위치가 정말 말할 것도 없이 좋습니다. ADO버스정류장 1분거리이고 Walmart 3분 거리에 있어요. 키친 시설 다 갖추고 있어서 식재료 사다가 조리 가능해서 식비는 많이 들디 않았어요. 수압이 약하다는 후기가 많아 걱정 많이 했는데, 걱정할 정도 아닙니다. 매일 청소,설거지 깨끗하게 해줘서 장기 숙박객에게 최적화 된 숙소라고 생각합니다. 재방문의사 200%

호텔은 많은 레스토랑, 관광 정보 및 길거리 음식을 판매하는 시장과 가까운 좋은 지역에 있습니다. 이 지역은 밤에 혼자 걸어도 매우 안전하다고 느꼈습니다.
호텔 수영장은 정말 훌륭했어요! 좌석도 많고 붐비는 느낌이 전혀 들지 않을 만큼 넓습니다.
방은 깨끗하고 넓었습니다.

칸쿤 공항이랑 가깝고, 공항 드랍 버스가 운행한다고 해서 예약했습니다. 시설은 깔끔합니다. 메리어트 계열이다보니 어느정도 수준이 잘 유지되는 호텔입니다. 룸온니로 예약했는데 조식 무료로 먹을 수 있었습니다. 다만 창문을 열 수 없는 점이
조금 답답했고, 하우스키핑에서 영어를 잘 못해서 응대가 아쉬웠던 아쉬움은 있었습니다.

Fijne locatie dicht bij het strand om de hoek van het Ado busstation en 5th avenue.
Vriendelijke receptionist die mij er goed geholpen heeft.
Het kan soms iets lawaaig zijn.

Would recommend it worth the price. Very central location, close to the main road and beach. The room was very spacious and clean. There was an issue with the water pressure at the beginning, but they sorted out in a couple of hours. The rooftop terrace is nice, the pool is not that big, and it was a bit dirty. Breakfast included is only one choice out of 4 dishes but tasty.

Stay here if you want to enjoy a beautiful spa experience only steps away from your hotel room.
Don’t stay here is you expect to be close to downtown. It’s at least a twenty minute walk to downtown, including if you just need a quick drink from a convenience store, and having to take a taxi each time quickly adds up! Don’t even think about walking to and from the hotel after sunset as the mosquitoes will eat you very quickly (you won’t even make it half way). Hence, I sort of wished I picked any hotel closer to downtown as I believe their premium is worth it just on this fact alone.
Don’t stay here if you want variety with the included breakfast. The complimentary breakfast will have you searching for the rooftop entrance across the street, climb the stairs to be presented three preset breakfast options; omelette or scrambled eggs with either cheese or ham or pancakes. Granted, a bit of fruits and yogurt is included along with the eggs, but it’s pretty basic. Though I’m not complaining when you get to have freshly prepared breakfast on the rooftop overlooking the Holbox white beach! Just don’t expect much nor to have a variety of options. But it will get the job done! Breakfast was 8:30-10:30am and we hung around past that to enjoy coffee on the rooftop WIFI.
Don’t stay here if you are expecting a good pool experience. The two small pools on the property aren’t running all the time so it doesn’t look appealing to get into.
Don’t stay here if you are expecting a view from your hotel room. You won’t see any bit of the ocean - just the hotels in front and behind this hotel.
We upgraded from the Double Room to the King suite and really glad we did because we got a nice balcony and comfortable bed with plenty of different pillow options. We also looked into upgrading to the King suite with bathtub option but glad we didn’t opt for it as the bathtub didn’t look appealing and just took up all the living room space. We wish the rooms were a bit more spacious, with perhaps some living room furniture, otherwise you just get a basic bed with nightstands, TV with basic cable and basic bathroom. The water pressure was good and quickly warmed up. The room AC was great and didn’t need to be run long. The issue mainly was the poor insulating as we heard out downstairs neighbours and likely would have heard whoever was across from us if there was anyone. There was no safe or iron in the room unfortunately.
If beach clubs are your thing, there are three decent options very close by. We checked out “HAU” beach club directly across from this hotel. This beach club didn’t have a minimum, had a generous happy hour (4-7pm), but unfortunately we got diarrhea after their mojitos. Although they were delicious mojitos so it’s hard to regret it.
I primarily booked this place to get a great spa experience and they exceeded my expectations. Thus, based on this experience, this hotel deserves nothing less than five stars.
I also can’t forget to mention the hotel staff were incredibly helpful during our stay. Shoutout to all the concierges and especially including Mateo, Almira and Marianna in the reservations department!

SSS72I found this property Ujo have good reviews on Trip.con and wanted to give it a try. I preferred apartment style stays cos the convenience of having a kitchen allows flexibility for diet-restricted people.
The place looked modern and clean. Pretty spacious and functional. Has a balcony with a (not so grande, lol) view of the neighborhood. It was so hot outside even in November, like a sauna, so we didn’t spend anytime on the balcony and kept windows and doors shut to prevent heat and bugs.
The AC and two ceiling fans in our room helped greatly for temperature control, making our stay comfortable. Note: the AC only works when you use the key card in the room — inserting it in the power slot and then AC can be turned on. Without a note about it, I thought the AC was not working. But glad the lady there helped to call and figure it out. Simple as that.
The bathroom is interesting. It’s mostly good, got a ceiling shower and worked well. They provided organic wash, shampoo, and conditioner. The only part that didn’t make too much sense is the short half wall that is functioning as a divider between the shower part and the dry part of the bathroom. Water would easily splash out — it felt like it was designed for shorter users and didn’t account for a lot of tourists that are tall. Perhaps add a good old shower curtain? Mostly for the property’s own benefit of not getting the floor wet where it shouldn’t be.
I sent a request when I booked the room for the hosts to spray bug sprays in the room prior to my arrival. They quickly acknowledged that after my booking and did that before I checked in. Much appreciation.
When we checked out, we left our luggage to the host for a few hours. They are very helpful to put them away.
Also this place has bike rentals on site for a good price compared to what we saw outside of the property.
Finally, let’s talk about the overall area. We chose it also because it’s close location to ADO bus station as we came from Cancun via bus. We don’t have any interest in the crazy taxi prices and want to walk as much as we can. So this walkable property (less than 10minutes from Tulum ADO bus station) worked. I also chose it because it’s not on the Main Street where I looked at a lot of properties and found noise complaints. I cannot handle noise past 10pm. I need my rest. So overall, Ujo was quiet in itself, no really close-by clubs, no rooftop parties, and other visitors seemed respectful and not loud after 10pm. BUT, here is the reality, this is a town with many stray animals. And they sleep during the heated day time, and get active at night. So there were barking and meowing for sure that can pierce thru. As well as some traffic sound and remote club noises. Don’t expect 100% tranquility. I am fairly picky about noise but I would say given the town’s reality, this is a very decent spot. I was able to sleep thru the nights without much issue.
Overall the stay met the score it had on Trip.com (9.6/10) when I was booking. If I visit Tulum again, or if someone asked for a recommendation, I would stay/recommend this place.

**좋았던 점:**
올 인클루시브 옵션으로 예약했기 때문에 모든 음식과 음료를 무료로 즐길 수 있었습니다. 특히 덱 레스토랑과 해변에서 제공되는 음식과 음료는 정말 완벽했습니다. 음식의 질이 매우 훌륭했고, 메뉴도 다양했으며, 과일과 음료는 단연 최고였습니다. 객실은 매우 넓었고, 발코니는 다소 작았지만 그래도 충분히 만족스러웠습니다. 호텔은 그리스 산토리니를 연상시키는 매력적인 분위기를 가지고 있었습니다. 방은 매우 깨끗하고 시원했으며, 냉장고에는 항상 음료가 가득 채워져 있었습니다. 호텔에서는 다양한 액티비티도 제공했습니다. 저는 개인적으로 휴식을 원했기 때문에 참여하지는 않았지만, 선택의 폭이 넓어 보였습니다.
**아쉬웠던 점:**
올 인클루시브였음에도 불구하고, 일부 고급 레스토랑은 포함되지 않아 추가 요금을 내야 한다고 들었습니다. 2박 3일 짧은 일정이라 덱 레스토랑만으로도 만족했지만, 더 오래 묵었다면 다른 곳들도 가보고 싶었을 것 같습니다.
마사지 서비스에 대한 과도한 판매 압력도 불편했습니다. 처음에 호텔 측에서 캐나다인이라는 이유로 무료 마사지를 제안했습니다. 하지만 나중에 제가 학생이라는 것을 알게 되자, 직장인만 해당된다며 바로 취소했습니다. 사실 처음부터 마사지를 원했던 것은 아니었지만, 개인 정보를 얻기 위해 제안했다가 그렇게 급작스럽게 취소하는 방식은 마음에 들지 않았습니다.
또 다른 단점은 소음이었습니다. 밤에는 밤 9시 30분부터 거의 11시까지 노래방 같은 시끄러운 노랫소리가 들렸습니다. 낮에는 몇 시간 동안 공사 현장의 드릴 소리가 계속되었습니다. 조용한 호텔을 찾는 분들에게는 이곳이 적합하지 않을 것 같습니다.
처음 Trip.com을 통해 예약할 때 킹사이즈 침대가 있는 객실을 예약했습니다. 그러나 체크인 시 호텔 측에서는 킹룸이 없다고 하면서, 160달러를 추가하면 더 넓은 발코니와 킹사이즈 침대가 있는 오션뷰 룸으로 업그레이드할 수 있다고 권유했습니다. 저는 거절했고, 결국 퀸사이즈 침대 두 개, 더 작은 발코니, 그리고 부분 오션뷰가 있는 객실을 배정받았습니다. 솔직히 말하면, 그 객실에도 만족했습니다.
호텔은 호텔 존의 거의 중앙에 위치해 있었는데, 북쪽이나 남쪽으로 너무 치우치지 않았습니다. 저는 전용 밴을 예약했고, 공항에서 호텔까지 약 20~25분 정도 걸렸습니다. 라 이슬라 몰이 근처에 있다고 들었지만, 지나가면서 보니 많은 상점들이 문을 닫은 상태였습니다. 활기찬 쇼핑몰을 기대하고 오신다면 실망할 수도 있으니 참고하세요.

LLuci.Luxy영어: 여기 온 건 3번째였습니다(객실에 자쿠지가 있어서). 불행히도 마지막 방문이기도 했습니다. 자쿠지가 있는 방에 대한 비용을 지불했습니다. 객실의 에어컨이 고장나서 끌 수가 없었고 안은 엄청 추웠습니다. 끌 수 있냐고 물었더니 사람을 보내서 고쳐 주었습니다. 객실 앞에서 잠시 기다렸습니다. 에어컨은 꺼졌지만 여전히 차가운 공기가 흐르고 있었고 끌 수가 없다고 했습니다. 알겠어요? 다른 방을 요청했습니다. 방을 바꾸었는데 자쿠지가 작동하지 않는다는 것을 알게 되었습니다 😂 제트의 힘은 수도꼭지를 틀었을 때와 같았습니다. 느낄 수도 없었습니다. 수위가 빠르게 낮아져서 저녁에 자쿠지를 두 번이나 다시 채워야 했습니다. 다음 날 고치거나 객실을 바꿔 달라고 요청했더니 다시 사람을 보내서 고쳐 주었습니다. 우리는 물건을 두고 싶지 않았기 때문에 객실 앞에서 잠시 기다렸습니다(아마 1시간 정도). 그들은 여전히 수리 중이었고 우리는 충분했기 때문에 수영장에 갔습니다. 그들은 몇 시간 만에 그것을 ”고쳤고”, 어떻게 되었는지 아십니까? 똑같았습니다 😂🤌 저는 매니저를 객실로 데려가 제트의 ”파워”를 보여주었고 그녀는 그것이 작동한다고 말했습니다. 저는 그녀에게 그것이 작동하는 것을 보았지만 전원이 없고 이것은 자쿠지가 아니라 수도꼭지가 달린 욕조라고 말했습니다. 그녀는 이것이 그들이 할 수 있는 최선이라고 말했습니다. 저는 그녀에게 제가 이전에 호텔에 있었고 자쿠지가 어떻게 작동해야 하는지 알고 있지만 이것은 작동하지 않고 모든 편의 시설이 작동하는 다른 객실을 원한다고 말했습니다. 그녀는 우리 카테고리에 더 이상 객실이 남아 있지 않다고 말했습니다 😂 고장난 에어컨이 있는 오나만 있습니다. … 사이트에서 이 문제를 해결하거나 뭔가 조치를 취해 주길 바랐는데… 사과라도 하려는 것 같았어요… 하지만 아무런 조치도 없었어요. 자쿠지가 고장 난 방에 저희를 내버려 두었고, 저는 자쿠지 때문에 예약했다고 여러 번 설명했어요. 그런데도 그들은 사과만 하고 방을 나갔어요. 너무 실망해서 다시는 오지 않을 거예요. 처음 두 번은 호텔이 정말 좋았는데, 점점 나빠지고 있어요. 그래서 구글과 예약, 그리고 다른 모든 곳에서 별 3개를 받는 거예요. 긴장 풀고 싶지 않다면 절대 가지 마세요.

EElisa-H호텔은 훌륭하고, 객실은 매우 넓고 발코니가 있으며 깨끗합니다. 수영장과 레스토랑도 훌륭합니다. 아침 식사는 유럽인들에게는 다소 적응이 필요합니다. 빵이 없고 미국/멕시코 음식이 주를 이루기 때문입니다. 하지만 여전히 배부르게 드실 수 있습니다. 헬스장은 조금 작고 제대로 운동하기에는 공간이 제한적입니다. 이것이 유일한 단점입니다.

리리뷰어All Ritmo의 숙박 시설은 매우 훌륭했습니다! 데스크 직원은 효율적이고 친절했으며 모든 질문에 자세히 답변했습니다. 식당 직원 - 웨이터와 서버도 친절했으며 환상적인 경험에 필요한 모든 것이 제공되도록 했습니다. 수영장 바 직원도 마찬가지입니다.... 매우 친절하고 수용적입니다. 데스크 직원은 교통 수단을 여러 번 마련했습니다. 정시에 도착했고 운전 기사는 친절했습니다. 가족과 친구들도 칸쿤을 여행할 때 All Ritmo를 선택하는 것이 좋습니다. 내 아들과 나는 멋진 휴가를 위해 All Ritmo 직원에게 감사합니다.

KKseniia KoshevaiaThe hotel is beautiful and overall pleasant, but it left mixed impressions. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and given a tour of the property. However, we later discovered that the cenote was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel and it was under reconstruction, and this had not been communicated in advance. Construction started around 7:30 a.m. and continued throughout the day. The noise in the morning was not too disruptive, but during the day, when the main work was happening, it became quite loud and dusty around the pool area. Workers were constantly passing by, which significantly affected the overall atmosphere.
Housekeeping was inconsistent. The floor in our room was sticky upon check-in, and on one of the days, the cleaner left dirty towels on the floor.
The location is good if you are looking for a quiet and remote place. We woke up to the sounds of birds and saw lizards around the property, which was lovely. However, it also means that you need transportation to get anywhere, as there is little infrastructure nearby. For us, this was not an issue we actually enjoyed the seclusion.
The hotel itself is beautifully designed in a boho style and looks stunning. Despite the drawbacks, I would still consider coming back one day.

I was more than happy to be here. The hotel itself looked kitschy with some concrete human statues at the entrance. The pool was small (you can enjoy swimming at the beach though). But overall, the vibes was homey! My booking came with free breakfast.
The receptionist - Jessica - was very welcoming. She's competent speaking in English and would explain everything you need to know upon check in. She even gave me a printed map of what I can see and do around downtown Cancun. Room was ok, large room with a kitchenette and a proper sink. There's smart TV in the room with Netflix and YouTube.
Location wise, it's 5 minutes to Soriana Supermarket, and then cross the road (Avenida Tulum) from Soriana and you're at the ADO Bus Terminal to the airport. You can also take bus R1 on Avenida Tulum to the Hotel Zone.
There's a Poke shop next door and a burger (if you are sick of Mexican food). It's 15 mins walk to Mercado 23 (where the locals shop) and you can buy souvenirs way cheaper.
You can book Uber and you'd be picked up in front of the hotel.
I will definitely come back to this hotel when I visit Cancun in the future.
