M20 Studios is an absolute gem right in the centre of Cluj-Napoca’s beautiful old town. The location could not be better — everything is within walking distance, yet the studio is still peaceful and comfortable. The apartment has all the amenities you could need for a great stay, including an excellent fan which made a huge difference during warmer days. Everything was spotlessly clean and very well maintained, making it feel welcoming from the moment I arrived. The host was incredibly responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout my stay, which made the whole experience even smoother. Honestly, my only disappointment was that I couldn’t extend my stay because the studio was already fully booked! That probably says everything you need to know. I cannot recommend this place enough and would absolutely stay here again.

나는 호텔의 서비스에 깊은 인상을 받았습니다. 우리를 참석한 접수원은 매우 친절하고 사려 깊었고 칫솔과 같은 필요한 모든 것을 갖추도록 체크인했습니다. 그녀는 또한 누락 된 것이 있으면 연락 할 수 있으며 즉시 보내질 것이라고 알려줍니다. 또 다른 하이라이트는 방 밖에 위치한 정수기였습니다. 유럽의 많은 호텔에서 지속 가능성 노력으로 더 이상 무료 생수를 제공하지 않기 때문에 식수에 쉽게 접근할 수 있다는 점에 진심으로 감사했습니다. 위치는 도심과 가깝고 근처에 슈퍼마켓도 있습니다.

One of the best places I stayed, and this happened in my home country! I'm amazed by the modernization of apartment and cleanliness. Just a bit tricky to enter the underground parking, I'd show a video also to guests that are less eager to read all instructions. Same for the keylock. We just stayed one night before our flight and price was very good. Reason was that I didnt' wanted to wake up at 2 AM and drive in the night 200km to Cluj Napoca airport, and was a very good decision.

4박 동안 아무도 침대 시트와 수건을 교체하지 않았습니다. 외출할 때 사물함에 방 열쇠를 두고 왔어요. 그러나 퇴근 후 돌아올 때 사물함은 잠금 해제되었습니다. 그래도 열쇠는 안에 있었다. 나는 방에 들어갔다. 침대 시트와 수건은 똑같고 변하지 않았습니다.. 그래서 다음 3일 동안 외출할 때 방 열쇠를 가지고 다녔습니다. 이것이 방을 청소하지 않은 이유입니까??

Small boutique hotel near the center of town with restaurants and grocery store near by. Room is not large, but clean, breakfast so-so; biggest issue is hotel has no elevator, so make sure not to choose a room at a high floor if you happen to have heavy bags.

리셉션에서 매우 도움이되는 직원. 방은 신선하고 편안한 침대와 멋진 난방으로 보이고 냄새가납니다. 다만 조명이 부족해서 조금 어둡게 보입니다. 그러나 여전히 훌륭한 위치와 서비스로 그만한 가치가 있습니다. 고맙습니다!

I really loved it. It’s in the middle of nowhere and yet close to the city, clean air, beautiful view, very friendly and helpful staff !!! Highly recommend it !!!

주인은 너무 젠시했고 장소는 매우 깨끗했습니다. 위치는 도심에서 조금 떨어져 있지만 공항과 가까워서 좋았습니다. 추천

It was cheap, nice, quiet, and had most of the thing needed. It would have been better if it had a toothpaste too, I forgot to bring one.
