Kevin was very helpful and served us well. We love the breakfast and the heritage room where we can view Mt Wellington from the windows. It would be better if the room is provided with waste bin.

저는 칼라일 호텔에서 트립닷컴을 이용하게 되어 정말 기쁩니다. 거의 2주 동안 이곳에 머물렀는데, 트립닷컴에서 $80 상당의 무료 코인을 주셔서 2월에 예산 초과로 예약했던 하룻밤을 추가로 숙박할 수 있었습니다. 정말 감사해요.

房間大，有早餐不過味道一般般，附近開車幾分鐘就有超市很方便，有免費停車位。不過員工應該挺少的前台也要負責房間服務。

난로가 있고, 비오는 세인트 클레어 호수를 훨씬 따뜻하게 해주었습니다. 우리 넷은 머물렀고 방음이 좋지 않았습니다. 충분한 음식을 가져 오면이 호텔은 매우 편안했습니다. 방에 Wi-Fi가 없으며 멀리 떨어진 프런트 데스크로 갈 수 있습니다. 매우 아름다운 숲 오두막. 시간을 내면 호수 주변을 산책할 수 있습니다.

Good location, friendly check in and close to the city, go for nearby restaurant for breakfast in walking distance. Small playground for kids. With electric blanket during winter which is very comfortable.

편리한 위치, 가성비 좋음, 상업지구와 이렇게 가까울 줄은 상상도 못했음, 밤에 산책하면 시장과 아주 가까움, 오후에 알았는데 미터기 주차 안해도 됨, 하하, 호텔 깨끗하고 개인적으로 만족

This is a very good place and you can enjoy the beautiful scenery place. Quiet, clean and well equipped. Staff members are very helpful & friendly. Highly recommended!

Wonderful Location and one of the best rooms in Launceston... It's really nice facilities up here and love everything about this one.

Not bad hotel. But there were no tea bags, no milk. Cutlery looks extremely poor. All was from different set, some from hiking set. Also a lot of dust on the bathroom lights. To fix these problems will cost almost nothing, but it will improve the impression. And the final problem is parking. If you return late, there will be no parking place for you.

Food was great! Book a table so as not to miss out. Bed was clean and comfortable. Room was quiet. No complaints. A good old fashioned pub!
