영국 데번 소재 3성급 호텔

Not very clear where reception was. Eventually got to my room in the “Lodge”. A bit tired but functional. Bed hard as a board. Couldn’t turn shower off had to get the receptionist who also struggled but managed eventually. However good location although no views from the North Lodge other than the car park.

The hotel is in a very good location. It was only 10 minutes away from the beach and 15 minutes away from the shops and cafes, which was very good. We enjoyed the entertainment we had at the hotel ever night. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I couldn't fault them at all. The only problem with the hotel was the toilet in our room was very small 🙄 you couldn't swing a cat in it. And the cleaner didn't come to do our room or replace any towels the 6 nights we were there. Part from that we had a lovely stay and we will come back again.

브리스톨 공항에서 늦은 비행기에서 아들을 모으는 데본 아그터 남쪽으로 가는 길에 머물 곳이 필요해서 호텔을 예약했기 때문에 우리의 체류는 짧았고 전반적으로 호텔에 즐겁게 놀랐습니다. 우리는 오전 1시 15분에 도착했고 개선할 수 있는 몇 가지 사항이 있었습니다. 매우 긴 하루와 늦은 운전 후에 매우 피곤했고, 나는 우리 방을 혼란스럽게 찾는 지침을 찾았습니다. 지침이 적힌 종이에는 건물 이름이 있었지만 어둠 속에서는 이것을 볼 수 없었기 때문에 우리 방을 찾는 데 약간의 시도와 오류가 필요했습니다. 방 자체는 욕실과 마찬가지로 깨끗하고 편안했습니다(매우 따뜻하고 창문을 열어야 하지만). 가장 큰 걱정은 주전자가 있는 것을 보았지만 수많은 곳을 검색한 후 야간 보충제를 마실 물을 마실 컵이나 유리잔을 찾지 못했습니다. 밤에 마실 것(나는 차를 얻기 위해 차로 돌아와야 했다 물병). 아침 리셉션에서 나는 방에 안경이나 컵이 있어야하는지 물었지만 접수 원은 거기에있을 것이라고 생각하지 않는 것 같았습니다. 내 방으로 돌아가서 환영 폴더를 읽을 때만 찻잔 등을 찾을 수 있는 서랍에 대한 언급을 보았습니다. 그런 다음 명확하게 표시된 것을보고 찾았습니다. 물론 이것은 내 실수였지만 일부 여행자가 밤 늦게 도착하고 기본적으로 도착 시 침대에 굴러 가고 싶어한다는 점을 염두에 두고 안경이나 뭔가가 남아 있으면 도움이 될 것입니다. 고객이 간신히 눈을 뜨면 검색할 필요가 없도록! 그래도 이 외에는 우리의 체류가 매우 즐겁다는 것을 알았고 조리된 아침 식사가 주문 즉시 신선하고 뜨겁게 만들어졌다는 사실에 깊은 인상을 받았습니다. 전반적으로 좋은 숙박, 리셉션 영업 시간이 있으면 외부에 도착하는 사람들을 더 쉽게 만들 수 있도록 개선 할 수있는 몇 가지 사항.

We stayed in a family club room with our 3 year old grandson. The room was huge with 3 French doors leading to large balcony & magnificent garden & sea views. The heated pool was superb. Our only niggle would be that because of the dog friendly nature of the hotel there were perhaps naturally dog hairs on the bar/dining room & the shower could have benefitted from a deep clean. Due to the age of the hotel we accept that upgrades occur as necessary on an ongoing basis. Parking was great & all the staff were helpful & friendly. We would definitely return again.

The hotel itself was nice; can’t fault it. Our room however, had a weird, stale smell and was off-putting, with no way to ventilate the room by opening the windows, as you cannot open them - A/C is not a natural ventilation. Bed was comfortable, slept perfectly fine, just not nice waking up with the smell, as mentioned before. Breakfast was good, although I’ve had better.

나는 자주 돌아오는 손님입니다. 호텔은 Totnes 메인 스트리트의 맨 아래 끝에 위치하고 있습니다. 음식을 제공하는 번화한 호텔과 바입니다. 건물은 방으로 이어지는 중앙 계단이 하나 있는 오래된 건물입니다. 내가 점유 한 모든 객실은 매우 깨끗하고 세련된 방식으로 장식되어 있으며 침대는 편안합니다.. 차는 좋은 품질입니다. 차 피그 작은 커피 머신과 물 한 병도 제공됩니다. 나는 체강과 채식주의자입니다. 다른 호텔에서 먹는 것은 거의 불가능합니다. 그들은 단순히 내식이 요법을 충족시키지 못합니다. 고맙게도 여기에서 맛있는 아침 식사를 보장합니다. 여기로 돌아온 가장 중요한 이유 중 하나는 고객 서비스입니다. 여기 직원들은 정말 접근하기 쉽고 친절합니다. 숙박과 관련하여 발생할 수 있는 모든 문제는 해결을 돕기 위해 최선을 다할 것입니다. 여기에 공석이 없다면 다른 호텔 등에 머물렀지만 내 경험에서 편안하고 친절한 환경, 아름다운 객실, 토네스를 기지로 하는 위치를 좋아한다면 이곳이 올 곳입니다. 또한 내가 가본 가장 아름다운 영화관에서 가까운 도보 거리에 있으며 주요 번화가를 따라 자리 잡고 있습니다. 내 유일한 소원은 더 많은 무료 주차가 가능했다는 것입니다. 호텔은 호텔 뒤쪽에 약 6대의 차량을 수용할 수 있습니다. 메인 스트리트와 인근 Morrisons에는 유료 주차장이 많이 있습니다.

Good location. Didn’t use amenities as wasn’t needed. Good place just to rest your head

Previously emailed to ask if car parking available and was told yes, car parking on site, arrived to find no car parking and you have to park in a public car park (and pay) up the hill from the hotel. The manager did apologise and waived the £20 early check in fee . Was then advised the England match would be shown in the bar and drinks would be 3 for 2. Got back to the hotel to watch and take advantage to be told by the bar member that the tills were not working and because she couldn’t work out 30% off the drinks they were not offering any 3 for 2 and what did we want her to do about it. Unfortunately poor customer service which isn’t what I would expect and I wouldn’t choose to stay there again.

Lovely friendly place next to the river. Plenty of parking facilities just over the bridge which is approx five minute walk.  The room itself is spacious enough although for some may be a little dated. Bed is comfortable with a lovely duvet and pillows. Only downside was the curtains which are not blackout so do let in too much light for me but heyho I still had a reasonable night sleep  To get to the room we stayed in, we had to walk up a spiral staircase which for some people, this could be a struggle as the steps have been assembled quite tightly due to space so make the steps on the small side, there is obviously a handrail so coming down side ways helps.  Breakfast was continental consisting of fruit, cereal, yoghurt ( which was exceptionally tasty) toast etc. An English breakfast was offered at an additional cost but we preferred this option.  All in all a lovely place to stay with friendly welcoming hosts who were on hand to offer advise and assistance should you need it.

Our 1’st stay at ibis and wasn’t disappointed at all. The rooms are really nice and spacious with a large tv with only a few tv channels and no smart features to use. There is free internet with your name and room number and was very fast too. Free tea and coffee and room service every day clean and make your bed. You can can have clean towels as many as you like and the (male) chambermaids can not do enough for you. The only negative thing is the staff on reception need to brush up on their English language and listen to what customers are telling them instead of just shutting the conversation down to which i found rude. Trip.com sorted everything out without hesitation and rectified the hotels mistake.
