The entire beach house offers air conditioning (new in 2022).The lower level (connected to the house but accessed from a separate entrance) offers a private bedroom with bathroom, 1 queen and 1 twin bed (both have new pillow top mattress' 2022), and of course amazing views of the ocean. We also have 2 new roll-away twin beds that are very comfortable (added in 2021). There is also a smart TV in the lower level and Air Conditioning (new in 2022). We have a local caretaker who is available to assist with all aspects of your stay from beginning to end. Available to meet you at the airport (if requested) to get you to the house or can help arrange for transportation. She can also grocery shop for you to get the house ready ahead of your stay (for a small fee). We can also will help you book day trips, excursions, set up restaurant reservations, hire a private chef, arrange massages on the beach, as well as booking your rental car (with a local who offers our guests great rates). We have a washer and a dryer, as well as a gas grill, 2 kayaks, 1 paddle-board, snorkeling equipment, waterproof bluetooth speaker, large Yeti soft cooler, ice maker and many other nice amenities. This cute little beach cottage is older, however a beach front bargain for sure! There has been several updates including a new kitchen in 2018, new outdoor deck furniture, beach chairs and other various upgrades made in 2022/23 including new air conditioning units, ice maker, all new beds, sleeper sofa, refrigerator (w/water and ice) and most recently all new windows!
