주말에는 붐비고 아침 식사를 위해 30분을 기다립니다. 군중으로 인해 음식 품질도 영향을 받았습니다. 빵을 먹으면서 태운 맛을 느꼈고 뒤를 돌아보니 태웠다. 아침 식사를 위해 대기실에 보관된 음식을 돌보는 사람은 아무도 없습니다.

Best hotel stay in Trichy👌
Staffs are very friendly and helpful, especially chefs Ajith and Alagu, Rangasri and housekeeping staff, Ramu! The location is out of busy and noisy city, which is perfect.

우리는 늦은 오후에 참석할 기능이 있었기 때문에 신속하게 체크인했습니다. 객실은 깨끗했고 인터넷 연결은 좋았습니다. 직원들은 정중합니다. 침대는 편안했습니다. 아침 식사에서 직원은 우리를 앉히고 우리를 잘 기다렸지 만 서두르지 않았습니다. 아침 식사 스프레드는 풍부하고 맛이 좋았습니다. 전반적인 경험이 좋습니다.

It was truly a fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was met with such warmth and genuine hospitality from every member of the staff. Their attentiveness and willingness to go the extra mile truly made a difference.
The room itself was immaculate. It was evident that great care was taken to ensure everything was spotless, from the crisp linens to the gleaming surfaces. The bathroom was equally impressive – modern, well-maintained, and sparkling clean.
Hygiene standards throughout the hotel were clearly a top priority. I felt completely comfortable and reassured by the level of cleanliness in all areas, which is so important.
Overall, my experience was exceptional. The combination of the friendly and helpful staff, the impeccably clean and comfortable room and bathroom, and the evident commitment to hygiene made for a truly memorable and enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a top-notch experience.

리리뷰어구시가지 한가운데에 위치해 있어서 위치는 좋지만, 전망은 좀 지루합니다. 직원도 부족하고 대부분의 식당이 문을 닫았고 음식도 기껏해야 형편없어서, 이 호텔은 코로나 사태에서 이제 막 벗어나는 것 같습니다. 미니 냉장고가 고장 나서 나무 캐비닛에 물이 새어 냄새가 나더니 교체하느라 숙박 첫 한 시간을 보냈습니다. 다음 날, 침실로 물이 새는 욕실의 방수 작업을 위해 관리팀이 세 시간을 기다렸습니다. 셋째 날에는 에어컨 관리팀이 가짜 천장으로 새어 나온 누수를 수리하느라 한 시간 동안 기다려야 했습니다. 누수가 다시 새어 나와 냄새가 났습니다.
객실은 넓고 좋습니다. 욕실도 마찬가지지만, 화장실이 욕실 안의 작은 벽감에 있어서 수도꼭지를 사용하기가 불편합니다. 수건은 깨끗하고 침대도 편안합니다.
책상과 테이블은 잘 만들어졌고, 안락의자도 저처럼 덩치가 큰 사람이라도 편안했습니다. 세탁 서비스는 효율적이었습니다. 무료로 제공되는 타타 브랜드 차와 커피는 마실 수 없었고, 사용하는 크리머 브랜드도 마찬가지였습니다. 왜 아물과 네스카페만 사용하지 않는지 이해가 안 갑니다.
객실 내 엔터테인먼트는 여전히 기본적인 타밀 케이블 TV뿐입니다.
객실 청결도는 보통 수준이며, 욕실 세면대에는 거미줄이 있고 바닥에는 차 얼룩이 있습니다. 이는 인력 부족과 기존 직원들의 과로 때문입니다. 직원들은 매우 친절하고 성실합니다.
레스토랑은 인력이 부족하지만, 그럼에도 불구하고 직원들은 친절하고 도움이 되었습니다. 셰프의 메뉴는 다소 제한적입니다.
로비는 넓고 괜찮지만, 복도는 카펫과 바닥에 틈이 있어 반복적으로 넘어질 위험이 있어 관리가 잘 안 됩니다. 카펫에서 냄새가 납니다.
옥상 수영장은 넓고 좋았지만, 차양이 없어서 이른 아침이나 저녁에만 이용할 수 있었습니다. 어느 날 저녁 수영을 즐긴 후 편안한 데크 의자에 누워 휴식을 취했습니다. 탈의실은 다소 부족한 점이 많았습니다. 헬스장은 시설이 잘 갖춰져 있었습니다. 스파도 있었지만 남자 마사지사가 없어서 이용은 가능했습니다. 그래도 깨끗하고 쾌적해 보였습니다.
호텔 전체에서 와이파이 연결이 잘 되었고, 끊김도 전혀 없었습니다.
직원들을 잘 배치하고 기본 인프라를 개선하고 냄새 나는 카펫을 치운다면 훌륭한 호텔이 될 수 있을 것 같습니다. 하지만 직원들은 점점 더 적은 것으로 점점 더 많은 일을 해야 할 것 같습니다.
다시 방문할까요? 가능성은 낮습니다.

VVijayakumar G AFirstly, I was given a room in an extension block that seemed to have been built recently. It was modern but lacked the charm and character of a true heritage property. The main building, with its fireplace and historic ambience, was nowhere to be found. This was especially disappointing considering the premium price I paid, comparable to what you'd expect from a 5-star hotel.
The lack of attention to detail continued throughout my stay. When I checked in on a rainy day, I had to walk to the extension block without an umbrella despite the muddy road. The staff seemed unbothered by this inconvenience. Additionally, the room didn't have slippers, and the floor was cold, with no heating available (although they did provide a basic room heater when requested).
To make matters worse, I had to call the front desk to confirm my room for the second day, which should have been done automatically as part of their standard procedure. This lack of efficiency only added to my frustration.
The toiletries were also woefully inadequate, with only basic soap and shampoo provided. Power cuts were frequent, and I had to notify the front desk each time, which seemed like a hassle the hotel should have anticipated.
The breakfast buffet was uninspiring and lacked flavour. To make matters worse, I had dinner at their restaurant, which was rated top in Ooty, but my experience was average at best. To add insult to injury, they got our order wrong, substituting Nasi Goreng (fried rice) with Mee Goreng (fried noodles). When I brought this to their attention, they made no effort to compensate for the mistake.
In conclusion, Hotel King's Cliff fails to live up to its reputation as a heritage property or even a 2-star hotel. The overpricing and lack of attention to detail make it a poor choice for travellers seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Ooty.

또한 호텔의 시설도 너무 그렇습니다. 세금을 포함하면 4~5,000달러 또는 최대 6,000달러 이상의 요금이 실제로 보장되지 않습니다. 9.9k를 지불했는데 그만한 가치가 전혀 없다고 느꼈습니다!

AAndy_CNUKI chose Ra***a Towers primarily because of the location and its website. The location was excellent for me, just a few minutes walk from the entrance of Sri Ra***a Ashram which was literally at the end of the street. (I discovered a nearby cafe/restaurant called 'The Dreaming Tree' which is one of the main places for meeting Westerners and which is also just a few minutes walk away plus Ganga Ma's place is also close by for Satsangs). The staff were always friendly, approachable and helpful (and arranged a taxi for me in advance from Chennai airport direct to Ra***a Towers). The attached restaurant served traditional local food which was fine although I preferred to buy my own cereals and fruit for breakfast which I prepared in the kitchen area of my room. My room was fine and everything worked, including the hot water. At night, monkeys would sleep against my bathroom window and on my balcony! Another feature of this hotel I liked was the rooftop terrace which had great views of *********a. The website was a little misleading about the meditation halls though, when I was there the meditation halls appeared to be being used as dormitories. And the library was out of use while I was there too due to building work. Overall though, I was happy with my stay here: the place was clean and secure, and seemed relatively high-end compared to ***y other places in Tiruvannamalai.
