Big problems at check in but this was actually trip.coms faulty for not confirming booking with hotel.
Trip.com happy to take my money first had to complaint against trip.com the compensated me but with a fight.
Location good you get breakfast included don't expect anything special. Like no round eggs.
Torquay is quite expensive so alcohol and drinks prices at the hotel high.
You can walk to marina in 5 minutes.
No car parking so if you want parking be prepared to walk

사랑스러운 환영과 리셉션에서 체크인하세요. 아침 식사 체크인은 별로 좋지 않았고, 그녀는 우리가 앉고 싶은 자리를 고르는 것에 대해 진지한 태도를 보였습니다. 정말 이른 시간이었고 우리는 방금 일어났습니다. 그 여성은 우리와 함께 너무 단호하고 강압적으로 아침 식사를 망쳤습니다. 그녀는 우리가 학교 식당에 앉아 있는 아이들이 아니라 주말 휴식 시간이라는 것을 인식해야 했습니다. 우리는 그녀가 너무 일찍 너무 큰 소리로 말하고 우리에게 명령을 내리기 때문에 우리에게서 물러나라고 요청해야 했습니다. 그런 다음 그녀는 실제로 상황을 끔찍하게 만드는 사람이었을 때 다른 직원들에게 우리를 나쁘게 말하면서 걸어갔습니다. 그 외에도 우리는 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 멋진 구식 스타일의 객실. 넓은 침대와 대형 TV를 갖춘 공간이 많아서 방이 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 예쁜 꽃 벽지와 장식에 대한 전통적인 느낌이 좋습니다. 우리가 지불한 가격에 비해 매우 좋은 가치. 감사합니다

Location is good if you want to go to the resort. We were using the hotel to attend a family funeral
Car parking can be difficult and we parked at a sister hotel 10 minutes walk away.
Room was too small and needs updating. Old tea bag left in kettle. Some black mould in bathroom.
The breakfast was good, although portion size was small.
Overall - good value but better hotels locally at small additional cost

The room we were given was at the bottom of a flight of stairs resulting in a lot of noise disturbance throughout the day and night. The hotel itself feels a little dated and the bed was incredibly uncomfortable. The fire alarm at 7am was also an unwelcome wake up call.
The breakfast was good, with a decent selection and the general location is good for accessing local walks and the costal path. Parking is a bit of a nightmare and you can end up with a lengthy walk to the hotel when it is busy.

10 mins from centre and st David's station by foot but easy walking distance.
Room was spacious and clean.
The breakfast was great too , continental and cooked was included in price.
Parking was payable on site however if the hotel was full I don't think there would be enough spaces

그들이 청구하는 가격에 놀라운 편의 시설이 있습니다! 모두는 따뜻하고 환영했으며 우리가 머무는 동안 항상 음식을 제공했는지 확인했습니다.
객실은 편안하고 표준 객실도 기대할 수 있습니다. 객실은 가장자리 주변에서 약간 거칠고 일반적인 웨어와 눈물이 있었지만 우리를 크게 귀찮게하지 않았습니다.
전반적으로 우리의 체류에 매우 만족하고 다시 올 것입니다.

It was perfect for what we needed for the night, and the ladies at the welcome desk were absolutely lovely! Very cheap and cheerful, fairly close to Exeter city centre but it's not within walking distance. However the room was very cold and the heating didn't seem to kick in at all even with the radiator turned right up, I was shivering! I should have asked for extra blankets.

리리뷰어The hotel is in a very picturesque location, overlooking a lake. The bedrooms are large, with comfortable beds and prices for a stay are very reasonable. Having said that, the completely uncalled for surly, unfriendly and distinctly unhelpful of one member of staff at reception when we returned to the hotel after going to the Newton Abbot races soured the overnight stay for our group of 7. Firstly, after serving drinks to two members of our group, who arrived at the hotel ahead of the rest of us, he didn't allow them to take the drinks outside to a veranda area so they could have a smoke and could provide no good reason for refusing the polite request. Secondly, when the rest of us arrived at the hotel at around 11.30pm the bar was shut and he refused to serve us any drinks, even though we asked politely, merely wanting one more drink before going to bed. He was also curt, rude and distinctly unhelpful when we asked him to point us in the direction of our rooms, giving one word answers and seeming to regard us all as a hindrance to him. All in all, this experience made us regret our choice of hotel and we are disinclined to return to the hotel in future.
A further gripe was that the breakfast service was poor and slow, with cooked breakfasts taking 25 minutes to arrive and many key items missing and not replenished unless guests specifically asked, including cups, tea bags, sugar and orange juice,

We have been to the cliffden hotel three times and had a club room on the first floor they were nice large rooms but this time we were on the second floor our room was very small and claustrophobic nothing like the photos in the booking . We asked for a different room and the man at reception said see me tomorrow morning and if there's a larger room you can have it. Later on in the day my partner went to reception to book a table for an evening meal for us. While she was booking the table the lady at the reception said there were no other rooms you can have. The barman was very polite nice to chat to. We only had one meal in the evening cod and chips could not find much cod it was all batter. Other meal gammon and chips gammon would be good to repair your soles on your shoes. Go to the local chip shop absolutely beautiful. We used the indoor swimming pool which was nice and clean. The gardens are lovely, and the beer is very expensive. Go to the jolly sailor pub with drinks at good prices. Reception is not very helpful. I can't understand why the hotel puts people with dogs on the second floor because when the dog wants to go to the toilet by the time you get down to the entrance the dog has already peed on the carpets. Luckily our dog can hold her pee and she is small enough to carry.I have followed other people with their dogs and seen it. Overall we were very disappointed with our stay this time.

리리뷰어The hotel itself was nice; can’t fault it. Our room however, had a weird, stale smell and was off-putting, with no way to ventilate the room by opening the windows, as you cannot open them - A/C is not a natural ventilation.
Bed was comfortable, slept perfectly fine, just not nice waking up with the smell, as mentioned before.
Breakfast was good, although I’ve had better.

호텔은 Totnes 메인 스트리트의 맨 아래 끝에 위치하고 있습니다. 음식을 제공하는 번화한 호텔과 바입니다. 건물은 방으로 이어지는 중앙 계단이 하나 있는 오래된 건물입니다. 내가 점유 한 모든 객실은 매우 깨끗하고 세련된 방식으로 장식되어 있으며 침대는 편안합니다.. 차는 좋은 품질입니다. 차 피그 작은 커피 머신과 물 한 병도 제공됩니다.
나는 체강과 채식주의자입니다. 다른 호텔에서 먹는 것은 거의 불가능합니다. 그들은 단순히 내식이 요법을 충족시키지 못합니다. 고맙게도 여기에서 맛있는 아침 식사를 보장합니다.
여기로 돌아온 가장 중요한 이유 중 하나는 고객 서비스입니다. 여기 직원들은 정말 접근하기 쉽고 친절합니다. 숙박과 관련하여 발생할 수 있는 모든 문제는 해결을 돕기 위해 최선을 다할 것입니다.
여기에 공석이 없다면 다른 호텔 등에 머물렀지만 내 경험에서 편안하고 친절한 환경, 아름다운 객실, 토네스를 기지로 하는 위치를 좋아한다면 이곳이 올 곳입니다.
또한 내가 가본 가장 아름다운 영화관에서 가까운 도보 거리에 있으며 주요 번화가를 따라 자리 잡고 있습니다.
내 유일한 소원은 더 많은 무료 주차가 가능했다는 것입니다. 호텔은 호텔 뒤쪽에 약 6대의 차량을 수용할 수 있습니다. 메인 스트리트와 인근 Morrisons에는 유료 주차장이 많이 있습니다.

GGarfield Wright숙박은 즐거웠고 방은 기본적이지만 깨끗했지만 욕조가 없는 것을 놓쳤고 샤워만 하면 방에 헤어드라이어와 같은 간단한 것들을 놓쳤지만 리셉션에서 요청했을 때 커피와 차 선택이 부족했습니다. 방에.
밤에 소음이 없어서 괜찮은 밤잠을 잤다는 것이 매우 좋았습니다.
아침 식사는 허용되었지만 부엌에서 뜨거울 때 일찍 도착해야하거나 핫 플레이트 아래에서 지출에서 길게 지출하는 것까지 모두 춥습니다. 유일한 큰 단점은 버스는 호텔 밖에서 운행하는 것 같지만 시내 중심가에서 도보로 30분 거리에 있지만 운전하면 적당한 크기의 주차장이 있다는 것입니다.
방은 작았지만 2박만 머물기에 괜찮았고 수용 가능했습니다. 나는 방 크기, 사치품 부족 및 아침 식사 잔치가 더 오래 머물기에 편안할지 확신하지 못합니다.
