한 유리창을 미친 듯이 두드리며 도움을 요청했지만, 아무도 저를 발견하지 못했어요. 옆방에 투숙하던 할머니가 제 소리에 깨어날 때까지요. 비행기를 놓칠까 봐 너무 급해서 정말 죄송한 마음뿐이었어요. 저는 최소 10분 동안 밖에 갇혀 있었어요. 다시 다른 계단을 찾아 내려갔는데, 1층에 도착하니 또 나갈 수가 없는 거예요. 다시 문을 두드렸고, 마침내 직원이 저를 발견했지만 아직 끝이 아니라고 했어요. 정말 멘붕이었어요… 엘리베이터를 수리하는 건 문제가 안 되지만, 왜 미리 하루 전에 알려주지 않았나요? 미리 알려줄 수 없었다면, 왜 어떤 계단을 이용해야 하는지 명확하게 안내해주지 않았나요? 야외 계단으로 내려갔는데 출구가 없다면, 왜 밤에 닫지 않고 계속 열어두는 건가요? 만약 제가 비행기를 놓쳤거나, 아침까지 야외 계단에 갇혀 있었다면, 이 안전 문제에 대한 책임은 누가 지는 건가요?

Service provided by Ginta was excellent! Initially we were assigned to a room on the 3rd floor, which would have been impossible for us as there was no elevator and we had two big luggages. Ginta was very helpful and accommodating to our request, she called her manager and helped us to change rooms to the first floor. We also had to leave early by 7:30am the next day for a tour, but breakfast officially only starts at 7:30am. Ginta helped to arrange and ensure we had breakfast before we left. Location is great, less than a 5 minute walk to bus stop #8 and Hallgrimskirkja church. It was also easy to walk to Rainbow street, Laugavegur and other attractions.

위치가 정말 좋았어요. 3박을 묵었는데, 수건, 샴푸, 옷걸이가 객실에 제공되었어요. 협탁과 의자도 있고요. 공용 주방도 잘 갖춰져 있고 정말 깨끗했어요. 어떤 여행객들은 아침과 저녁을 준비하기 위해 음식을 사 가기도 했어요. 시내까지 걸어가기도 정말 편리했어요. 팀 빌딩이나 학교 캠프에 추천합니다.

This apartment is in a perfect, central location in downtown Reykjavík, within easy walking distance of the BSI bus station and all the major city sites. The room was impressively big and clean, and we were even pleasantly surprised by an automatic upgrade to a three-bedroom unit. One of the biggest advantages for those with a rental car is the free parking available right around the building. While there is no kitchen or cooking facility, which might be a drawback for longer stays, it was perfectly fine for our short visit. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable base in the city.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with such warmth and hospitality. The staff were incredibly helpful and always had a smile on their face. Our room was beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, making it so easy to explore all the attractions. We will definitely be back!

The small room is simple, but has everything you need. I was especially happy about the large desk. The breakfast was surprisingly good, given that food is quite expensive in Island (only the coffee could be better). The location is great and really close to the heart of the city, but still relatively quiet.

Había un chico muy servicial brasileño, te atendía a todas horas y buscaba respuesta a todas las respuestas. Hace bollos y da conversación. Eso nos encantó! La casa es muy agradable!

The room is spacious but the shower area was flooding The fridge wasn’t working but we managed to contact them and they replaced a new one The light switch is sometime not working there’s few days we slept with light on. Others than that it’s a good location which nearby bus stop 4

개인적으로 예약한 게 아니라 셀프체크인이라는 주인분의 메일을 못 받고 다른 게스트분이 문 열어주신 뒤 주인분괴 통화하고서 들어갔어요. 방 번호 붙어있는 부분 열고 각 방마다 비번 눌러야 키가 있고 체크아웃할때도 그 안에 두고 가면 됩니다 입구는 들어오면 정면에 있는 계던이 아니라 옆 계단 2층이고 지하 짐보관실은 옆이 아니라 건물 뒤로 가야합니다 중심 시내랑 박물관들하고 가까워서 좋았어요
