Great place, well maintained, with swimming pools, its own rice paddies!, marvelous service. We've been here for one night, but had to regret our plan did not let us stay longer. Our objective was to trek Ijen, which is just 30 minutes away from here. The frontdesk can help you with the driver, the health check, tickets and supplying breakfast in a box. However, there is much more on site and around to make a longer stay enjoyable.

파쿠원 몰과 직접 연결되는 서부 수라바야의 매우 편리한 새 호텔입니다. 깨끗하고 어린이 수영장, 어린이 놀이 공간, 욕조, 웰컴 드링크, 전 세계 각국의 조식, 피트니스 센터를 포함한 편의 시설로 가득합니다. 서비스는 완벽하고 직원들은 친절합니다. 호텔은 매우 혼잡한 것 같지만 아침 식사 장소는 넓고 지나치게 짜지 않고 모두를 수용 할 수 있습니다. 전반적으로 숙박은 즐겁고 우리는 확실히 돌아올 것입니다.

Pro - excellent service from the staff! - We have a baby (＜ 1 yr old), they provided us with baby cot, baby bath tub and water scoop (gayung) - View of the animals from the room is breathtaking - Can throw carrots (3 pieces were provided by the hotel) from the room to the animals - Breakfast is yummy. They have a selection of local and international buffet spread - Can take photo with giraffes if you missed the breakfast with giraffe slot - Can feed the fishes at the lobby for free - Souvenir shopping at the hotel for convenience - there was a bird (cockatoo?) available for photo taking for free too Cons - stinks of animal poops at the lobby - Giraffe, rhino and meerkat feeding are extra charge - Only rain shower head (ie, not moveable)

프로모션을 할때 여기서 생일을 축하했는데, 저렴한 가격이지만 고급스러워서 매우 만족스러웠고, 시설과 청결함이 완벽했고, 서비스는 친절하고 24시간 이용 가능했고, 인테리어 가격도 표준 수준이어서 너무 비싸지 않았고, 아침 식사도 무료였습니다. 아침 식사 메뉴가 다양합니다. 제안된 바에 따르면, 대중이 즐길 수 있는 오락거리를 늘리고 수영장 시설이 있다면 더욱 좋고 완벽해질 것입니다. 다음에는 꼭 이 호텔을 예약할 수 있었으면 좋겠어요🥰

주니어 스위트룸은 매우 넓었지만 가구 배치는 좀 더 실용적이었으면 좋았을 것 같습니다. 예를 들어 침대 옆 탁자는 서랍이 없는 그냥 둥근 테이블이었고, 욕조 배수구는 욕조 폭의 절반까지 튀어나와 있어 어린아이의 머리에 닿으면 위험할 수 있었습니다. 기본 어메니티라고 생각했던 바디 로션은 요청해도 제공되지 않았습니다. 조식은 종류가 다양했지만 단백질 종류가 매우 제한적이었습니다. 아이들을 위한 액티비티도 몇 가지 있었지만 모두 별도 요금이 부과되었습니다.

Banyuwangi truly is the ultimate ”sanctuary of stillness,” and ÉL Hotel Banyuwangi provides a beautiful, serene backdrop to experience it. I had a wonderful stay overall, and while there are a few areas where the hotel can step up its game, the foundation is absolutely there for this to become an exceptional property. 🏨 The Hardware & Facilities (Top-Notch!) On the physical side of things, the hotel completely delivers. The rooms are comfortable and well-designed, the gym is well-equipped for a holiday workout, and the swimming pool area is beautiful—perfect for soaking in the quiet energy of the region. 🍳 Food & A Soothing Morning Ritual The culinary experience was a highlight. The food quality was solid, and the local flavors were genuinely delicious. But my absolute favorite part of the morning was the outdoor breakfast area, where they offer fish feeding. Watching the fish move gracefully through the water while enjoying breakfast was incredibly calming and set a beautiful, soothing tone for the day. 🌱 Areas for Growth: Service & Sustainability To truly elevate this hotel to a 5-star luxury standard, there are two areas I’d love to see improve: Eco-Friendly Amenities: In a pristine destination like Banyuwangi, sustainability matters. Currently, the hotel is still using single-use plastic containers for bathroom amenities. Shifting toward refillable dispensers or biodegradable alternatives would align beautifully with the natural essence of the area. Staff Guidance: The young team members have incredible potential and are clearly eager, but they just need a bit more structured guidance and hospitality training. With the right leadership, this passionate young staff could easily turn good service into an exceptional guest experience. 🗺️ The Verdict Overall, I will absolutely come back! There is so much promise here, and I have high hopes that the team will take this constructive feedback to heart and continue to polish their service. 호텔은 새롭고 모든 것이 매우 깨끗하며 직원들은 매우 훌륭합니다. 서비스는 항상 미소를 지으며 Bromo 일출과 매우 가까운 위치는 Bromo 여행에서이 리조트를 적극 추천합니다.

모든 시설이 깨끗하고 품질도 꽤 좋습니다. 단 하나의 단점이 있다면, 문이 복도의 소리를 완전히 차단하지 못한다는 점입니다. 밤에 다른 방에서 노크 소리와 종소리가 또렷하게 들립니다. 하지만 전반적으로는 꽤 괜찮은 호텔입니다.

사실 정말 멋진 호텔이에요. 빈티지 물건을 좋아하는 저로서는 이곳이 정말 마음에 들어요. 유서 깊은 건물부터 빈티지 스타일의 객실까지, 90년대에서 2000년대 초반으로 돌아간 듯한 느낌이었어요. 향수가 뿜뿜! 어렸을 때 할아버지 할머니께서 저를 데리고 여행을 가면서 호텔에 묵으셨거든요. 그래서 이런 호텔들은 제 마음속에 특별한 자리를 차지하고 있어요. 아쉽게도 예산을 많이 깎은 것 같았어요. 주말에 객실 요금을 엄청 싼 가격에 주긴 했지만(조식 포함 25만 루피아도 안 됐어요), 수건은 더 이상 하얗지 않고 얇았어요(다른 호텔 수건과는 달랐어요). 시트에는 빳빳한 얼룩이 있었고, 샤워캡도 없었어요. 그래도 레몬그라스 비누와 샴푸는 정말 마음에 들었어요. 디스펜서에 담겨 있어서 플라스틱 쓰레기도 덜 나고 좋았거든요. 조식은 정말 아쉬웠어요. 몇 년 전에 여기 묵었을 때는 괜찮았는데, 이번에는 더 심했어요. 선택지가 많지 않고 텅 비어 있었어요. 정말 별로 노력을 안 한 것 같았어요. 그 가격에 뭘 기대해야 할까요? 예산이 빠듯할 수도 있다는 건 이해합니다. ”미니 동물원”이라는 표지판이 붙어 있는 걸 봤어요. 직원분이 동물이 많지 않다고 하셨는데, 그래도 가보기로 했어요. 주차장 길가(실외)에 있었고, 물고기랑 큰 새(닭 같았는데 좀 달랐어요. 뭔지는 잘 모르겠네요)도 있었어요. 그리고 앵무새 몇 마리가 두 개의 케이지에 따로 있었는데, 다 죽어 있었어요 😭😭 직원에게 말했더니 죽은 새들을 재빨리 치워주셨어요. 아이디어는 좋았지만 실행은 좀 부족했어요. 어쨌든 위치는 최고였어요. 길 건너 몇 미터만 가면 버스 정류장이 있어서 수로보요 버스를 타고 어디든 갈 수 있었어요. 그리고 호텔 자체가 인기 관광지(수라바야 올드타운)의 번화가에 있어서 역사적인 건물들이 즐비했고, 근처에 차이나타운도 있었어요. 이번 불황을 잘 견뎌냈으면 좋겠어요. 이 호텔 정말 좋아요 🥺.

친절한 서비스와 만족스러운 시설, 객실 전망. 스카이돔은 가격에 맞춰 맛있는 음식과 좋은 서비스를 제공합니다. 하지만 아침 식사가 실망스러운 것은 부끄러운 일입니다. 마지막 방문 이후로 선택할 수 있는 음식이 적고, 가장 실망스러운 점은 음식이 더럽고, 파리가 있고, 음식 근처에서 작은 바퀴벌레가 두 번 발견되었다는 것입니다. 경찰관들이 말했지만 잡지 못해 벌레들이 그대로 남아 있었습니다. 그 외에도 아침식사 장소 중간에 얼음을 판매하고 있는데, 유료 아침식사 장소에서 판매하는 것은 매우 비윤리적입니다. 실제로 그 위치에서 아침 식사를 판매하는 호텔이 있습니까? 조식 조건은 5성급 호텔에 적합하지 않습니다.
