Great location with excellent service and great value for money. Breakfast quality is fine. I've stayed many hotels in Dhaka and this hotel is most suitable for me, the staff are friendly and helpful.

The hotel has a really good location close to a lot of important places and a train station also. The service and all the stuff are friendly, gentle and helpful. The condition of the room wasn’t perfect, because of the time, but it was clean and well prepared with all the necessary amenities. The breakfasts were tasty and various for everyone. I recommend this hotel

호텔 주변 환경은 제가 방글라데시에서 찾은 곳 중 가장 깨끗한 곳입니다. 대사관 지역에 있기 때문에 방글라데시에서 가장 안전한 지역이자 우리 외국인들이 살기에 첫 번째 선택입니다. 호텔 내부 환경은 꽤 좋고 시설도 보통 수준입니다. 호텔 서비스는 괜찮은데, 조식메뉴가 적습니다. 체크아웃 시간이 늦어서 10점 드립니다. WiFi 신호가 좋지 않습니다.

房間寬敞，乾淨整潔，設施齊全，都不用轉接頭，最喜歡的是辦公桌，適合電腦辦公。 小區裏環境在當地算不錯的， 裏面有個小公園可以散步，Uber打車也方便。 老闆人很熱情，有接送機服務加分，中餐做的很合口味，下次來孟加拉還會入住！

It was great to stay at Uttara Merino, especially the hospitality of the staff was amazing. However, the bathroom needs to be cleaned more.

My recent stay had both positives and negatives. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, fast, and very well managed, which made the overall experience convenient. The environment of the hotel was warm and comfortable, truly giving a feeling of being at home. However, there were a few disappointing aspects. The breakfast options were quite limited and could be improved with more variety. The mattress quality was poor, and unfortunately I am still experiencing back pain after the stay. The toiletries provided were also below expectations in terms of quality. Overall, the hotel has a welcoming atmosphere and efficient service, but improvements in room comfort, breakfast, and amenities would make the experience much better.

3일 동안 머물렀습니다. 장점: 1. 침대를 덮을 수 있는 모기장이 있어 모기가 전혀 들어오지 못합니다. 2. 아침 식사는 평범해 보이지만 맛은 좋습니다. 방글라데시 셰프님이 새콤달콤한 맛이 나는 오이조각을 섞어서 오믈렛을 원하시면 만들어주십니다. 죽, 두유, 파스타 두세 종류가 있는데 매일 엄청 배불리 먹습니다. 개인적인 사정으로 점심, 저녁 시간이 맞지 않아 먹어보지 못해서 코멘트를 드릴 수 없습니다. 3. 무료 공항 픽업과 친절한 태도. 4. 이전 고객님이 남겨주신 휴대폰 카드를 3일 동안 무료로 사용하며 일상생활에 필요한 사항을 해결하기 위해 열심히 노력했습니다. 단점: 1. 객실은 상대적으로 오래되었고 중국에서는 일반적으로 선택되지 않습니다. 예를 들어 물컵이 없습니다. 이 때문에 호텔을 찾지 못했습니다. 양치질.. 만났을 때 나는 이런 사소한 일을 잊어버렸다. 2. 공항 환율은 1RMB에 16타카, 이곳에서는 15타카입니다. 나중에 현지 투어 가이드로 바꾸는 것도 16타카였습니다. 3. 이름이 좋지 않으니 이름을 바꾸는 것이 좋습니다. 그런데 광고하고 싶은데 아침 9시에 먹으니 점심은 15시에 먹겠습니다 저희 식당은 무료인데 시간이 맞지 않아서 항상 판다만두집에 1시간쯤 가는데요 문제를 해결하기 위해 우리 매장에서 남서쪽으로 1.8km 떨어져 있습니다. 이 판다 주인은 선양 아줌마에요 맛있고 저렴해요 거의 내 식당이 될 뻔 했어요 지글지글 끓는 쇠고기와 마른 두부는 심양에서 먹는거랑 똑같습니다 개인적으로 보통 요리 2개, 한끼, 콜라 1개, 아이스크림을 먹습니다 1,200냥, 카드 좌우. 이에 비해 근처 둔황식당의 마파두부는 800타카이다.
