청결: 객실은 깨끗했지만 침대 시트와 베갯잇, 또는 천으로 된 물건에서 먼지가 많이 나와서 창문을 항상 열어두어야 했습니다. 위치: 알리칸테 공항에서 출발하는 분들에게는 최적의 위치입니다. 공항에서 차로 7분 거리에 있습니다. 저희 객실에서 해변이 내려다보여 아침에 일출을 감상하거나 해변을 산책할 수도 있었습니다. 해변까지는 도보로 10~15분 정도 걸렸습니다. 호텔에는 전용 주차장이 있습니다. **트에 도착하면 **트 센서 가까이에 주차하면 **트가 자동으로 열립니다. 서비스: 체크인 서비스가 꽤 느렸습니다. 도착했을 때 이미 줄이 서 있었습니다. 데스크 직원은 통화 중이었고, 백오피스 직원은 방을 드나들었습니다. 장거리 운전 후 배낭을 메고 얼마나 기다려야 할지에 대한 안내도 없었습니다. 10분 후, 백오피스 직원이 다른 직원을 불렀고 줄이 사라지기 시작했습니다. 체크아웃은 빠르고 간단했습니다. 체크아웃 박스에 열쇠를 넣기만 하면 됐죠. 편의시설: 객실에 따뜻한 음료가 없었습니다. 객실 요금에 포함된 따뜻한 음료를 마시려면 아래층으로 내려가야 했습니다. 욕실에는 수건이나 바닥 매트가 없어서 샤워 후 나올 때 바닥이 매우 미끄러웠습니다. 또한 욕실에는 환풍기가 없었습니다. 객실에 넷플릭스, 유튜브, 아마존 프라임 등을 이용할 수 있는 TV가 있었는데, 본인 계정으로 로그인해야 이용할 수 있었습니다. TV 채널은 모두 스페인어였고, 영어 영화나 TV 프로그램도 마찬가지였습니다. 원래 언어로 바꾸는 방법을 몰랐습니다. 단점: 더블룸과 어린이용 침대 하나를 예약했는데, 저와 파트너 둘뿐이라 더블 침대 하나를 줬습니다. 저는 방에 침대 두 개를 따로 쓰려고 했는데 말이죠. 만족하지 못했어요. 하지만 장거리 운전에 지쳐 리셉션에서 10분이나 줄을 서서 기다려야 했기에, 둘 다 불평할 기운이 없었고 그냥 쉬고 싶었어요. 그래서 방을 그대로 받아들였어요. 하지만 사진처럼 객실이 보이지 않아서 너무 아쉬웠고, 게다가 천에서 먼지가 많이 나와서 창문을 열지 않으면 숨쉬기 힘들었어요. 그런데 방을 열면 추워져서 어쩔 수 없이 그냥 참아야 했고, 지불한 가격에 만족해야 했어요.

We stayed at B&B Alicante Centro for three nights and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is excellent, within easy walking distance of the main tourist area, which made it very convenient to explore the city without needing transportation. The room was clean and well-maintained, which is always a big plus. However, the main downside was the very poor sound insulation. You could clearly hear conversations from the neighboring rooms, which affected the overall comfort. Additionally, our room was located next to the elevator, so there was constant noise from people coming and going. Despite these issues, the stay was decent thanks to the great location and cleanliness.

Absolutely charming hotel right in the centre of Pensacola. A bit of a walk up but not too bad and easy if luggage is light. Service is nice, rooms great and breakfast outstanding. Highly recommended.

위치는 정말 훌륭합니다. 공항, 시내, 항구까지 이동하기 편리합니다. 알리칸테에 어느 길로 오시든 편리할 거예요. 체크인도 간편하고, 10유로에 늦은 체크아웃도 가성비가 좋습니다. 개선되었으면 하는 점은 조식 시간에 단품 구매가 가능했으면 하는 것입니다. 현재는 10유로를 내면 조식 뷔페를 이용할 수 있는데, 커피와 함께 크루아상이나 머핀을 단품으로 주문할 수는 없거든요. 🥴 또, 편의시설 측면에서 욕실에 콘센트가 없는 것이 아쉽습니다. 유럽 대륙에서는 흔한데 영국이나 아일랜드에서는 거의 찾아볼 수 없거든요. 무슨 이유인지 모르겠지만 여기에는 없었습니다.

유일한 부정적인 측면은 엘리베이터였습니다. 엘리베이터가 2 개 밖에 없었기 때문에 유모차가있는 아침 식사 공간으로 2 층에서 거의 불가능했으며 호텔에는 약 10 – 15 층이 있었기 때문에 내려갈 때 항상 가득 찼습니다. 따라서 우리는 유모차를 계단을 내려가 아침 식사 공간에 도착해야했습니다. 그 외에 모든 시설이 훌륭했습니다. 훌륭한 서비스에 대해 모든 직원에게 감사드립니다. 유일한 부정적인 것은 리프트였습니다. 2 개의 리프트 만 있었고 호텔에는 약 10 – 15 개의 식물이 있었기 때문에 아기의 차와 함께 2 층에서 아침 식사 공간으로 내려 오는 것은 거의 불가능했습니다. 그래서 그들은 항상 채워졌습니다. 호텔은 매우 편안하고 매우 편안했습니다. 유일한 부정적인 점은 리프트였습니다. 아기 자동차로 2 층에서 아침 식사 공간으로 내려가는 것은 거의 불가능했습니다. 호텔에는 2 개의 리프트 만 있었고 호텔이 약 10 – 15 층이었던 것에 따라 리프트는 끊임없이 채워졌습니다. 따라서 우리는 계단에서 욕실을 들고 아침 식사 공간에 도달 할 수 있습니다. 그러나 모든 가능성은 좋았습니다. 일하는 직원들이 제공하는 좋은 서비스에 진심으로 감사드립니다.

Good priced , clean place , nicely located. Very accommodating. Only issue we encountered is the canteen staff did not speak English and with our full board chosen as an extra it was buffet at times and ordering from the menu and times, so with the language barrier it just made things abit difficult. If it had a buffet for all breakfast, lunch and dinner. This place would be perfect for a get away and stay. Even though the staff were polite and friendly.

Hotel bien, pero el personal muy poco amable y poco resolutivo, tuve un error a la hora de reservar y no me ayudaron en nada, me dieron el número para ponerme en contacto con gente que me lo podría solucionar y no me cogían ni el teléfono, me dieron otro número y era de una persona particular, muy poco resolutivos y poco comprensivos ya que como hotel donde yo he reservado deberían de tener un medio de contacto donde solucionar estos problemas y no lavarse las manos tan fácilmente.

Booked the hotel for a flying visit to surprise my Mam for her birthday. Didn't need luxury, just decent room, a shower and a bed. On arrival, we noticed the 'slight' hill to get to the property from the main road and thought ”worse case scenario -TAXI” Reception staff were fantastic each time we chatted to them. Checking in - we were told the room wasn't ready even though it was 2 hours prior to check in time and was told they would give us a call to let us know when it's ready. We returned a few hours later after food and drinks and was given our key. A deposit was requested of £150 but would be refunded on check out if everything was in order. We even got given an iron to use if needed. Room was nice and big, could sleep 6 people (4 single beds and a double sofa bed) Air con was lovely and cool, Fridge freezer and microwave all worked. Only downside was there was no hangers but when we checked out, the reception staff apologised and noted this in order for the next occupants. Check out was fast and pleasant with check out time 12pm which was a bonus. We were very happy with the hotel, staff and value for money. I would recommend and return again.

My first place right after I landed in Valencia. Very close to the Valencia Airport. I love how the Bonaire Shopping Centre is 2 minutes away so if you want some food variety or do some last minute shopping for a EU Sim, just walk over and they have everything. The room was good sized, which is enough for myself since I spent most of the day walking around. They are environmentally conscious, which is a big plus for me. The staff were very accommodating, helping me out with scanning some documents, especially Valentina, Adrian, who understood and communicated in English without me having to resort to using Google Translate. Overall, it felt like a premium hotel and I am glad that I got to experience a bit of Valencia with the helpfulness of the staff

저는 표현을 더 유창하고 자연스럽게 하기 위해 언어를 재구성하는 데 도움을 드렸습니다. 노보텔 발렌시아는 2024년에 오픈합니다. 체크인을 했을 때 아직 시범 운영 단계일 수도 있겠다는 생각이 들었습니다. 옥상에 있는 바와 수영장이 아직 오픈하지 않아서 아쉬웠습니다. 하지만 저는 여전히 호텔 서비스에 매우 만족합니다. 프런트 데스크 직원들은 매우 친절했습니다. 방에 전기 주전자가 없다는 것을 알았을 때 그는 재빨리 내 방으로 가져다 주었습니다. 또 다른 때는 엘리베이터 카드가 제대로 작동하지 않았는데, 그분이 직접 우리를 객실까지 안내해 주셨는데, 정말 사려 깊었습니다. 하지만 체크아웃 시간과 관련하여 Ctrip에 불만을 제기하고 싶습니다. 씨트립 플랫폼에 표시된 체크아웃 시간은 1시에서 2시 사이이지만, 실제 호텔 규정은 12시 이전에 체크아웃해야 합니다. 룸 카드는 12시 이후에는 자동으로 무효화됩니다. 다른 여행객에게 불편을 끼치지 않도록 씨트립에서 호텔의 체크인 및 체크아웃 시간을 재확인하고 검증해 주었으면 좋겠습니다.
