The best western carlton is a superb hotel to stay for one or two nights or more.the beds are very comfortable and the bathroom with super hot water is great.lie back and enjoy that well earned break away. Superb value for money and the staff are very welcoming on arrival. Good location and in a quiet area of Blackpool. Shops and north pier about 10 to 15 mins walk.

Clean room as always. Problem with key access but got there in the end. Always helpful staff

Nice little hotel. Breakfast was good. Very friendly staff. Only thing was our room and bathroom was very small but clean.

훌륭한 위치, 쉽게 걸을 수 있는 fishergate의 메인 스트리트인 Preston 기차역과 가깝습니다. 객실은 크고 깨끗하며 완비되어 있으며 쉽게 먹을 수 있습니다. 서비스 마인드도 너무 좋고 아침에 배달되는 케이크도 맛있습니다. 추천하다!

I only stayed for 1 night but enjoyed the stay. The staff were really friendly and enjoyed the breakfast too.

Everything was fine, friendly staff, right opposite a tram stop, lovely view from the bedroom window and comfy bed. One issue I had was I booked room only and tried to pay for dinner at the hotel but for that whole week, they only catered to a certain amount of people which meant I had to go off premises to eat dinner. Other than that, no issues and would stay again.

가격 대비 괜찮은 호텔. 가장 깨끗한 호텔은 아니지만 일종의 수용 가능합니다. 저렴한 숙박을 원하는 사람들에게 추천하지만 추가 예산이 조금 있으면 더 나은 것을 위해 작은 추가 비용을 더 잘 지출하십시오. 평소보다 늦게 체크 아웃 할 수있었습니다. 밤을 즐기고 난 후에 약간의 여분의 잠을 얻는 것이 매우 유익했습니다.

omg from the moment I walked in i was attended to nothing was to much trouble i had a sea view double room there was a act on downstairs very loud was worried about the house but never heard a thing the decor is a bit dated but the friendliness of the staff and yhe feel of the hotel made up for that I had a fantastic stay it does just what it says on the tin I will definitely be goung back

The Norbrek Castle must have been lavish and upmarket in it's day but sadly looks sad and depressed now. However, we knew this when we booked and opted for it because of it's good points, the location is good with bus and tram stops outside, there is plenty of parking with an assured chance of finding a space if you take the car out and return, the room was as clean as it is possible to clean an old property with clean bedding and towels, the breakfast is basic but again satisfactory and the staff helpful and friendly. We did not, on this occasion use the pool or any of the entertainment facilities. All in all an ok choice for a couple of nights as somewhere simply to sleep

Our experience was a bit of a let down as Blackpool isn’t the same as what it used to be we feel it has gone downhill. The hotel staff were amazing they went above and beyond to tend to our requests. It’s a shame though as the hotel could do with a bit of work as it seems tired and outdated. The breakfast was okay too couldn’t really complain, one thing I will say though is the floorboards are too squeaky.
