property location v good , close to tirunallar temple. The stay was fantastic with amazing ambience , food was great and staffs were v polite. Highly recommend for stay in this place if u visit karaikal

Very spacious and comfortable room. Best to stay with family. Front desk and restaurant staffs are so friendly. They allowed late checkout and to safekeep our luggages for the later part of the day as our return was at late in inight. Would totally suggest this to others and will surely choose them again

The best hotel I have stayed in in whole India. The service is better than at Hilton and Ramada. The manager and stuff make an impressive job to make their patrons’ stay impeccable. Rooms are clean, spacious, recently renovated and decorated to European standard. Quality of food is 5/5 and the stuff is always at your beck and call, genuinely, with a lot of respect. It’s the best customer service we have experienced in whole India. Moreover, one of the stuff members even came late at night to the bus station in order to be sure that we didn’t miss our shuttle. Truly, all hospitality sector in India shall learn at De Fleur hotel. Ps : best dosas of my life !

I recently stayed at Welcome Grand Residency, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-maintained, providing a perfect blend of comfort and luxury. The beds were super comfortable, and the amenities were thoughtfully provided, making my stay even more enjoyable. What truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality. Housekeeping was top-notch, ensuring a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Location - near to mg road so centrally located parking - yes breakfast - delicious and tasty (south indian) room - clean, ac, lights, fan provided and working in good condition bathroom was also clean with auto hot water i booked standard room which comparatively smaller in size but i am okay with it. Prices are also reasonable.

wonderful experience.even though an early check in was not possible,we were checked in on time and Richmond hotel gave us an free upgradation.Staffs are professionals.Hospitality and service was very good.very clean and aesthetically pleasing heritage vibes.Instagrammable.(I had already read in many reviews that its not possible to have an early check in hotels in pondicherry&it came true).

Our stay was fabulous. The hotel is a meticulously renovated 18th century building, providing modern amenities ***** with the historic french cultural feel. Its an Insta reel lover's dream. The hotel also houses one of the reputed restaurants for Creole cuisine, and the a-la-carte food was divine. The location of the hotel is simply unbeatable. 2 minutes' walk from the promenade beach and bang in the middle of best photogenic locations of Whjitetown. Every café and photography spot is in the walking distance! The staff were extremely polite, helpful, smiling and friendly. A very good option for discerned travelers.
