I stayed here for 3 nights, and this is my honest review. The hotel has recently reopened after a complete renovation and rebranding. The staff were excellent. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Check-in took about five minutes because the staff member assisting me seemed new and was carefully following the procedures. I didn’t mind at all, and I was served a delicious welcome drink while waiting. After check-in, a staff member escorted me to my room. Pros: 1. The rooms have been fully renovated and feel modern. 2. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, even at 26°C. 3. Breakfast exceeded my expectations. Everything I tried was delicious, especially the Indonesian dishes. What impressed me the most was that, even though the hotel was still very quiet and there were only a handful of guests during my stay, they still offered a full breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options. Many hotels would simply serve a limited set menu or deliver breakfast to the room when occupancy is this low, but this hotel maintained a complete buffet from end to end. I really have to give them credit for that. 4. The location is convenient, with Superindo and Indomaret within a 3-minute walk and Pakuwon Mall only about a 9-minute drive away. 5. The lobby is spacious and looks luxurious. Cons: 1. The TV was by far my biggest disappointment. I stayed in a Deluxe Room, and the TV appeared to be left over from the previous hotel rather than replaced during the renovation. It was very small, around 32 inches, and wasn’t a Smart TV, which feels completely out of place for a hotel that claims to be five-star. The selection of TV channels was also very limited, and the picture quality was poor with noticeable static, making it quite unpleasant during my 3-night stay. The Executive Rooms have larger TVs, but based on the information I received, they are not Smart TVs either because I was told that only the Suite Rooms will have Smart TVs, and those rooms will only become available after the hotel’s grand opening. You can even notice that the hotel doesn’t include any photos of the TV in the Deluxe Room images on its booking page, which almost makes it seem like they’re avoiding showing it. Nowadays, it’s hard to imagine a genuine five-star hotel still using a 32-inch non-Smart TV in its standard guest rooms. 2. Soundproofing isn’t great. I could hear noise from the next room and the nearby mosque. 3. The Wi-Fi was very slow, and mobile signal inside the hotel was also weak. 4. The shower area had no shelf or storage space for personal toiletries, and the floor was extremely slippery. I almost slipped several times while showering. This is something the hotel should address, as it could become a safety hazard. 5. The power outlet next to the bed was already occupied by the bedside lamp, so I had to unplug it every time I wanted to charge my phone. 6. Although there were plenty of power outlets in the room, about half of them didn’t work, which was frustrating. 7. I wasn’t a fan of the pillow and bed linens. While the bed itself was comfortable, the bedsheets felt rough rather than soft. I even noticed that the underside of my arms became itchy whenever they rubbed against the fabric. 8. The hotel was very quiet during my stay. It seems many people still don’t know it has reopened, and I haven’t seen much promotion or any soft opening offers on its website and Instagram account. Overall: I enjoyed my stay thanks to the friendly staff, comfortable room, excellent breakfast, and convenient location. However, the TV and Wi-Fi were major drawbacks, and there are still several details that don’t quite meet the standard of a true five-star hotel. At the moment, I would personally rate this hotel as 4.5 stars rather than a full 5-star property. It has great potential, and with improvements to the TVs, internet, room details, and overall quality control, I believe it could truly live up to its five-star positioning.

Great place, well maintained, with swimming pools, its own rice paddies!, marvelous service. We've been here for one night, but had to regret our plan did not let us stay longer. Our objective was to trek Ijen, which is just 30 minutes away from here. The frontdesk can help you with the driver, the health check, tickets and supplying breakfast in a box. However, there is much more on site and around to make a longer stay enjoyable.

프론트 데스크 직원은 고객 친화적이지 않으며 객실 층에 접근하기 위해 엘리베이터 내부에서 스캔하려고 할 때 작동하지 않아 객실 액세스 카드에 결함이 있다는 말을 들었을 때 매우 심술궂은 것처럼 보였습니다. 직원은 무엇이 문제인지 알아보는 대신 다른 엘리베이터를 이용하라고만 했습니다. 내가 그녀에게 카드를 가지고 내 방에 접근하는 데에도 동일한 문제가 발생하는지 물었을 때, 그녀는 짜증을 내며 시스템에 문제가 없다고 표시했다고 말했습니다. 체크인하는 동안 나쁜 경험이었지만 아침 식사로 제공되는 음식이 인상적이었습니다. 산이 내려다보이는 레스토랑의 다양한 음식과 매력적인 분위기를 좋아합니다.

파쿠원 몰과 직접 연결되는 서부 수라바야의 매우 편리한 새 호텔입니다. 깨끗하고 어린이 수영장, 어린이 놀이 공간, 욕조, 웰컴 드링크, 전 세계 각국의 조식, 피트니스 센터를 포함한 편의 시설로 가득합니다. 서비스는 완벽하고 직원들은 친절합니다. 호텔은 매우 혼잡한 것 같지만 아침 식사 장소는 넓고 지나치게 짜지 않고 모두를 수용 할 수 있습니다. 전반적으로 숙박은 즐겁고 우리는 확실히 돌아올 것입니다.

동물을 사랑하신다면 이곳에 숙박하시는 것을 강력 추천합니다!! 사람들로 붐비지 않고 동물들을 구경하고 먹이도 줄 수 있어서 정말 좋았습니다. 차로 조금만 가면 타만 사파리 프리겐에도 다녀왔습니다. 직원들은 친절했고 객실도 깨끗했습니다. 리조트가 높은 지대에 위치해 있어 주변 산의 경치가 정말 멋졌습니다. 호텔 편의시설은 수영장뿐이지만, 이곳의 핵심은 동물들입니다. 조금 헷갈릴 수 있지만, 리조트는 타만 사파리 프리겐 안에 있습니다. 리조트 부지 내에 동물 우리를 갖추고 있어 투숙객들은 언제든 가까이서 동물들을 볼 수 있습니다. 다만, 먹이 주기와 기린 조식/저녁 식사는 추가 요금이 있습니다. 타만 사파리 프리겐까지 무료 셔틀/차량 서비스를 제공하지만, 호텔 숙박비에 타만 사파리 입장권이나 액티비티는 포함되어 있지 않으므로 별도로 구매해야 합니다.

프로모션을 할때 여기서 생일을 축하했는데, 저렴한 가격이지만 고급스러워서 매우 만족스러웠고, 시설과 청결함이 완벽했고, 서비스는 친절하고 24시간 이용 가능했고, 인테리어 가격도 표준 수준이어서 너무 비싸지 않았고, 아침 식사도 무료였습니다. 아침 식사 메뉴가 다양합니다. 제안된 바에 따르면, 대중이 즐길 수 있는 오락거리를 늘리고 수영장 시설이 있다면 더욱 좋고 완벽해질 것입니다. 다음에는 꼭 이 호텔을 예약할 수 있었으면 좋겠어요🥰

주니어 스위트룸은 매우 넓었지만 가구 배치는 좀 더 실용적이었으면 좋았을 것 같습니다. 예를 들어 침대 옆 탁자는 서랍이 없는 그냥 둥근 테이블이었고, 욕조 배수구는 욕조 폭의 절반까지 튀어나와 있어 어린아이의 머리에 닿으면 위험할 수 있었습니다. 기본 어메니티라고 생각했던 바디 로션은 요청해도 제공되지 않았습니다. 조식은 종류가 다양했지만 단백질 종류가 매우 제한적이었습니다. 아이들을 위한 액티비티도 몇 가지 있었지만 모두 별도 요금이 부과되었습니다.

2 박 동안 El에 머물렀고 직원들은 체크인시 훌륭했습니다. 우리는 깨끗하고 훌륭해 보이는 우리 방으로 빨리 안내되었습니다. 발코니도 좋은 터치입니다. 수영장은 깨끗하고 수건이 제공됩니다. 온도도 너무 춥지 않아 좋습니다. 하루에 2개의 무료 물이 제공되며 호텔 주방도 훌륭하며 저렴한 식사와 환상적인 직원이 있습니다. 여행하기에이 호텔을 충분히 추천 할 수 없으며 여기에서 Ijen에 쉽게 도달 할 수 있습니다.

브로모 산 여행 중에 놀라운 숙박을했습니다! 호텔은 멋진 전망, 깨끗하고 편안한 객실, 처음부터 우리를 환영한다고 느끼게 해주는 매우 친절한 직원을 제공했습니다. 브로모 산을 방문하는 모든 사람에게 적극 권장됩니다.

아주 좋고 현대적인 호텔입니다. 근처에 많은 레스토랑이 있고, 아침 식사는 맛있고 좋은 곳에서 제공되었습니다. 직원들도 친절했습니다! 다만 청소가 좀 아쉬웠습니다. 전반적으로 먼지는 없었고 청소는 잘 되었지만, 시트와 수건에는 얼룩이 있었고, 새것으로 교체했는데도 얼룩이 있었습니다.
