호텔은 해변에서 멀지 않지만 해변을 향하고 있지는 않지만 여전히 호텔 시설을 볼 수 있습니다. 객실은 오래되었지만 깨끗합니다. 객실에는 무료 코스타 커피 캡슐이 있습니다. 냉장고의 우유와 미네랄 워터는 무료입니다. 15 파운드 / 사람의 아침 식사도 매우 좋습니다. 바다 전망 객실 이 호텔은 여전히 매우 권장됩니다 외출 할 때 많은 레스토랑이 있으며, 옴 힐 (Om Hill)의 작은 기차는 2 분 거리에 있습니다.

Overall, a good experience, but some essentials like a toothbrush and a hairdryer were not mentioned in the room. The toothbrush was unavailable, and the hairdryer was not working.

체크인 할 때부터 출발 할 때까지 모든 직원은 친절하고 세심했습니다. 호텔은 깨끗했고 방은 합리적으로 잘 임명되었으며(티백 [3개만] 식수/칫솔용 안경이 충분하지 않음) 스파 시설은 훌륭했습니다. 여기 직원들은 스스로를 뛰어넘었고 매우 도움이되고 의무적이었습니다. 불행히도 우리는 필요한 시간에 저녁 식사를 예약 할 수 없었지만 멀리서 부정적인 것으로 간주 될 수있는 유일한 것이었습니다. 우리는 확실히 Kinmel 저택에 다시 머물 것입니다.

I received a nice warm welcome on arrival, and even the offer of assistance with my overnight bag to my room, which I gladly accepted. I stayed in a single room, which was small but spacious enough, well heated, with a good sized TV & nice tray with tea, coffee etc. Bedroom & bathroom were spotless. Breakfast was excellent, offering a good variety of cereals, pastries, fruit, toast & juices, together with a full cooked breakfast which was delicious. This was excellent value for money in a good location & I will definitely stay here again.

first staff we met at the front dest was not friendly which gave a bad first impression, however all other staffs afterwards have been great.

Quaint room in great setting, excellent parking and very dog friendly. Nice touch with dog bed, water bowl and dog treat m.

It was a great exercise with friendly reception service and clean rooms. Would strongly recommend a one night stay to a solo traveller, if looking for a place.
