Super place to stay I highly recommend this hotel. Stepped off the 300 bus from Krakow city - 10 minutes walk to the airport or there is a shuttle bus. Great room with everything you could need and tastefully decorated and designed - they give you a glass carafe and there is a water dispensing machine on each floor so that you can help yourself . Super modern and comfortable with a perfect shower room with underfloor heating. Great bar area which is also used for the Massive buffet breakfast which was superb. Just perfect

A wonderful, cozy apartment in the very heart of Zakopane, a few steps from Krupówki and other attractions. It's very convenient both for hiking and skiing, as it is very easy to get from there to Tatra Mountains trails and ski lifts. Also, a very helpful lady at the main reception desk. I would gladly return to this place.

시설 깔끔하고 조식도 맛있고 잠자리도 편했어요. 시내와의 거리도 멀지 않아서 좋았고 바로 앞에 주유소랑 편의점이 있어서 편했어요. 추천합니다.

매우 훌륭하고 깨끗한 호텔입니다. 타우론 아레나 옆의 훌륭한 위치. 매우 유익한 서비스입니다. 객실에는 다리미, 다리미판, 헤어드라이어, 커피, 차, 물이 제공됩니다. 편안한 침대. 아침 식사는 다양하고, 선택의 폭이 넓어서 추천합니다. 가장 어린아이들도 맛있는 와플을 먹을 수 있습니다.

깔끔하고 좋은 레스토랑에 푸짐한 아침 식사까지. 잠 못 이루는 밤. 3월 29일, 옆방 202호에서 밤새도록 시끄러웠습니다. 방에 들어서자마자 소음이 시작됐습니다. 두 사람이 술에 취해 즐겁게 이야기하고 노래를 부르고 있었는데, 다른 사람들이 들어와서 두 시간 정도 큰 소리로 떠들다가 나갔습니다. 한밤중에… 새벽 1시 15분에 한 사람이 들어왔습니다. 새벽 4시 50분에는 또 다른 사람이 들어와서 샤워를 하고 이야기를 나누기 시작했습니다. 이상하게도 그들은 술에 취하지 않았습니다. 방은 방음이 안 되어 있어서 모든 소리가 너무 잘 들렸습니다.

콜럼버스 호텔이 정말 마음에 들었습니다. 공항에서 오는 Rynek 중앙역 다음 정류장인 Grzegorzki 기차역에서 도보로 단 몇 분 거리에 있습니다. 나는 발코니, 욕조, 냉장고, 무료 물, 세면 도구가있는 트윈 룸에있었습니다. 사랑스럽고 밝고 깨끗하며 편안한 침대와 멋진 침구. 아침 식사는 맛있었습니다. 스크램블 에그와 작은 소시지가 너무 맛있었습니다. 케이크는 나중에 커피와 함께 사랑스러웠습니다. 또한 시리얼, 고기, 치즈, 과일, 요구르트, 빵과 주스. 사랑스럽고 조용하며 방에 있는 다른 손님의 소리를 듣지 못했습니다. 정말 조용하고 편안한 분위기. 길 건너편에 야외 좌석 공간과 상점도 있습니다. 트램 정류장은 바로 옆에 있으며 매우 쉽고 자주 있습니다. 티켓 기계가 정류장에 있거나 선상에서 지불할 수 있습니다. 티켓을 확인하는 것을 잊지 마십시오. 유대인 지구와 빈민가를 탐험하기에 좋은 기지인 Schindler Factory Museum과 지금까지 하이라이트인 Plaszow 가이드 투어를 놓치지 마세요. 트램 3과 24는 호텔 외부에서 4즐로티를 탔습니다. 그들은 그곳에 박물관을 건설하는 과정에 있으므로 앞으로 훨씬 더 바쁠 것입니다. 잘 알려지지 않은 동안 지금 가십시오. 나는 확실히 훌륭한 선택 인 콜럼버스 호텔로 돌아갈 것입니다. 즐기십시오!

PROS *Lovely spacious rooms with nicely refurbished bathrooms. *The breakfast area looks presentable with a fairly decent selection. *Bottled water is provided daily, you just have to make sure you hang the sign to request to clean the room. *Hotel is centrally located right by the square. It’s near grocery stores, restaurants, donut/pastry shops & souvenir shops. CONS *The carpets “looked” dirty & old, not very pleasing to look at but they’re not - just gives that impression! *The main downside for me is the noise. Our room was facing the front which is where pedestrians walk through to the square. Earplugs were supplied by Hotel but they didn’t make a difference. There were loud revellers until 4:30am daily, then once that ends, the delivery trucks & refuse collectors pass through which were just as loud! Needless to say I didn’t get a full night sleep for 4 nights. Overall, it’s a clean & very reasonably priced hotel. May I also add we are a group that booked 4 rooms. 2 rooms were in the quiet side but the other 2 were in the noisy part. Not all rooms are the same. However, if you can sleep through anything then this wouldn’t be as much of an issue as it was for me.

Fantastic hotel! Staff was super friendly and helpful. The location is great on one of the main tram lines and close to the bus and train stations. Room and bathroom were the perfect size and the bed was big and comfortable. Really enjoyed the fresh water dispenser in the hall for refilling water bottles and having cups of tea after coming in from the cold. Room and lobby were very clean and the bar/food counter in the lobby was great!

This is a nice small apartment. The kitchen has a saucepan and frying pan with a few utensils, which are enough for basic cooking. The fridge is handy. The shower is warm and has good pressure. The air conditioning works. I was on the top floor. There's a lift. I had a balcony overlooking the cemetery. The basement has a washing machine but I didn't try it. It's about a 12 minute walk to Krakov Glowny station. From there, it's about 10 minutes to the main square and another 20 minutes to the old town. Communication with the property owner was good and generally fast. Contrary to the Trip listing (May 2026), this apartment has no front desk. As I later read in a review, it's self check-in. Unfortunately, the instructions weren't sent to me. I called the property when I was there and they sent them via WhatsApp. Make sure you have the instructions before you go! I wasted time trying to use the QR code on the front door. This is not for the apartment. I wanted to extend my stay but the property was booked. I left my water bottle behind. The owner arranged for the service staff to meet me the following day to return it.

폴레라 호텔에서 정말 좋은 시간을 보냈습니다. 저희가 알아본 4성급이나 5성급 호텔들은 대부분 훌륭했지만, 좀 더 알아본 결과 폴레라 호텔이 그런 호텔들과 마찬가지로 훌륭한 위치에 있으면서도 훨씬 저렴하다는 것을 알게 되었습니다. (도보로 1~2분 거리였죠!) 호텔은 전통적인 폴란드 스타일로 꾸며져 있어 정말 마음에 들었습니다. 객실은 넓고 편안했으며 필요한 모든 것이 갖춰져 있었습니다. 덕분에 편안하게 잠을 잘 수 있었고 아무런 문제도 없었습니다. 직원들도 매우 친절하고 도움이 많이 되었습니다! 호텔 조식은 근처에 카페와 빵집이 많아서 이용하지 않았는데, 오히려 그게 더 좋았습니다. 하지만 무엇보다도 위치가 가장 큰 장점이었습니다! 메인 광장과 번화가까지 걸어서 3분도 채 걸리지 않았습니다. 공항에서는 20분 정도 걸리고 우버를 이용했는데 80 PLN 정도 나왔습니다. 공항 이동 시간을 제외하면 거의 모든 곳을 걸어 다닐 수 있었습니다. 저희가 이용한 교통편도 호텔에서 걸어서 7분 거리에 있었습니다. 전반적으로 전통적인 매력을 지닌 훌륭한 호텔이었습니다. 가격 대비 성능이 훌륭합니다!
