The living room kitchen has an atmospheric fireplace and dining set for 4-6 people, the living room has a sofa bed as an alternative bed for 1. Downstairs, a separate room with 2 x 80cm beds. 2 x 120 cm beds in the open loft. Access from the loft to the balcony with a view of the stream and the boathouse. In connection with the cabin, a wood-heated sauna, a shower (cabinet), and a separate toilet (access from the washroom and hall). Glazed terrace / porch, from where you can admire the scenery over Lake Sapsojärvi. There is a steep descent to the cottage's own beach, the beach is shallow for a long distance, soft in the deeper parts. On the beach, a natural sand beach. Matala beach is suitable for e.g. for children and water games. For swimming, we recommend the beach at the tip of the promontory (I followed the path for approx. 150 m), where there is a better shallow swimming spot with a sandy bottom. Note the buildings there are not used by tenants. A campfire site in the yard of the cottage. The cottage is at your disposal from 16:00 on the day of arrival until 12:00 on the day of departure, also for weekend bookings. Pets are not allowed at the cabin, because the neighboring cabin (distance approx. 60 m) occasionally has residents and a dog, and we want complete cabin peace during everyone's vacation. There is little line of sight to the neighborhood from the yard area, there is no line of sight from the beach. Waste sorting (mixed and bio), as well as cardboard, glass and metal at the cottage. The side of the cottage's front yard is a body of water, a stream, access to the shore is stairs, the side of the stream is not suitable for swimming, deep and dredged so-called boat channel. House in a peaceful location, 5 km from Paljakka ski resort. Built in 1970 and completely renovated. Two bedrooms, one with bunk bed and another with double bed, fully equipped kitchen, living room, sauna and washroom with WC. Large yard area that ends in an open field on one side and a forest terrain on the other side. Old forest at the end of a stone's throw. Fishy river Latvajoki within a kilometer. Walking distance (1km) to the horse stable and husky farm (sled dog ride) Nature point. The owner knows the waterways and forests of the area and will gladly guide you. There is enough space in the yard, that you can turn with a trailer. Two separate bedrooms, not located side-by-side. Tap water comes from a nearby spring. There is no TV or Internet. Weekend reservations are valid from Friday at 16:00 to Sunday at 12:00. Final cleaning and bed linen can be purchased separately. Oulu approx. 170 km, Kajaani 60 km (airport). The nearest train station is in Kontiomäki, 40 km distance. Hiking trails nearby. Pirunkirkko on the Paljaka side and the observation tower. The owners are happy to advise the nearest routes.
