카운터에 계신 직원분들 모두 너무 친절하셨어요.
잘 못하는 영어에도 귀기울여 서비스 제공해주셔서 감사했습니다 ㅎㅎ
수영장과 사우나 시설은 크지 않지만 즐기기에 적당했습니다.
수영장은 특히 90~150 cm 정도의 깊이여서 좋았어요.
조식은 매일 조금씩 바뀌어서 질리지 않게 잘 먹었습니다.
시설은 전반적으로 깨끗했고, 청소는 요청하거나 오전에 자리를 비운 경우에만 해주십니다.
팁을 달라고 하시지는 않지만 1~2달러 침대 옆에 두어야 커버를 갈아주시는 것 같아요!
특히 외관상 잘 보이지 않는 물막힘 등은 확실하게 요청해야 처리해주시니, 프론트를 잘 이용하시기 바랍니당

The location is good and convenient to get to anywhere. There are many restaurants, grocery stores and shopping areas within 10 min drive. We accidentally discovered a newly developed China town with varieties of Asian food and grocery store, which is only 10-12 min away. The hot breakfast is nice. However, the internet is unsecured, which made us nervous when we need to access anything personal online.

풍성한 아침 식사를 제공하는 비교적 새로운 특급 호텔입니다. 위치는 매우 좋은데 보증금 환불이 너무 느립니다. 호텔을 떠난 지 7일 뒤에 호텔에 전화했는데, 다시 연락을 해보니 아직 선불금이 환불되지 않더군요. 씨트립과의 반복적인 통화와 소통 끝에 선판매권 보증금을 환불해 드렸습니다.

We had a quick overnight stay to be close to fashion place mall. The location has a lot of food around and was safe. My only small dislike was how small the pool and hot tub were.
Staff was friendly and everything was updated and clean.

햄튼인앤 스위트 스프링데일 자이온 국립공원 예약을 힐튼 아너스로 예약을 해뒀으나 마을의 화재로 인해 호텔 진입이 불가능해서 갑작스럽게 트립닷컴으로 예약을 넣었습니다. 결제후 5분뒤 체크인했는데, 호텔에서 바로 확인이 가능해 트립닷컴의 편리함에 감동받았습니다. 햄튼인 스프링데일은 환불에 대해 여전히 언급도 하지않고 수십번의 메일과 전화를 전부 거부하고 있었지만, 그나마 이곳에서 묵을수 있어 다행이었습니다. 객실도 평범하고 조식도 평범했지만, 생긴지 얼마안되서 깨끗하고 위치도 적당했습니다.

裙裙儿轻飞우리는 가족 여행, 이 호텔은 매우 좋습니다. 프론트 데스크 직원은 매우 따뜻하고, 아침 식사는 매우 풍부하고, 방은 매우 깨끗하고, 주차는 매우 편리하며 어린이와 함께 여행하기에 적합합니다.

TTianmaxingkongyyy홀리데이 인 호텔은 역시 그들만의 기준이 있네요. 객실은 넓고 시설도 괜찮았습니다. 물론 칫솔, 치약, 슬리퍼 등 어메니티는 전혀 없었지만, 객실 내에 전자레인지와 커피 머신이 있어서 편리했습니다. 조식도 비교적 푸짐했고, 전부 미국식이었습니다.

리리뷰어When we first arrived to the hotel we were amazed at the location, you can’t get any closer to the park entrance than this, literally steps away. The check in process was fast and easy. The room and the property itself beautiful and very well maintained, most importantly it was clean. The room was big and had a kitchen which is always nice when traveling with little ones. And they have laundry on site as well. The pool is small but nice and had an amazing view.
The only negatives I have about the hotel is that there is no gym, no room service, and the hospitality could have been better. I was considering staying another night and there was rooms available but decided to check out after all, I called and asked for a late check out and the receptionist rudely denied our request stating they didn’t have enough housekeepers and therefore could not accommodate late check out, Not even an hour. If they were not sold out and had lots of rooms to clean, why wouldn’t late check out be allowed? When I did check out it was fast and easy but they did not seem to appreciate our business. Only stating you will get an email receipt. No “thank you for staying with us and we hope you return”. None the less, if we return to visit Zion, which I am sure we will, we will definitely stay here again.

리리뷰어호텔에는 무료주차장이 있고, 차를 렌트하시면 공항까지 반납이 매우 편리합니다. 공항에서 에이비스 차량을 반납한 뒤 호텔 프런트에 전화했더니 호텔의 공항셔틀이 공항에서 마중나와 주었습니다. 몇 분 안에 이 효율성은 미국에서 비교할 수 없을 정도로 좋아합니다. 방은 매우 빨랐습니다. 호텔에는 체육관과 작은 수영장도 있습니다. 하룻밤을 쉬고 다음날 비행기를 타러 나가는 경우 매우 적합합니다. 추천하다!

리리뷰어I was very impressed by the beautiful warm and inviting feeling as I entered your lobby. The lady at the check-in desk was very friendly and helpful, with her warm smile. Our room was sparkling clean and cozy. I especially liked the electric window shades. The beds were very comfortable. I liked the walk-in shower but think that the towels should have been hung closer to the shower rather than across the room, which was inconvenient. The breakfast was out of this world, the best I have seen in a long time, with its great variety of items on its menu to suit anyone's taste. The coffee was delicious, freshly ground. When we checked out, the lady enrolled me in the IHG program, and recommended a park nearby for us to visit, and we enjoyed spending the morning there. I was very pleased with my visit to this hotel, and we will definitely consider staying here again on a future visit to Salt Lake City. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Salt Lake City for its location, reasonable price, and superb customer service down to the smallest detail!

BBartThe pool was very cold, not heated, never have I stayed at a hotel that had an indoor pool that was that cold. We chose your location because we were including our grandchildren for a vacation which part was to swim with them. It was too cold. This was also noticed by all of the guests that we talked to who only could use the jacuzzi since it was heated. I had told the staff through text when they asked how my stay was and they said that is standard, and they only heat to a certain level. I later asked if they could get approval for us to swim at one of their sister hotels and they said that was not possible unless we were staying at their hotel. I was in the hotel business for 5 years with Quality International so I am used to situations like this. Since we were staying multiple days I was asked if I wanted my room made up each day and I said yes, 1st day it was not done, and I had to ask and it was not done until 5pm.

리리뷰어I got a $47 a night price so I can’t complain too much. The amenities for the kids is great-pool, hot tub, basket ball court, mini golf. The building shows its age but that doesn’t bother me staying at a place if it is clean. The bed was clean and comfortable enough. My main and only complaint was the towels. The entire point of white hotel towels is you can bleach them and people can see they are clean. The towels were so old they don’t bleach the dirt out anymore and they are still using them or their washing facilities don’t work. Why? This is an easy fix and they felt too gross to use for me. All 3 wash cloths were dingy looking and one had a clear lipstick mark on it that hadn’t washed out. Of the three towels I got only one looked clean enough to use. People can be ok with an aging building Red Lion if things are clean. This is an easy fix. I might stay here again at that deal, but it’s a definite maybe.
