영국 버크셔 소재 3성급 호텔

2019년에 영국 왔을 때도 여기 묵었는데, 이번에도 또 여기로 골랐어요. 공항이랑 가까워서 런던 도착하자마자 바로 체크인할 수 있어서 좋았어요. 시설도 비교적 새롭고, 아이들과 함께 묵기에도 괜찮은 곳이에요.

긴 산책길과 사생활 보호가 잘 되는 점이 유일하게 가장 큰 장점이라고 생각합니다. 다만 1층이라서 벌레가 많고 공사 때문에 소음이 심했던 적이 있습니다.

호텔은 윈저성에서 비교적 가깝고, 무료 주차를 제공합니다. 주차장이 지하 1층에 있는데, 엘리베이터가 있어서 짐이 많은 여행객에게 정말 편리했습니다. 예약했던 패밀리룸은 꽤 넓었고, 소파베드가 있어서 세 가족이 머물기에 아주 적합했습니다. 호텔에서는 뷔페식 조식을 제공하며, 식사는 1층에서 할 수 있습니다. 일찍 가면 사람이 적고, 분위기도 좋았습니다.

이번에는 두 번째 숙박이었습니다. 전회도 좋았습니다만, 이번은 발렌타인 데이였으므로, 프런트로부터 초콜릿 서비스가 있었습니다. 방도 넓고 욕조도 있어 저렴할수록 좋다고 생각합니다. 터미널 5에서 703 버스를 타면 눈앞이 호텔입니다. 슈퍼는 3분 정도 가까이에 밤 23시까지 하고 있습니다. 작은 슈퍼이지만, 주류 팔고 있습니다. 호텔에는 작은 바가 있습니다.

The lodge is a great location if you are going to the racecourse. We arrived at around 1:30 as the first race was at 2:30 and was told that if we wanted to check in early we would have to pay a fee of £20. When the races often start at around 2-2:30 this seemed unreasonable. I had to come out of he racecourse between races to check In. I’ve stayed at the Lingfield racecourse hotel and they checked us in 12:30 as our room was ready. Went for breakfast at around 7:50 and there was no menus out, the staff seemed totally disorganised. There was no instructions on how to order food. The continental “help yourself” was ok but had very little fruit options. They did have alpro soya and oat milk as milk alternatives. The room was clean and tidy but very basic. It did have a free standing fan which was good in the warm weather. The bad was big and comfortable. The shower was nice and had shower gel. The customer service let it down a little.

나는 아주 좋은 2박을 했다. 방은 조금 낡았지만 깨끗하고 편안했습니다. 샤워 온도와 수압에서 좋은 Wi-Fi에 이르기까지 모든 것이 잘 작동했습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 이용 가능하며 효율적이었습니다. 불행히도 나는 포함 된 아침 식사를 할 시간이 없었기 때문에 그것에 대해 이야기 할 수는 없지만 큰 슈퍼마켓이있는 상점까지 도보로 13 분 밖에 걸리지 않았습니다. 운전하면 큰 주차장이 있었지만 Reading 기차역에서 버스로 와서 도착했을 때 정류장에서 짧은 도보 거리에 있으며 Reading으로 돌아 오는 버스 정류장은 호텔 바로 앞에있었습니다.

The Hotel was very oldy worldy, Lovely, with lots of history. The location was beautiful and quiet an ideal spot for the wedding we attended, the old barn part of the pub was lovely for the wedding, ideal. Now the pub, food was nice in the pub although my potatoes delivered with my meal were that late that id eaten half my dinner before they came out. Staff were very accommodating and removed the additional cost of £6 for potatoes from the Bill. The Hotel sections of the establishment is now in need of a freshen up, lick of paint. For a building built in A.D 1147 i suppose you would expect it but there is maintenance needed. Cleanliness was ok but needed hoovering around the bed posts a bit closer and a few cob webs removed from the room ceiling. Other than that it was a lovely stay, couldn't thought the staff and the surrounding area, lovely walks along the Thames.

레딩에 올 때마다 이 호텔에 묵습니다. 기차역과 매우 가깝고 가격도 매우 저렴합니다. KFC, 중국 레스토랑, 태국 레스토랑 등 주변에 레스토랑이 많이 있습니다. 시내 중심가와 상업 거리. 서비스가 매우 좋고 객실도 훌륭하고 매우 깨끗하고 조용하며 잠을 잘 수 있습니다👍

On Sunday when I checked out on Sunday 6th July forget my phone ( Samsung Z Fold 4 in the room when I reached my destination I called the hotel and told them that I had forgotten my phone. The gentleman that I spoke to claimed that the phone was not there and I asked him to ask the housekeeper and he told me that there was no phone that was brought to the reception. I called on Monday and asked to speak to the manager and u was told that she is not in but promised that she will call me back. Today 8th I called the hotel there was no answer. I tried to track my phone on google and the location had been encrypted. And it shows that my phone was on on Sunday night at 1:14 am. I don’t understand how can the phone disappear in the room without trace. Kindly help me to get my phone back. I was on room 310. My contact is ***********.

Very good in terms of location, A nice little walk to the centre but far enough out that you don’t really get the noise of the late night drinkers (sat/friday). The room was a decent size for what we paid, nice shower and bathroom small but good for the money we paid. However, the room was really really hot. We had to sleep with both windows open, AC didn’t work at all. The TV has all the normal channels and it worked perfectly. The coffee machine area downstairs was helpful however they didnt give us any cups, put any available out for people to grab or tell us that they even had any. No tea bags or little things of milk which would have been helpful. The machine does make tea however we both werent sure how useful/good it would have been. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a cheap stay in reading.
