스윔룸은 멋진 전망과 반쯤 독립된 수영장을 제공합니다. 평일에 숙박해서 마치 저희만 수영장을 이용하는 것처럼 느껴졌습니다. 청결도는 별 3개를 줬는데, 침대 옆 탁자에 놓인 티슈에서 불쾌한 냄새가 났기 때문입니다. 유리 슬라이딩 도어는 정기적으로 닦지 않는 것 같았고, 이전 투숙객이 남긴 것으로 보이는 얼룩이 여전히 남아 있었습니다. 좋은 점을 꼽자면, 직원들의 따뜻한 환대와 신속한 응대에 감사드립니다. 또한, 저녁 식사부터 뷔페식 아침 식사까지 객실로 가져다주는 음식이 다양해서 좋았습니다. 음식 종류도 많고 음료도 풍부했습니다. 수영장도 잘 관리되어 있었지만, 투숙객들이 이용하기 전에 좀 더 자주 청소해 주면 좋겠습니다. 전반적으로 후도르 리조트에서 보낸 시간은 가격 대비 만족스러웠습니다.

The place has a lot of potential, and we had a generally pleasant stay. The staff were accommodating, and we appreciated their flexibility with both check-in and check-out. They also provided bellboy assistance for our luggage upon arrival and departure, and the check-out process was quick and hassle-free. However, the property could benefit from better maintenance and housekeeping. Some of the door knobs were broken, and the restroom doors had no locks. We also requested assistance to fix the restroom drainage and remove a frozen cockroach from the refrigerator, but unfortunately, no one attended to these concerns before we checked out. Since the weather was bad during our stay, we ended up spending most of our time inside the accommodation, making the condition and cleanliness of the room even more important. I hope the management prioritizes regular maintenance and improves room cleanliness to provide a better guest experience. Overall, despite these issues, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back.

The reception was good. It was a smooth transaction when I arrived. The room was hot when I got into it. I found that the staff wasn’t trained properly & seems like I have to ask for every thing. I was there for 4 days & they never replenished my water bottle. The bed was a bit hard but comfortable enough. The breakfast was ok. I was very disappointed when I had to ask numerous times for my change when I booked a boat through them to go to hundred islands. I paid 500 pesos for convenience fee for them to organise the trip & evrytime I asked for my change back they keep telling me that they have to ask the boatman first, then the guard, then the department of tourism and various excuses. I didn’t get a direct answer until the next day. I trusted them to do the transaction smoothly that’s the reason I paid for the convenience fee. I would’ve done the job myself & preferred to give the boatman the 500 pesos as he really looked after me for the whole day. The hotel is Brand new but needs some more decor in the room & have an air conditioning working in the lift & the foyer. The restaurant staff wasn’t as friendly but accomodating. They seems all so uptight & doesn’t practice common sense. The most disappointing part of my stay is the designated smoking area. It was in the motorcycle parking lot & way out, outside of the hotel. I didn’t feel safe going out for a smoke as it’s also a bit dark & there’s rubbish everywhere. The ashtray was full of other rubbish & the garbage bin was full for all the time I was there. I’m writing this all as a productive criticism for an improvement for my next stay & for other guests that will be staying in the future. Otherwise the hotel is nice, great pool overlooking the hundred islands the gym was ok . The hotel transfer was also nice but I have to asked first. I hope it’ll be better next time I stay. The place is good 10mins away from calle crisollogo, with swimming pool opens at 8am-10pm. Comfy beds and really cool aircon the bathroom is spacious too. Some rooms has cabinet and some doesn’t. With complimentary soap and shampoo you have your own kettle with complimentary coffee. It is also near the beach and the place is big and quiet. Please take note the wifi is only in the reception but in the room it is very very slow as if nothing. It has Cable TV but very static and the room is only on dim lights and what i hate the most is when i ask to clean the room they didn’t change the used drinking glass but the staff are nice specially the guard and receptionist at night you can also call the receptionist if you need something and the food is very very good and the view upstairs is nice aswell!!

The hotel and room looks clean in a glance - until you spend hours in it. I found some cheese crumbs under our bed when we didn't eat inside our room. There are also flies and mosquitoes in the room. Other than that, the casa is clean in general. The location is excellent - walking distance to almost any points in the city center. Service is good. The staffs are friendly. Breakfast is superb. It would have been the best hotel if not for some of these lapses. TV reception isn't great. WiFi in the room is sometimes weak. The hinge of the cabinet in the room is loose already that it creates a creaking sound every time we open it. The bathroom floor in the PWD room is slippery. Although there were guest kits and towels provided, it would have been nice if there was a dedicated bathroom slippers. The ceiling has mildew and mark that paint is being removed. Other than that, the AC is nice, the bed and blanket are comfy. There are lots of electric sockets in the room. The room is on the first floor and pretty quiet at night. You can only hear the voices of people walking along the hallways which is pretty normal. Despite all these observations, I would still want to book here in the future. The experience is still good.

We enjoyed our stay and loved that the resort isn’t crowded — perfect if you want a quiet and relaxing beach. The food was surprisingly good for the price and they provide free drinking water so you can just refill your tumblers. There are also nearby restaurants and tourist spots, and they can arrange a tricycle driver if you don’t have a car. The staff were very kind and even assisted us with an early checkout before their official opening time. A few downsides: there was a bad smell in the bathroom when we arrived, no amenities were provided, and we had to request blankets. The restaurant area is also not very visible yet and seems like it’s still being improved. Still, we had a great stay overall and would definitely return. Thank you!

스타 플라자 호텔의 프레지덴셜 스위트에 묵었습니다. 룸서비스 직원들은 친절하고 도움을 많이 주셔서 숙박하는 동안 정말 감사했습니다. 침대는 편안했고 Wi-Fi도 잘 작동했습니다. 햄을 제외한 아침 식사는 괜찮았습니다. 다른 호텔 레스토랑 음식도 괜찮았습니다. 하지만 샤워실의 온수가 나오지 않아 실망스러웠습니다. 이 정도 수준의 스위트에서는 예상치 못한 일이었습니다. 세탁 서비스도 이용할 수 없었고, 처음 방에 들어갔을 때 강한 식초 냄새가 났는데, 시간이 좀 걸렸습니다. 전반적으로 몇 가지 장점이 있었지만, 여러 가지 문제로 인해 프레지덴셜 스위트에 대한 기대에 미치지 못하는 경험을 했습니다. 개선이 이루어지기를 바랍니다.

저희는 깨끗하고 넓은 2층 발코니 객실에 묵었습니다. 수압도 좋고 따뜻한 물도 잘 나왔어요. 룸서비스로 아침 식사가 제공되어 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 호텔 위치도 관광 거리까지 걸어서 금방 갈 수 있는 거리에 있습니다.
