그랜드 위즈 프락시스에서 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다. 객실에서 보이는 전망은 훌륭했지만, 18층이라는 점에도 불구하고 거리, 이웃, 그리고 밤 11시 30분에 드릴과 망치질을 하는 인부들 때문에 매우 시끄러웠습니다. 게다가 밤에는 창문과 복도에서 들어오는 불빛이 객실에 잘 들어왔습니다. 아침 식사도 맛있었습니다.
호텔은 꽤 새 것 같고, 부분적으로 공사 중이긴 하지만, 많은 가전제품에 사용 흔적이 남아 있어 관리가 잘 되어 있지는 않았습니다.
숙박은 만족스러웠지만, 다음에는 다른 호텔을 선택할 것 같습니다.

호텔 입구에 들어서는 순간 너무 우울했어요. 로비는 기대했던 것과 달랐지만, 객실에 들어서는 순간 정말 인상적이었어요. 프런트 직원들도 정말 친절했고, 불만족스러운 고객을 응대하는 방식도 정말 전문적이었어요. 덕분에 고객들에게 소중하고 소중한 존재라는 생각이 들었어요.

Four Points Pakuwon Surabaya 호텔에 머무르는 것은 정말 멋진 경험이었습니다. 리셉션 직원의 특별한 서비스, 매우 편안한 객실, 레스토랑 서비스 및 놀라운 음식. 레스토랑 매니저인 Mba nia, 매우 세심한 셰프 M.bagus, 그리고 항상 우리가 원하는 것을 제공하는 Dimas에게 감사드립니다. 다음 도착 때 뵙겠습니다.

It's very crowded hotel. Meaning it's a good property with busy traffic. Yet the overwhelmed staff were able to maintain their professionalism and lovely service I usually gets, despite of my bad timing arriving with inactive (broken) elevators and fully booked meeting rooms and restaurants traffic, making the waiting time for elevator and moving around the property was somewhat... troublesome, to say the least. Nevertheless, definitely would recommend.

이 호텔에 2박을 묵었습니다. 객실은 넓고 잘 관리되어 있었습니다. 새 건물은 아니지만요.
처음에는 1박만 예약하려고 했는데, 첫날밤을 묵은 후 Jalan Basuki Rahmat을 바라보는 다른 방을 요청하며 하루를 더 연장하기로 했습니다. Fara 씨가 제 요청을 찾아주셨고, Reva 씨에게 방을 안내해 달라고 부탁했습니다. 두 분은 매우 친절하고 다정했으며, 많은 정보를 알려주셨습니다. 또한, 객실 담당자 Komarus 씨께도 감사드립니다. 정말 친절하고 방을 깨끗하게 청소해 주셨고, 제가 헷갈렸던 에어컨 기능에 대해서도 설명해 주셨습니다.
그리고 경비원 Haryono 씨도 주변의 가볼 만한 곳이나 맛집에 대해 물어보니 친절하고 자세하게 설명해 주셨습니다.
룸서비스: 튀긴 구라메와 피자를 주문했는데 모두 맛있었습니다.
개선이 필요한 부분:
1. 온수 수압이 더 좋아져야 합니다.
2. 에어컨 소음이 해결되어야 합니다.
그 외에는 모든 경험이 최고였습니다! 윈덤 수라야바야, 감사합니다. 꼭 다시 방문하겠습니다!

풀뷰를 선택했는데 발리가 생각나는 좋은 뷰였습니다.
단 1층에 숙박하는 인도네시아인의 어린아이가 냇가에서 바지벗고 소변을 보듯 풀에서 소변을 보는데 부모님이 가만히 보고 계시더라구요. 저희 아이들은 기겁을 하고 도망나와서 더이상 수영을 힌지 않았습니다.
모든 것이 완벽했는데 그 어린아이로 인해 기분이 많이 상했습니다.

첫 방문이었는데, 객실이 정말 마음에 들었습니다! 객실에는 간단한 간식도 준비되어 있었고요. 창밖으로 보이는 뷰도 훌륭했고, 바로 맞은편에 대형 쇼핑몰이 있어서 위치도 아주 좋았어요. 이동하기에도 매우 편리했습니다.

RRose AnnWe use this place every time we go to Ijen to do birdwatching for years.
Room is ok with warm and good water pressure.
They have western and local restaurant on site. The Western one was ok but the local restaurant is always a no and serve poor quality food, the warung can serve better Nasi goreng than in here. Some of the server in the local restaurant are lack of training.

서비스는 완벽하고 직원들은 친절합니다. 호텔은 매우 혼잡한 것 같지만 아침 식사 장소는 넓고 지나치게 짜지 않고 모두를 수용 할 수 있습니다.
전반적으로 숙박은 즐겁고 우리는 확실히 돌아올 것입니다.

from the main lobby to the toilets, from the rooms to the animal pens - all super clean, a massive respite from mosquito-infested accomodations the few days prior.
the receptionists were all very friendly, well-versed in both bahasa indo and english; the driver kindly helped us find somewhere to buy feed for the animals and take photos at the entrance; the concierge was also very pro-active and the cleaners were constantly seen mopping.
and the facilities are undoubtedly one of a kind. the view from the balcony were of the animals happily skipping around, not like some other safari accommodations where the animals are either kept in too small fences or too far away. every store was well stocked with water dispensers of different temperatures. the animal feeding was also easy to purchase from the counter. only pity is that we were not aware that the breakfast with giraffe needed booking beforehand, but honestly you can feed the giraffes for cheaper at the Taman Safari Prigen safari adventure. breakfast for humans otherwise had a good spread, including some humorously named items. there is also a free and convenient shuttle service that takes you to and from baobab to the safari area, just have to ask the concierge.
overall 10/10 will visit again.

PPolka13This is actually a VERY COOL hotel. As someone who LOVE vintage things, I really appriciate this place. From their historical front building, their vintage styled room, all took me back to the 90s to early 2000. The NOSTALGIA 🥺. When I was little, my grandpa and grandma used to take me travel and stayed at hotels. So hotels like these have a special place in my heart.
Unfortunately, it looked like they really cut down the budget. Although they gave a very cheap price for their room (not more than IDR 250K including breakfast), on WEEKENDS?? But the towels were not white anymore and felt thin (not like other hotel towels), the sheets had tough spots, and no shower cap. But I loveddd the lemongrass soap and shampoo, and they were in dispensers so less plastic waste.
The breakfast was really sad. It was nice when I stayed here around a couple of years ago. But this time it was worse. Not too many options and looked empty. Really felt like they didn't put much effort. Well, what do you expect for that price? And I understand they might be in a very tight budget.
I noticed they added a ”Mini Zoo” signage. A staff warned me that there were not many animals yet. But I decided to go see it. Turned out it was located in the side of the parking road (but outdoor), there were fishes and a big avian animal (like chicken but different, I don't know what it was). And some parakeets in two separate cages, they were all dead 😭😭 I told a staff and they quickly removed the dead birds. Good idea but poor execution.
But anyways, location was top. Just a few meters across the street, there was a bus stop and you can hop on the Suroboyo Bus to go anywhere. And the hotel itself was in a main street of a hot destination (Old Town Surabaya), with historical buildings complex, also with the chinatown nearby.
I really hope they can survive this economy storm. I really love this hotel 🥺.

CCiauciauHotel’s ambience is relaxing. Ocean is at the hotel’s backyard with huge greeneries, coconut trees, and simply beautiful.
Breakfast spread is not bad, the taste is so so. Swimming pool is infinity style and quite big. There is also gym in the hotel.
Room is small, bed is only 100 x 200 for twin. Separate toilet and shower room which size is in the smallish end. Balcony is quite big so you could sit down and enjoy reading. If you want to go with family, book enough room as there is no extra bed except in suites (sofa bed style).
As it is near the ocean, it could be windy.
You need car/transport to go around as it is not exactly in the city centre.
Good place to relax if you happen to be in East Java.

익익명 사용자We checked in a little late yet staff was very accommodating. Our room was on the 26 floor and it was really spacious for 2 pax. There’s an iron steamer in the room and this is such a win for us who can’t live without iron even during a short trip. It will be better if they provide us the iron board though. Shampoo conditioner and body wash were provided and I wish they provide more hooks in the washroom. It’s a bummer that we only took video of the room but we couldn’t even upload the video here.
Went for a short workout in the gym in the morning before breakfast. They have treadmill elliptical bike some dumbbells and bench for you to do some press lol. They have a good selection of breakfast. We stayed so long so that we were able to try everything from the breakfast menu.
The best part of the hotel was that it is connected to the Pakuwon City Mall. Shopping made easy 🤭
