호텔은 구시가지 바로 외곽에 편리하게 위치해 있고, 주변 지역은 조용하며, 스타리 클레파르츠도 근처에 있습니다. 호텔에서 3인실을 제공하는 경우는 드물어서, 3인 가족 여행에 완벽한 선택입니다. 방은 따뜻하고, 화장실도 괜찮고, 24시간 상주하는 직원들도 친절합니다. 전반적으로 가성비가 훌륭합니다!

호텔의 위치는 매우 좋습니다. 강제 수용소까지 도보로 몇 분 거리에 있습니다. 시내 중심가까지 도보로 이동이 매우 편리합니다. 방은 깨끗하고 편안합니다. 방에는 생수 2병도 있습니다. 프론트 데스크 직원도 매우 정중합니다. 머물 가치가 있습니다.

The communition between the reception is very poor, we arrived late and it’s hard to check in, no information of our check-in. We tried to call the phone but no answers, we tried to check-in through the QR code but it’s useless. Poor communication and customer service
Location is perfect if you want to stay near the market square, the room is fine. Wifi is not working. Total experience is not great.

크라쿠프 중심가에서 그리 멀지 않은 매우 좋은 호텔입니다. 방이 넓고, 큰 침대가 두 개 있어서, 서로의 코골이가 신경 쓰이지 않는다면 출장을 가는 두 사람이 머물기에 적당합니다.
추천하다.
바로 옆에는 힐튼 호텔인 DOUBLE TREE가 있는데, 넓은 주차장도 갖추고 있습니다.
사진 속 강가 레스토랑은 맛있고 풍경도 훌륭해요 👍.

This is a perfect aparthotel with perfect location! We took BOLT, it takes just 15mins to get there from the airport. The check in is simple, with clear details. The place is clean and new, just nearby the big shopping mall Krakow Glowny. Would definitely choose again.

Hotel posizionato nel quartiere ebraico. Camere semplici ma pulite. molto rumore dovuto dal tram. Colazione un po carente nella parte dolce. Nessun cornetto o torta ma solo biscotti. Caffè non buono per noi italiani

Das Hotel liegt recht zentral, nah beim Bahnhof und alles Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar.
Hatte mein Zimmer im 4. Stock ohne Aufzug, ist machbar. In meinem Zimmer wahr sogar eine Klimaanlage was unter dem Dach wirklich Sinn macht . Die Ausstattung ist schon ein bisschen Retro und die Plastikauflage auf der Matratze geht gar nicht .
Frühstück war vollkommen in Ordnung und das Personal recht freundlich. Preis Leistung stimmt hier.

Nice small hotel in the very center of Krakow. Restaurants and Café nearby. Public transport just around the corner. Market place 3 min to walk. Street nois in the morning 6am.

원칙적으로, 나의 평가는 휴식의 질과 편리함을 보여준다! ;-D))
우리 방에서는 냉각 음료를위한 미니 냉장고가 작동하지 않았고 크라쿠프에서 꽤 뜨거웠 기 때문에 (+ 29-30 * C),이 상황은 약간의 불편을 초래했습니다!
호텔 검색에는 어려운 순간이있었습니다. 지리 (Google 카드가 완벽하게 작동하지 않음)와 실용적이지 않았습니다. 우리는 21.00 (이미 어둡고 호텔의 거리 조명을 이용할 수 없음)에 호텔에 도착했습니다. 호텔 이름, 호텔은 강조되지 않으며, 위치한 건물의 일부는 두꺼운 부시 나무 착륙 뒤에 숨겨져있어 이전에 멈추지 않았을 때 호텔을 찾기가 매우 어렵습니다 !!! 낮에 정착했을 때, 이 같은 상황은 호텔의 라벨이 잘 보이므로 어려움을 초래하지 않을 것이다.

호텔의 위치가 매우 좋아서 대중교통을 이용해 어디든 갈 수 있고, 역사 지구까지 도보로 5분 거리에 있습니다.
객실은 편안하고 크기도 적당합니다.
아침 식사의 종류가 다소 부족하지만 며칠 동안은 괜찮을 듯합니다.

SsallyThe positives. The hotel was modern, well positioned from the central square, and the rooms were spotless. The breakfast was good quality with a diverse choice.
The negatives. A member of the cleaning staff walked into my room early morning without knocking. I believe she didn't realise the room was occupied. I was in my underwear in my bed exposed. It caused much embarrassment to me and her. I made a complaint. However, it was brushed aside, and there was no apology. From the staff member at reception. I ordered in food, and when it was delivered by the outside restaurant, it was left to sit at the hotel reception. When I eventually received a call from the desk via my moibile, the meal was cold and ruined. The receptionist claimed she had called my room telephone - she hadn't. Another incident with the cleaning staff, they threw my water bottle away when they cleaned the room. I asked where it was, and they went rifling through the black bags. I was totally shocked that they thought they could put my possession in the garbage.
The staff can be abrupt, Each job sector is very dislocated from the other, so it feels quite cold in the atmosphere of the hotel. If they could address the harmony of the staff, then the place would feel more welcoming.

*Lovely spacious rooms with nicely refurbished bathrooms.
*The breakfast area looks presentable with a fairly decent selection.
*Bottled water is provided daily, you just have to make sure you hang the sign to request to clean the room.
*Hotel is centrally located right by the square. It’s near grocery stores, restaurants, donut/pastry shops & souvenir shops.
CONS
*The carpets “looked” dirty & old, not very pleasing to look at but they’re not - just gives that impression!
*The main downside for me is the noise. Our room was facing the front which is where pedestrians walk through to the square. Earplugs were supplied by Hotel but they didn’t make a difference. There were loud revellers until 4:30am daily, then once that ends, the delivery trucks & refuse collectors pass through which were just as loud! Needless to say I didn’t get a full night sleep for 4 nights.
Overall, it’s a clean & very reasonably priced hotel. May I also add we are a group that booked 4 rooms. 2 rooms were in the quiet side but the other 2 were in the noisy part. Not all rooms are the same. However, if you can sleep through anything then this wouldn’t be as much of an issue as it was for me.

Mmomo旅전통의 호텔에서 축년수가 걸려 있습니다만 깨끗하게 손질되고 있습니다. 무엇보다 인테리어가 호화롭고 유럽 같은 분위기를 맛볼 수 있습니다. 단지 깨끗한 만큼의 보통의 호텔에 질린 분에게 추천. 크라쿠프의 역에서 비교적 가까운 곳에 있으며, 근처에는 쇼핑몰도 있으므로 편리합니다.

MMillerMikeFantastic hotel! Staff was super friendly and helpful. The location is great on one of the main tram lines and close to the bus and train stations. Room and bathroom were the perfect size and the bed was big and comfortable. Really enjoyed the fresh water dispenser in the hall for refilling water bottles and having cups of tea after coming in from the cold. Room and lobby were very clean and the bar/food counter in the lobby was great!

KKaikaikaikai솔직히 말해서, 객실 장식은 할머니의 것보다 오래된 느낌이지만, 잠이 들고 나니 지금까지 여행하면서 가장 잘 잤던 밤 중 하나였습니다.큰 베개는 편안했고, 침대의 단단함도 딱 적당했습니다.객실 내부는 굉장히 클래식해 보였지만, 욕실은 믿을 수 없을 만큼 현대적이고 깨끗했습니다.호텔의 계단과 로비가 정말 마음에 들었습니다.궁전에 온 것 같은 느낌이었습니다.구시가지에 있고 건물도 오래되어서 밤에는 아래층에서 술에 취한 남녀가 소리치는 소리가 또렷하게 들리기 때문에 잠이 얕은 사람들은 이 점을 고려해 보는 것이 좋습니다.좋은 점은 모든 것이 편리하게 위치해 있다는 것입니다.멀지 않은 곳에 폴란드 피에로기 노점이 있는데, 집에 가져가서 먹었는데 정말 맛있었습니다.

--DHKRelaxed Hampton hotel with parking option (surcharged, if remember correctly, but not too expensive). Nice location for Auschwitz, Krakau, Trip to Ukraine / Slovakia and Energylandia.
Very friendly and kind staff at reception and breakfast buffet. Buffet is very decent and everybody will be served plenty (cold cuts, yoghurt + musli, fruits, eggs + sausages, all coffee types (incl. cappuccino).
Trip.com was cheaper than booking in hotel, better to compare!
For us best option around - checked also other hotels around, but here you get a Hilton daughter quality for just a bit more than other options around.
Room was clean, bed comfy (bit on soft side).
Fitness room has multifunctional machine + dumbbells and bench + cardio options - enough!
Nice hotel, fully recommend!

KKanabeeA little walk from the station, the hotel is located smack center at the entrance of the Old Town. I was pleasantly surprised at how beautifully room was decorated (later learnt that it models after artefacts in the museum next door!). I also strongly recommend the breakfast here. Genuinely some of the best I’ve had, every bite just a bomb of flavour. Dinner was great too!
Moreover, for a seemingly old hotel what genuinely surprised me was the lack of mould or dust even in the deepest corners of the room.
I would also like to mention that I had some issue with the hotel facility on the last day of stay. Although I was rather impatient of fear that the hotel will not come back with a solution at all, they were very polite and accommodating throughout the ordeal.
