매우 좋은 호텔입니다. 주요 중심지와 주요 도로의 몇몇 거리에 있지만 가깝고 조용하게 있기 위해서입니다. 객실 내에 주방이 있습니다.
수영장은 사진과 다릅니다. 크기는 작지만 역할은 충실합니다. 체크인 전과 체크아웃 후에도 이용할 수 있었습니다.
그들은 당신이 어떤 가방을 두고 갔는지, 어떤 가방을 가지고 갔는지 확인하거나 지적하지 않기 때문에 별로 통제하지 못하면서 가방을 보관합니다.

가격대비 훌륭하거나 가격대비 훌륭한 호텔이고, 가격도 실용적이고, 방도 넓고, 전체적인 호텔도 아주 좋습니다.
방을 청소해주는 서비스 직원이 낮에 청소하는 걸 잊어버리고 장식 소음이 많이 나서 좀 짜증났어요.
호텔 아래에 레스토랑이 있으며 새벽 2시까지 영업하며 품질이 매우 좋습니다. 하지만 해당 슈퍼마켓은 매우 일찍 문을 닫으므로 마실 것을 사려면 스타벅스까지 조금 걸어가야 합니다.

The service was very good. The location is excellent for my needs, as close to the bus station. There are plenty of restaurants in the area and shopping nearby. The hotel restaurant has a very friendly staff. The food is good too.
It was my 4th stay at the hotel and I would stay there again.

Chetumal의 괜찮은 호텔이지만 더 좋을 수 있다고 생각합니다. 베개와 침대는 부드러운쪽에 있으며 호텔은 아마도 약간 오래되어 냄새가납니다. 마야 박물관 건너편에 편리하게 위치하고 있으며 아마도 Chetumal에서 더 나은 호텔 중 하나 일 것입니다. Wi-Fi는 매우 간헐적입니다.

Stay here if you want to enjoy a beautiful spa experience only steps away from your hotel room.
Don’t stay here is you expect to be close to downtown. It’s at least a twenty minute walk to downtown, including if you just need a quick drink from a convenience store, and having to take a taxi each time quickly adds up! Don’t even think about walking to and from the hotel after sunset as the mosquitoes will eat you very quickly (you won’t even make it half way). Hence, I sort of wished I picked any hotel closer to downtown as I believe their premium is worth it just on this fact alone.
Don’t stay here if you want variety with the included breakfast. The complimentary breakfast will have you searching for the rooftop entrance across the street, climb the stairs to be presented three preset breakfast options; omelette or scrambled eggs with either cheese or ham or pancakes. Granted, a bit of fruits and yogurt is included along with the eggs, but it’s pretty basic. Though I’m not complaining when you get to have freshly prepared breakfast on the rooftop overlooking the Holbox white beach! Just don’t expect much nor to have a variety of options. But it will get the job done! Breakfast was 8:30-10:30am and we hung around past that to enjoy coffee on the rooftop WIFI.
Don’t stay here if you are expecting a good pool experience. The two small pools on the property aren’t running all the time so it doesn’t look appealing to get into.
Don’t stay here if you are expecting a view from your hotel room. You won’t see any bit of the ocean - just the hotels in front and behind this hotel.
We upgraded from the Double Room to the King suite and really glad we did because we got a nice balcony and comfortable bed with plenty of different pillow options. We also looked into upgrading to the King suite with bathtub option but glad we didn’t opt for it as the bathtub didn’t look appealing and just took up all the living room space. We wish the rooms were a bit more spacious, with perhaps some living room furniture, otherwise you just get a basic bed with nightstands, TV with basic cable and basic bathroom. The water pressure was good and quickly warmed up. The room AC was great and didn’t need to be run long. The issue mainly was the poor insulating as we heard out downstairs neighbours and likely would have heard whoever was across from us if there was anyone. There was no safe or iron in the room unfortunately.
If beach clubs are your thing, there are three decent options very close by. We checked out “HAU” beach club directly across from this hotel. This beach club didn’t have a minimum, had a generous happy hour (4-7pm), but unfortunately we got diarrhea after their mojitos. Although they were delicious mojitos so it’s hard to regret it.
I primarily booked this place to get a great spa experience and they exceeded my expectations. Thus, based on this experience, this hotel deserves nothing less than five stars.
I also can’t forget to mention the hotel staff were incredibly helpful during our stay. Shoutout to all the concierges and especially including Mateo, Almira and Marianna in the reservations department!

LLuci.LuxyThis was our 3rd time here ( because of the jacuzzi in the room) . Unfortunately it was also our last visit . We paid for the room with jacuzzi . The AC in the room was broken , we couldn’t turn it off and it was freezing cold in there . We asked them if they could turn it off . They sent someone to fix it . We waited in front of the room for some time . They turned it off but the freezing cold air was still flowing and they told us ITS LIKE THAT WE CANT TURN IT OFF .. uh okay? We asked for another room . We changed the rooms and we discovered that the jacuzzi was not working 😂 the jets power was like when you turn on a faucet . We couldn’t even feel it. The water level was going down quickly so we had to refill the jacuzzi couple of times in one evening. Next day we asked for fixing it or changing the rooms, they sent someone again to fix it . We waited some time in front of our room as we didn’t want to leave our stuff unattended (probably around 1 hour) they were still fixing it and we had enough so we went to the pool. They “fixed” it in couple of hours and guess what . It was the same 😂🤌 I took the manager to the room and showed her the “power” of the jets and she told me that it is working . I told her I see it’s working but it has no power and this is not jacuzzi , it’s a bathtub with faucets on . She said this is the best they could do . I told her I was on the hotel before and I know how the jacuzzi should work and this is not working and I would like another room with all amenities working . She told me there are no more rooms left in our category 😂 only the ona with the broken AC . … I thought there will be some effort from their site to resolve this or offer something .. some gesture as an apology… but nothing they left us in room with broken jacuzzi and I explained to them many times that I booked the room only because of the jacuzzi . Tgey said sorry and left the room . sooo very disappointed and never coming back . I loved the hotel the first 2 times but it’s going downhill. That’s why it has 3 stars on Google and booking and everywhere else . Don’t go there if you don’t want to loose your nerves.

리리뷰어호텔은 3성급 호텔과 비슷하지만 제공하는 가격에 비해 매우 경제적입니다. 가장 좋은 부분은 아침 조식 뷔페였습니다. 오믈렛과 케사디야를 조심스럽게 준비하는 요리사가 있는데, 치킨 치포틀레 케사디야를 꼭 추천합니다. 뷔페가 포함되지 않을 수 있으므로 확실히 확인하기 위해 두 번 확인하는 것이 좋습니다.
거실도 기본적이었습니다. 보안 상자, 옷장, 소형 TV가 있습니다. 매일 아침 청소를 자주 하는데, 청소를 원하지 않으면 방해 금지 패키지를 놓을 수 있습니다. 객실의 모든 것이 흰색이고 주변 건물이 잘 보이지만 전망은 편안합니다. 그런데 가방이 있다면 소지품을 안전하게 보관하는 것이 좋습니다. 이 논리는 어느 호텔에 가든 적용되며, 안전을 위해 조심하는 것이 좋습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절했고, 뷔페에 있는 모든 사람은 대부분 완벽한 영어를 구사하지만 청소부는 영어를 구사하지 못했습니다. 알아두어야 할 사항입니다.
*** 스타벅스를 좋아한다면 입구에 스타벅스가 있습니다. 바비 프라푸치노는 만들 수 없지만 공항과 비슷한 음료는 대부분 있습니다.
저는 자주 Xcaret으로 이동하기 때문에 수영장이나 헬스장에는 가지 않았습니다. 이 호텔은 올인클루시브 비용에 비해 여행을 하는 사람들에게 더 적합합니다.
전반적으로 이 호텔은 예산 친화적이고 컨시어지/직원은 매우 친절했습니다. 확실히 고려할 가치가 있습니다.
참고로, 물을 조금 틀어 따뜻하게 만들어야 합니다. 뜨겁고 따뜻한 중간 정도이고, 샤워 헤드를 교체할 수 있습니다. 하지만 수건은 충분히 제공하고 헤어드라이어도 있습니다.
또한 싱글룸의 콘센트가 문제가 될 수 있지만 패밀리룸은 잘 갖춰져 있습니다.
공항과도 가까워서 차로 약 10분 거리에 있습니다.

RRayRefer to my previous review on Aloft Cancun Hotel Zone. That was the reason why I moved to this hotel in downtown Cancun
I was more than happy to be here. The hotel itself looked kitschy with some concrete human statues at the entrance. The pool was small (you can enjoy swimming at the beach though). But overall, the vibes was homey! My booking came with free breakfast.
The receptionist - Jessica - was very welcoming. She's competent speaking in English and would explain everything you need to know upon check in. She even gave me a printed map of what I can see and do around downtown Cancun. Room was ok, large room with a kitchenette and a proper sink. There's smart TV in the room with Netflix and YouTube.
Location wise, it's 5 minutes to Soriana Supermarket, and then cross the road (Avenida Tulum) from Soriana and you're at the ADO Bus Terminal to the airport. You can also take bus R1 on Avenida Tulum to the Hotel Zone.
There's a Poke shop next door and a burger (if you are sick of Mexican food). It's 15 mins walk to Mercado 23 (where the locals shop) and you can buy souvenirs way cheaper.
You can book Uber and you'd be picked up in front of the hotel.
I will definitely come back to this hotel when I visit Cancun in the future.

호텔까지 무료 셔틀이 있습니다. 불행히도 공항에서 픽업이 매우 열악하고 실행되었습니다 (나는 호텔에 일정에 대해 알려주고 셔틀을 어디에서 타야 할지 알려주도록 요청했지만 아무도 응답하지 않았습니다) 우연히 찾았습니다 :/...
체크인은 약 90 분이 걸렸지 만 (농담은 아님) 특별한 상황이라고 생각합니다. 환승을 위해 하룻밤을 머물러야하거나 공항 근처에 있고 싶다면 좋습니다.
아침 식사는 나쁘지 않고 방은 꽤 기본적입니다.

리리뷰어We stayed in the hotel for 3 nights only as a family of 2+2. Hotel contacted us in advance asking if we want sofa bed, it was very nice and in fact very handy to have as kids didn't fancy the bunk bed.
The location is very good, the hotel is just by the beach. The sea was lovely but the beach was full of seaweed. Whole area was like this so not just the hotel issue. Hotel's pool was really nice. The hotel is just by the promenade full of souvenir stalls and bars/restaurants. I highly recommend pizzas at Ronny's.
Apartment was nice and clean, we had a few bottles of fresh water left every day by the cleaning staff. There is aircon in each room working well. The kitchen is very basic, it lacked toaster and was short of cutlery, it would be nice to have a few more spoons. No hair dryers in the bathroom. We had a small balcony but sadly couldn't use it. It faced back of the hotel where someone was constantly burning trash. Not the fault of the hotel, just the general issue with rubbish being burned everywhere in Mexico.
The breakfast was 199 mexican pesos and there is a selection of 4/5 choices.
This is a really nice hotel for family stay with a medium size budget

SShielaCobs체크인은 빠르게 진행되었고, 저는 킹룸을 예약했지만, 처음에는 퀸사이즈 침대 2개가 있는 침실을 배정해 주었고, 예약은 객실 이용 가능 여부에 따라 달라진다고 했습니다. 하지만 trip.com에는 퀸사이즈 침대 2개 또는 킹사이즈 침대 1개 옵션이 있어서 혼란스러웠습니다. 어쨌든, 다행히도 킹사이즈 침대가 있어서 기꺼이 킹사이즈 침대로 옮겨 주었고, 모든 것이 좋았습니다. 분명히 다시 이 호텔에 머물고 싶습니다.

단점은 자정까지 근처 클럽에서 음악을들을 수 있다는 것입니다. 적어도 내 방에서는 시끄럽지 않지만 일부는 잠자는 데 문제가 있을 수 있습니다.
조용한 장소를 원한다면 dt에서 더 멀리 봐야합니다.
서비스, 꽤 좋고 직원들은 친절하고 기꺼이 도와줍니다.
해변 클럽, 훌륭하지만 작은 해변, 많은 그늘, 직원은 주문에 압도될 수 있으며 약간의 혼란을 초래합니다. (최근 폭풍우로 인해 해변 바가 문을 닫았으므로 열었을 때 상황이 다를 수 있습니다.) 자신의 음료와 음식을 먹을 수 있습니다.
방(임대 광산) 소박한 건축물, 외부 소음 및 기타 방 소음을 들을 준비가 되어 있습니다. 그들은 깨끗하게 유지되고 곤충이 없으며 잘 관리되어 있습니다. 침대는 단단했습니다. 샤워는 허용되었습니다(변수압, 적절한 수온을 얻는 방법을 알아내는 데 필요합니다.). 수건, 교환을 요청해야 합니다(작은 섬에 있고 h2o가 제한되어 있습니다).
