With respect to our experience at the Restaurant at the Ground Floor, the courtesy and the service provided by the team was excellent. At the Reception, the courtesy and the service was EXCELLENT.

Considering the absence of branded properties in a small city such as Nellore, Minerva Grand does well to fill the gap via warm service, spacious rooms & a convenient location. The professional touch & finesse is lacking though - the wi-fi & the safe deposit locker didn’t work.

We went to this hotel after a suggestion from one of a co-passenger we found on train while going to Tirupati. We instantly booked the Hotel and went in the evening. The stay was for two nights. The Hotel is very close to the Tirupati station on the main road. It's well connected and we opted for Uber for the conveyance. By mistake I entered the destination as Harsha Residency which was an appartment 😄. When we reached there we corrected the location and reached the Hotel. It's a small Hotel but well maintained. Rooms are well furnished. But best part is the hospitality of staff, who are very much pro-active. I suffered a feet injury for which they provided ice gel. Specially want to take the name of Omio who was very helpful and always available for the service.

This is our fourth stay visit at Pai Viceroy and everytime it gets just better and comfortable. The entire staff are very cordial patient and courteous. The hotel staff makes sure that check in and check out is hassle free. The property still follows and gives importance to hygiene factor. We as a family would like to extend our gratitude to the Manager Naresh who has been very helpful right from the moment of looking for blocking the dates for our stay till checking us out . Would also mention Bala Sir has as well been very courteous and guided us throughout our stay too. Special mention to the house keeping staff Sailu , Laxmi Geeta and the Supervisor Subramanyam Sir were dot on perfect and made sure the rooms are maintained clean everyday throughout the stay. Sai towers puttaparthi is the best option to have stay there. They have clean and proper hygienic room and washroom. If you are staying there in weekend must try there hyderabadi biryani ( only available on sun-day and festival day) and on sun-day they have unlimited food available option also. Advantage of staying there is its near aashram and if you are on seva duty or any other duty inside the aashram then you can reach there in 1 mins walking.

This is a 20 year old property undergoing the process of renovation. Might have carried a great legacy, but currently not in the best shape. I must admire the staff for their willingness to help fix all the issue, but there are too many issues that a guest might not want to be bothered with. To list a few important irritated issues: - Room wasn't cleaned properly in spite of an hour's notice. - Renovated work is incomplete in the three rooms we tried shifting to. - We had to request for new bed rolls and sheets as the ones already placed were soiled. - Tap wasn't functional, plumber had to come and fix it during the stay. - Too many mosquitoes, can't expect that in a star hotel. - Doors had missing latches. - Ambience isn't reflecting the stars that the hotel claims. - Hotel claims to provide Wifi, but that doesn't work. - The cupboard designed for refrigerator was not holding any refrigerator. - Plates in which food was served by Room Service were disgusting, may be not replaced in the last 20 years. The only good aspects of this hotel are: - Location - Service of the staff

In a marriage ceremony I visited this town with my family. Room allotted was coral suite . Nice and comfortable room , very specious and comfortable room. House keeping is undoubtedly doing good. Room service is good and staff members are courteous. Veg buffet breakfast was delicious with variety dishes everyday. Their Biryani and chicken malai tikka is extra ordinary. We stayed Nights and enjoyed the stay and food. Most important is their hospitality and professionalism. One of my best stay with family. If got another chance blindly I will choose this hotel as my next home.

Nice experience, all hotel staff members are cooperative nature. Very helpful and always smile on face. Lodging and boarding room near and clean. Both facilities excellent. Location is comfortable. Hotel madurai residency is nice stay for visiting madurai. Thank you so much for all staff members.

I am writing as devotee and this place is good. Dont expect luxury its has all basic needs to do pooja and visit temple. Views are good and staff are disciplined. Ample parking but no in-room dinning but restaurant is more north indian based food in evening and tamil flavor in breakfast.

I have visited this hotel several time n i am not shocked that this provides best . The rooms are very tidy. Towel are clean. And the meals are really tasty. The staffs are very good. Specially krity sewa who is very helpful n well mannered staff. A special thanks to the management for this wonderful experience..........

Hotel was well maintained in a buzzing surroundings, seems it will always be busy, they responded to whatever issues we had so overall in tirupathi it can be a good stay but need to ignore the buzzing environment outside which makes you here crowd and honking all night long and if you peek outside the window there will be some or other crowd 24/7 literally.

Amazing tour,my self and my family had a great time. Receptionist Revathi was so sweet and extremely knowledgeable about food, rooms and Darshan she helps us very well. Exactly opposite to restaurant divyaram park is there for morning walk. Very close to kapilweshwara temple and Iskon temple also. They will arrange all types of transportation. Woodside prestige restaurant was one of the best hotel in tirupati. I highly recommend this place to everyone

The location is very good. Almost everything is nearby - train station, bus station, temples. In this price range, the rooms are decently made, clean and comfortable. The staff is polite and friendly. They have a restaurant at the side which serves delicious south indian food. Had a comfortable stay. Recommend it if you’re visiting for a day or two.

My stay in the delux room was very pleasant. The room was not very big. Nonetheless it had all the comfort and very clean. Room service was the best. Every staff member was very truthful and cordial. The food was authentic indian and very tasty. This hotel is highly recommended.

This is a highly recommended hotel. The rooms are good, clean, and the staffs are very polite and well behaved. The food serving time is very less and overall food quality is very good. Those are planning a trip to vizag must stay at this hotel.

Decent stay, location wise excellent, all necessary requirements are available at the hotel not very grand but good enough for the travellers and well maintained. I suggest service part to be improved.

The location is very green and pleasant. The rooms were clean and so were the bathrooms. The terrace was great. All the books and board games were also fun. This places totally matched out vibe. The ac wasn't cooling the room that well and we got pretty hot in the night and also the geyser was useless.
