객실에서 도난이 발생한 후 직원의 대응에 만족하지 못했습니다. 저는 감시 카메라 영상을 볼 수 없었고, 도시 북쪽에 위치한 저의 도난당한 스마트폰을 찾는 데 ”도움을 준” 택시 운전사는 왕복 요금뿐만 아니라 택시가 움직이지 않는 동안 저와 함께 보낸 모든 시간에 대해서도 요금을 청구했습니다. 이 호텔을 추천하지 않습니다!

El lugar es excelente, la ubicación es inmejorable, la limpieza muy buena. Todo equipado (solo hacía falta un trapo en la cocina). Recomiendo mucho quedarse en este lugar.
Solo creo que la comunicación con el host debe mejorar por esta app, llegué a la estancia y no me habían compartido la clave de wifi, y no contestaban el teléfono que tienen acá. Gracias a la vida me había quedado en otro lugar con ese mismo host y pude contactarles, y se solucionó, pero de no ser así creo que me hubiese tocado hacer muchas cosas para conseguir la clave. Sin embargo, ya con el número, son diligentes, resuelven todo rápido, te ayudan en lo que necesites, etc. Recomiendo mucho reservar acá! 🫶🏽💜

Las instalaciones estan muy limpias y muy bien cuidadas.
Mejoraría con una tostadora de pan en los desayunos y añadiría algún gimnaso o algún espcio de ejercicio.
En general ideal para quedarse cerca del Aeropuerto ya que disponen de shuttle gratuito.

Customer service was pretty rude and dismissive and this is coming from a super chill kinda customer.
Room is clean and modern but basic. No water bottles supplied - definitely should be at the price the hotel charges.
Location great with transfer to airport but you must give 24hrs notice or they refuse to collect you.
Breakfast is 5/10. Not terrible but limited in selection and not very good quality.
Wifi was also poor.
Gym is dire.
Overall I wouldn’t recommend it.

호텔은 직원들이 매우 친절하고 아침 식사가 개선 될 수 있고 조금 더 다양 할 수 있다는 믿을 수 없을 정도로 깨끗합니다. 먼저 직원이 관심을 기울입니다. 하지만 이곳이 세관점의 복합체인 자유지구라는 곳에 남아 있는 곳 앞에서 메모를 해야 하는데, 이 때문에 이곳 입구에는 포터들이 제공하는 보안 서비스가 매우 거칠다. 입장 및 출퇴근할 때마다 여권 카드를 등록해야 하고 택시 Uber의 서비스가 입장할 수 없고 등록해야 하며 안전을 위험에 빠뜨려 운송 수단으로 들어갈 수 없다는 것이 문제입니다. 호텔은 매우 편안하고 매우 편안했습니다. 이러한 단점의 손님을 알아차리는 것이 좋습니다.

리리뷰어I really wanted to like this place. I specifically chose it because of its location in La candelaria close to everything and because of it's historical significance as a colonial house with unique decorations and furniture. And that aspect was fine. What was not fine were the rooms. I was first taken to room 19, the last room on the second floor which has a large balcony opening that looks over the courtyard. The problem is that the door does not seal tightly and the weather was quite cold, rainy and damp. The room was freezing and so I asked for a room heater which was inefficient because it did not radiate any heat it just simply warmed up. In addition to that, apparently there was a pigeon nest on the other side of the wall and I can hear them cooing, moving, scratching and chirping. When I brought this to the attention of the receptionist, she told me about Las Palomas and assured me that they would not make noise at night. I was extremely uncomfortable and freezing cold the entire night and the next day I spoke to the clerk and asked that my room be moved. He agreed and told me to come back at 3:00 p.m. that afternoon. I came back at 5:00 and was told by another woman that it would not be possible for my room to be moved and after I explained the situation she brought me to room 18 right next door. It seemed fine and I agreed to stay there. It rained overnight and when I woke up in the morning the nightstand next to the bed was soaking wet. The roof had leaked onto the nightstand.. Thank goodness my phone was not there. In addition there was a light outside the door that kept blinking on and off and was very disturbing. At that point I asked for my room to be changed again and I was brought downstairs a very nice large room, which they called a suite, although it was really just one large room. That room was warmer and much more comfortable. I stayed there another two nights. Meals were taken outside with a plexiglass covering to shield against the rain. It was very cold outside and as mentioned before the weather was damp and rainy. The food was homemade which was nice, but it was the same menu every day. I specifically wanted to mention Erika. She was very sweet and did whatever she could to accommodate me, but the house is really in need of maintenance, and because of that I would not come here again unfortunately. It has great potential but the weather in Bogota is cold and damp and leaking roofs and drafty windows do not make for a comfortable stay.

AAmybellOur experience was really disappointing, I paid in this platform the full price including taxes and the receptionist charged a double taxes saying was not hee Douro and hotel’s fault just law, here I’ll be adding the capture I took when I bought my service here and it said including taxes, she was so rude and also blaming me for don’t “understand”, read good , don’t understand I had to know they will be charging it , so unprofessional and gross with a client, I’ve been travelling for more than 10 years so try this platform and never had a bad experience till now, I recommend the hotel change their administrative staff they are not the people to treat with other humans. But I have to say the service staff I mean maids and the people in charge of breakfast were awesome, they would fix better in the reception they are so polite and clean, they k it how to respect other people. Gym is so basic but useful, breakfast so delicious, the fudge in the room was broken and no useful and nobody did nothing… last thing they referred my sisters iD, promised to deliver in the room and never did it so we had to go to claim it, this details from the receptionist, that rude woman and the unuseful manager too who said would be reviewing the reservation and who also said we have to claim to the website trip because was trip fault

MMileKrumina나는 엄마와 함께이 호텔에 머물렀다. 공항과 정말 가깝고 ”El campin stadium” transmilenio 역에서 몇 블록 떨어져 있습니다. 또한 쇼핑몰이 몇 미터 떨어져 있습니다. 수요일에 묵었는데 음악이 별로 없었지만 근처에 클럽이 많아서 주말에 꽤 시끄러울 수 있는 모습을 볼 수 있습니다. 아침 식사는 좋았고 방은 괜찮 았습니다. 나는이 호텔이 매우 기본적이기 때문에 모텔이나 베드 앤 브렉퍼스트처럼 느껴진다고 말해야합니다. 장식이나 매력적인 거실이 없으므로 1박 2일 동안만 좋지만 휴가에는 적합하지 않습니다. 엘리베이터도 없고 짐을 나르는 남자도 없어서 엄마가 여행가방을 3층으로 들고 접수원과 큰 짐을 방으로 옮기고 갔습니다. 수압이 좋고 호텔에 뜨거운 물이 있습니다. 또한 영어와 스페인어로 된 옵션이 있는 위성 TV가 있습니다. 나는 스페인어를 할 때 호텔 직원이 영어를 할 수 있는지 말하지 않는지 모르겠습니다. 전반적으로 이 지역이 안전하고 Monserrate처럼 가고 싶었던 대부분의 장소와 가깝기 때문에 좋았습니다.

RRafael Osorio5Q House Quinta Camacho hotel is a great option for travelers seeking a laid-back and budget-friendly hotel in Bogotá. The hotel offers spacious clean rooms, providing a comfortable place to rest after a day of exploring the city. It is located at Chapinero neighborhood not far from downtown, there are many restaurants, bars, coffees and discos at a walking distance. The staff are warm and accommodating, always ready to assist with a smile.
The hotel has all the basic amenities such a rosy wash, shampoo, hair dryer, towels and breakfast included. The breakfast should be ordered ten minutes in advance for them to prepare and bring to your table. Everyday there is a different set breakfast that it is good considering the low cost of this hotel.
It is definitely a good value for money.
