지난달 첸나이의 또 다른 유명 호텔에서 끔찍한 경험을 한 후, 래디슨 블루 호텔에 묵을 때면 긴장이 감돌았습니다. 제 생각이 틀렸다고 말하는 건 정말 절제된 표현일 겁니다. 객실은 최고급이고, 제공되는 편의시설도 아주 훌륭합니다. 음식 종류도 다양해서 다양한 입맛을 만족시킬 수 있습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 융통성 있게 도와주며 항상 기꺼이 도와줍니다. 투숙객의 편안함과 편의를 위해 최선을 다합니다. 정말 잘하셨습니다. 앞으로도 좋은 서비스 부탁드립니다.

Good amenities, good breakfast and buffet dinners. I booked the hotel car for a day trip to Sadhguru’s Isha yoga foundation. I am impressed by the driver. He is a steady driver, knowledgeable and forthcoming in sharing his knowledge. The Chinese restaurant is great too! Overall, I find the staffs friendly and have a strong interest in fulfilling guests needs.

프론트 데스크 서비스는 매우 좋았지만 비즈니스는 매우 나빴습니다. 호텔에 얼리 체크인을 이해시키지 마십시오. 프론트 데스크에서 가격을 묻고, 레스토랑에 아침 식사를 사러 가십시오. 레스토랑의 가격은 프론트 데스크에서 제공하는 가격과 동일하지 않습니다. 체크아웃할 때 호텔 차를 타고 공항으로 가고 싶었습니다. 가격은 프런트에 물어보니 올라보다 조금 비싸다고 생각했다. 괜찮 았어. 잘먹었다고 해서 주문했어요. 귀국 후 프론트 데스크를 변경했습니다. 가격이 변경되었습니다. 올라보다 비쌉니다. 두 배로. 이른 체크인, 호텔은 일찍 체크인 할 수 없다고 엄격하게 요구하기 시작했습니다. 반드시 오후 2시, 의사 소통 후 무력하게 이해하고 점심을 먹고 점심을 먹고 12시에 돌아와서 호텔이 다른 쌍을 준 것을 발견했습니다. 백인 커플은 체크인을 하고 수건과 환영 음료도 제공합니다. 체크인할 때 나는 이것을 전혀 가지고 있지 않았습니다. 위의 내용은 호텔 관리가 매우 혼란스럽다는 것을 보여줍니다. 경호원들은 열정적으로 인사를 나눴다. 아침 식사는 비싸지 않지만 식사는 평균입니다. 객실 하드웨어는 매우 훌륭하고 에어컨도 매우 강력하지만 냉장고는 매우 낡았고 장원의 일반적인 유산에서 매우 시끄럽습니다. 위생적인 상황은 보기만 해도 좋고, 나무 바닥을 밟으면 금새 어두워집니다. 방에 날아다니는 큰 파리도 몇 마리 있습니다. 이봐, 조금 역겹다. 전반적으로 가격은 나쁘지 않습니다. 즉, 프론트 데스크가 매우 성가시며 건강 상황에 하드웨어가 장착되어 있지 않습니다.

Had a great stay at [Hotel Sri Devi, Kanyakumari] booked through MakeMyTrip. The check-in process was smooth, and the room was clean and well-maintained. I had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay here. The hotel is smart, efficient, and fuss-free, which made everything easy. The room and bathroom were spacious, the bed was extremely comfortable, and I slept very well throughout my stay. Breakfast and dinner buffet was delicious. This is honestly the best hotel I have stayed in across Coimbatore, and I would highly recommend it to anyone. The service was excellent, and special thanks to Bala, Surya, and Valli for their warmth and genuine care, they truly made my stay memorable.

리리뷰어The staff are welcoming and friendly. The room is clean, and the upkeep is good. There is plenty of choice with relation to breakfast and other meal options. Room service is a little disappointing. I could never reach them, the line always went to reception and they had to connect me. Average wait time even for a simple pot of coffee is 30 minutes. Aside from this, I like my experience at Holiday Inn. I’ll choose to stay there in future too.

VVijayakumar G AFirstly, I was given a room in an extension block that seemed to have been built recently. It was modern but lacked the charm and character of a true heritage property. The main building, with its fireplace and historic ambience, was nowhere to be found. This was especially disappointing considering the premium price I paid, comparable to what you'd expect from a 5-star hotel. The lack of attention to detail continued throughout my stay. When I checked in on a rainy day, I had to walk to the extension block without an umbrella despite the muddy road. The staff seemed unbothered by this inconvenience. Additionally, the room didn't have slippers, and the floor was cold, with no heating available (although they did provide a basic room heater when requested). To make matters worse, I had to call the front desk to confirm my room for the second day, which should have been done automatically as part of their standard procedure. This lack of efficiency only added to my frustration. The toiletries were also woefully inadequate, with only basic soap and shampoo provided. Power cuts were frequent, and I had to notify the front desk each time, which seemed like a hassle the hotel should have anticipated. The breakfast buffet was uninspiring and lacked flavour. To make matters worse, I had dinner at their restaurant, which was rated top in Ooty, but my experience was average at best. To add insult to injury, they got our order wrong, substituting Nasi Goreng (fried rice) with Mee Goreng (fried noodles). When I brought this to their attention, they made no effort to compensate for the mistake. In conclusion, Hotel King's Cliff fails to live up to its reputation as a heritage property or even a 2-star hotel. The overpricing and lack of attention to detail make it a poor choice for travellers seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Ooty.

리리뷰어Service was good at the reception. Facilities are excellent, with everything needed. Food at breakfast spread was sufficient and satisfying. The control pad in the room was functioning well. Welcome titbits was a great way to start when I arrived. Coffee maker with pods was easy to operate and enjoyed a nice cup of coffee in the morning! Room was clean and with clean linen. Bathroom was very clean. Shower pressure and heat was good. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner was nice. Newly renovated. Kindly maintain regularly to have the high standards, The Residency Towers! Had a wonderful stay and a restful sleep throughout the night.

HHonser TanMy initial stay at this newly launched hotel was excellent. The modern facilities were in perfect working order, and the room was impeccably clean and comfortable. It was a promising start that convinced me to return. Unfortunately, my second stay was profoundly disappointing and raised several concerns. The first room I was assigned had a strong, unpleasant odor. While I appreciate the staff promptly moving me to a second room, it only partially resolved the issue, as a faint strange smell persisted. The second room had multiple functional problems: * Non-Functional Power:** The USB ports and power sockets on the wall faulty. * Inconsistent Hot Water:** The water heater took an excessively long time to heat up, disrupting my routine. * Purify water contamination:** There's particles and oil from the purify water. It seems contamination from central filter. Most alarmingly, at approximately 6 AM one morning, a **very loud alarm sounded from the door area.** This was highly disruptive and concerning, as it was unclear whether it was a security breach alarm or a triggered fire alarm. The lack of any immediate information or follow-up from the hotel staff regarding this incident left me feeling unsettled and concerned about the emergency protocols. While the front desk staff were helpful in changing my room, the combination of maintenance failures and a confusing safety alarm indicates a significant lapse in operational standards. For a new hotel, this is troubling. I hope this feedback is taken seriously to ensure the safety and comfort of all future guests.
