독일 자를란트 소재 3성급 호텔

H2: 전반적으로 서비스는 다소 제한적이었고, 투숙 기간 동안 객실 청소가 제공되지 않았습니다. 하지만 객실은 깨끗하고 간소했으며 중앙 냉방 시스템이 설치되어 있었습니다. 중앙역과 매우 가깝고, 바로 아래층에는 번화한 지역 상업 지구가 있습니다. 조식은 꽤 풍성했습니다. 하지만 일회용 슬리퍼와 화장지는 제공되지 않았습니다.

좋은 시설이지만 서비스는 엄청나게 실망 스러웠습니다. 생활 조건과 편의 시설은 좋지만 내가받은 서비스는 큰 실망이었고 계획을 완전히 방해했습니다. 이것이 시간과 돈의 지출이 낭비라고 느끼는 이유이며, 이는 저 평가에 반영됩니다. 내 문제는 체크인에서 시작되었습니다. 온라인 체크인을 성공적으로 완료했지만 액세스 코드를 얻을 수 없었습니다. 이 문제를 해결하려고 하는 동안 기차역에서 한 시간 이상 기다려야 했습니다. 나는 예약 세부 정보에 코드가 있다고 계속 주장하는 채팅봇과 함께 실망스러운 루프에 갇혔습니다(그렇지 않았습니다). 마침내 실제 사람에게 연락할 수 있었던 후에야 나에게 보낸 액세스 코드였습니다. 더 나쁜 것은 군인이 다음날 오전 10시부터 오후 2시까지 수리를 위해 내 방에 들어가야 한다는 통보를 받았습니다. 특히 정확한 시간에 중요한 작업 비디오 통화가 예정되어 있었기 때문에 나는 이것에 충격을 받았습니다. 이것은 나에게 일할 조용한 카페를 찾아야 했고, 추가 비용이 발생했습니다. 서비스 및 기밀에 대한 나의 평가는 매우 낮습니다. 손님의 사생활과 일정에 대한 의사 소통과 존중의 부족은 용납 할 수 없습니다.

Blieben nur 1 Nacht da, haben uns aber sehr über die super sympathische Dame an der Rezeption gefreut und das kostenloses Wasser & Tee im Zimmer. Fernseher hatten sogar Netflix, da können sich andere Hotels eine Scheibe von abschneiden! Bett war 140x200 im Kompaktzimmer; Zimmer smart eingerichtet und geschnitten. Matratze sehr weich.

Second time staying here and I really like this hotel. Comfortable beds, spacious rooms and friendly polite staff. Location is also great, within 5 mins from the main station and 1 minute to the Main Street. Starbucks, REWE, Europa Gallerie mall with many food options within 1 minute. The next time I am back in Saarbrücken to watch FZD match I will stay again.

I recently stayed at this simple, functional hotel. The location was its biggest strength. It is just a short distance from the French border and convenient for getting into the Saarland. The hotel itself is exactly what you'd expect from a basic spot. The room is clean and comfortable with great bed. One minor element is the busy noisy road.

Delightful welcome - made to feel at ease. Spotless room with balcony: plenty of space. Bottle of water waiting.  The nearest thing to a niggle is that I prefer a hard mattress, but I realise that I am in a minority… Superb breakfast - as good as any I have enjoyed.

Decent hotel and great location if you are hiking the Saar Hunsrück trail. The sign in the entrance hall with the penalty for preparing food in the room scared me a little as I didn't know what it precisely meant, it is good to ask the owner.

방은 좋았습니다. 그러나 들어오고 나가는 교통이 특별히 편리하지는 않습니다. 주차는 기본적으로 무료입니다. 프론트 데스크 서비스. 별로 만족스럽지 않았고 오후 1시 30분에 도착했습니다. 호텔에서는 체크인을 거부하고 3시까지 기다리라고 했습니다. 그런데 2시 30분에 다른 사람이 도착해서 체크인을 해줬습니다. 이것은 매우 불만족 스럽습니다. 당시 저는 프론트 홀에 있었는데 프론트 데스크에서 방이 있다는 것을 알려주지 않았습니다.

고속도로 바로 옆에 있어 숙박을 위한 완벽한 현대적인 호텔입니다.  저녁 식사를 위한 레스토랑은 없지만 바로 주변에는 브라우하우스로 가는 길 건너편에 음식 카페 요리와 무엇보다도 직접 가져온 맥주가 있습니다.  호텔에서 훌륭한 조식 뷔페.

Komfortables Hotel direkt in der Innenstadt nahe des Saar-Park-Centers. Die Zimmer verteilen sich aiuf fünf Etagen und sind gemütlich eingerichtet. Ein kleiner Wasserkocher sowie Tee und löslicher Kaffee sind allerdings die einzigen Annehmlichkeiten. Leider gibt es keine Wasserspender auf der Etage oder die Möglichkeit, im Zimmer Getränke zu kühlen. In der Lobby befindet sich eine kleine Bar, nebenan der knapp bemessene Frühstücksraum. Das Buffet ist europäischer Standard mit nur wenig Auswahl an warmen Speisen.
