Alberobello 전역에 ”객실”(trulli)이 흩어져 있고, trullo의 청결도가 완벽하며 세부 사항에 세심한 주의를 기울이는 매우 멋진 호텔입니다.
마을 곳곳에 트룰리가 많이 흩어져 있기 때문에 리셉션은 도보 거리에 있지 않으며 따라서 아침 식사를 하는 곳도 없습니다.
우리가 10시에서 10시 30분 사이에 예약했던 아침 식사 시간을 20분 연기했다는 점을 고려하면 매우 도움이 되었습니다.
제공되는 차는 감사했지만 트룰로에 있는 커피 머신이 훨씬 더 좋았을 텐데 9시에서 10시 30분 사이에 체크아웃하는 것은 정말 실망스러웠습니다.
적어도 2박 이상은 시도해 보는 것이 좋습니다..

Sehr freundliches Team; beim Frühstück wird laufend nachgelegt; praktische Lage für die Besichtigung der Grotte (wenige Minuten fußläufig entfernt); saubere Zimmer, wo sogar täglich der Boden gewischt wurde, angenehme Größe des Badezimmers

La habitación muy moderna y con todo lo necesario, la chica Katia creo que se llamaba, hablamos por el WhatsApp con el traductor y muy amable y servicial, me facilitó las claves de acceso, wifi y indicaciones para el desayuno q fue en una cafetería allí al lado. Como información cuando accedes al edificio la impresión no es buena pero al entrar al piso y a las habitaciones la impresión cambia por completo, decir que tienes que subir tres pisos sin ascensor, para nosotros no fue un problema pero si vas con peques con sillas o algo así es de tener en cuenta

중앙역에서 도보로 4분 거리에 있어 위치가 정말 좋은 숙소입니다.
온라인으로 체크인했는데, 편리한 시스템을 통해 현관문과 두 개의 문을 휴대폰으로 바로 열 수 있습니다. (휴대폰 배터리가 방전되어 인터넷에 접속할 수 없는 경우 심각한 문제가 될 수 있습니다.)
청결 상태는 개선이 필요합니다. 샤워기 위에 샴푸와 비누 포장재 잔여물이 여러 개 있었습니다.
저희가 묵었던 1호실의 에어컨은 작동했지만, 거의 춥지 않았습니다. 냉방으로 설정하여 18°C로 맞추고 선풍기를 최대로 틀어도 방은 거의 시원하지 않았습니다. 다행히 바깥 기온이 과도하지 않은 날에 묵었습니다.
가구는 관리가 잘 안 되고 오래되었습니다.
저희처럼 역 근처에서 하룻밤 묵을 방이 필요한 분들께 추천하지만, 객실의 전반적인 상태를 고려하여 가격을 조정하는 것이 좋습니다.

리리뷰어Unfortunately this was a stay of two halves, and I wish I'd heeded other people's low reviews about the host's attitude before booking.
The place itself was lovely. A cute, clean little room that seemed authentic and had some nice finishing touches. The area around was beautiful and it's a great location.
I was excited to see the room description, stating a spa, billiards room and other amenities that would account for the higher cost of this place.
I saw the warning that the booking was non-refundable but took a punt.... I was wrong for doing this. Soon after booking, I received the first of many messages stating the jacuzzi in the photo was an extra 209 euros, which was apparently written in very small print, the large fridge in the photos was just for show and alongside this were given a set of house rules including not being allowed to eat in the room!
I didn't like the attitude from the messages and I tried to cancel, over 2 weeks before our stay, but was refused.
Cut to the day of stay I was sent another set of rules, this time warning us that if we change the temperature of the air conditioner or any other settings then ”the consequences will be on us”, it also told us to re-read the rules carefully and reminded us we couldn't eat or drink in the room. Self-check in was simple, although on the website it states there's a front desk and luggage storage on site... There isn't. It was 39 degrees outside and 27 inside.
I messaged saying that in the heat setting, 24 degrees, was too warm and asked if we could lower the temperature, she refused, I asked for a fan, she pretty much accused me of lying, saying it WASN'T too warm, and after a long and draining conversation she ”allowed” us to change it to 18 degrees.
After this, I tried to be civil and she responded with some suggestions of places to eat and visit. We ”respected the people who work for you” as she demanded in the messages.
The apartment was equipped with basics but for the price, would have expected extras like small toiletries or glasses for water.
It all went well until the last day on check out, I suggested some things to make the stay better such as a friendlier manner, trash cans in the room and more toiletries, as this was quite an expensive stay. I suggested she revisit the description of the hotel and that she didn't send ”the rules.”
She didn't like this. In all honesty, the woman, I believe, is a narcissist, and can't take responsibility for her mistakes. She wouldn't accept there were areas for improvement and when it came to asking for help that linked to her apartment, she took it as a criticism on her part and went on the attack. She sent a final message which was copied from one previously sent, so this suggests she's had similar issues before. I had to block her because she wouldn't stop messaging me!
I have all the messages saved and complained to trip.com who have been extremely helpful.
If you want to stay in a nice place, this is lovely, but there are similar ones out there with nicer hosts.
Don't give this rude lady business.

MMary Kang이 숙소에서 Trullo에 머무르는 것은 얼마나 놀라운 경험입니까! 남편과 나는 Puglia의 비수기의 시작인 11월 중순에 숙박을 예약했습니다. 우리가 도착했을 때 컨시어지 / 관리자 인 Ugo는 우리를 로프트 / 우수한 숙박 시설로 친절하게 업그레이드했습니다. 환상적이었어요! 그는 개인적으로 우리를 매력적인 Trullo로 안내했습니다. 이곳은 흠잡을 데 없이 깨끗할 뿐만 아니라 역사적이고 고풍스러운 구조임에도 불구하고 완전히 현대화되었습니다. 우리는 대리석 바닥이 가열되고 매우 토스트하다는 것을 알기 위해 쌀쌀한 날에 도착했습니다! 퀸 사이즈 침대는 편안했고 업데이트된 욕실은 거대했고 거대한 샤워 시설이 있었습니다. 작은 주거용 주택에는 장기간 머물려면 시설이 잘 갖추어진 현대적인 주방도 있었습니다.
마지막으로 체크아웃할 때 작은 보석 상자를 욕실에 두고 왔습니다. 우리는 기차역까지 택시로 20분을 탔고, 분명히 Ugo는 타는 동안 운전사에게 연락하여 상자를 찾았다고 알려주려고 했습니다. 결국 다음 호텔에서 내 감독을 발견하고 우고에게 연락했을 때 그는 친절하게 내 보석을 미국에 있는 내 집으로 배송했습니다. 나는 이 속성이나 그 관리를 충분히 높이 평가할 수 없습니다. 주저하지 말고 여기에 머무르십시오!

MMSim83The host gave me his WhatsApp number and was very helpful and friendly throughout my stay which was only one night.
The room was very clean and modern and also had a balcony , the location was also good just a bit out of the city centre of Bari .
I did struggle to find it and the codes for the outer door and inner doors did get annoying, but again the host answered me straight away and helped, he also gave me information on local restaurants and bars as well as directions to the Ferry Port and local taxis, I thought he was excellent and went out of his way to help me and insure I had a great stay! Thank you!!
I do understand the door codes are for security purposes and wasn’t a big deal it was just a slight quibble.
I would definitely stay here again💯 if I was in Bari and needed accommodation! Great value for money considering I found Bari expensive for hotels and accommodation.

RRowena Yin TingAn Amazing Palazzo situated inside the ZTL. We loved the architecture and staff were very friendly and helpful. We booked two suites for our family of four but were put on two different floors. One suite on 2nd floor is as beautiful as shown in the picture. Another suite is located on the top floor which feels like a maid room in the old days. It was ok but because it’s on the top floor the temperature in the room was higher despite the Air conditioning. Nonetheless we enjoyed the stay.
There are also many restaurants, souvenir shops, cafes and gelateria right outside and along the streets where is hotel is located. Nice vibes but not noisy.
Dinner at their restaurant (La Bocca) was alright . Beautiful pasta but second course dishes were average. and there were many mosquitoes around the area of our table and we all got bitten badly.

리리뷰어L'hôtel est très bien placé au cœur de Lecce. Le service et le personnel sont au top. Les serveurs sont aux petits soins lors du petit déjeuner. Les femmes de ménage super gentilles. La chambre est spacieuse et agréable. J'ai passé un séjour de 2 semaines au top et je serai content d'y revenir.
Petits points à améliorer : manque de rangements pour les longs séjours, la ventilation qu'on ne peut pas régler depuis la chambre (mais la température était bien), les portes qui claquent sans cesse (il faut régler les boîtiers qui sont censés retenir les portes)

AAlyAly셀프 체크인이 가능한 아늑한 객실, 정말 쉽습니다. 우리는 WhatsApp을 통해 의사 소통했으며 대부분의 지역 비앤비가 하는 방식입니다.
거리는 실제로 약간 시끄 럽습니다. 그러나 어쨌든 귀마개를 사용하므로 문제가 발생하지 않았습니다.
침대는 괜찮고 베개는 그리 많지 않습니다
AC는 아파트를 통해 중앙에 제어되며 일년 중 가장 더운 달에 여행하는 경우 약간 약하다고 느꼈습니다. 또한 침대 바로 위에 배치되어 머리에 바로 불어 있기 때문에 실제로 좋지 않습니다.

CChristuti훌륭하고 넓은 방과 욕실. 지역은 매우 잘 관리되고 깨끗합니다. 관리자 / 담당자는 매우 정중하고 세심하여 나중에 체크인 할 수 있었고 채팅 및 비디오로 과정 내내 우리를 도왔습니다. 그는 항상 메시지 / 전화 통화를 받았고 다소 빨리 응답했습니다. 슈퍼마켓, 약국, 커피 하우스, 상점 및 먹을 곳에서 완벽하게 위치하며 도보 거리에 있습니다. 또한 방문할 놀라운 장소에서 차로 가까운 거리에 있습니다. 내가 그 지역에 돌아올 때 확실히 추천하고 다시 예약하는 것을 고려할 것입니다.

LLittle Prince 小王子The location on Main street with palm trees ist best and very cliose to the port with many restaurants. The building is historic but the rooms are new and well designed and big. There is AC. It is a 10 min. walk from the train station where the bus feom the airport arrives. The breakfast has a good choice and egg dishes and freshly squeezed orange juice can be paid extra.
Veey comfortable bed and quiet room with bakcony.
They will send you the code fir the entrance door by email after the reservation.

NNadezhda아파트의 위치는 바질 니콜라이 원더 메이커 민에게 좋습니다. 10-15 제방을 따라 걷는다. 해변에 Pane e Pomodoro도 그리 멀지 않은 곳에 제방을 따라 걷는 것이 좋으며 Bari에서 아름답습니다. 구시가지가 가깝고 모든 상점이 있습니다. 정착지는 흥미로웠다. 처음에는 온라인으로 등록해야 했고, 코드가 와서 문 벽에 금고가 코드를 받고 열쇠를 받고 아파트의 일반 복도로 이동합니다. 다른 요리사도 거기에 열쇠를 직접 있습니다. 아파트에서 . 방은 깨끗했고 매우 편안하다고는 말할 것도 없지만 우리는 잠을 자러 왔습니다. 아침 식사를 사용할 수 없었습니다. 그리고 그래서 모두 즐거웠습니다. 고맙습니다.
