Excellent hospitality, Good Food, amazing view from the hill top, very close to Eagledare adventures and the tea factory and museum.We had the best of time with family.Eagledare adventures is too good

We were a group of 13 people of family and the hospitality was very comforting and felt like home.Clean rooms,amazing view & tasty food just like home made. Beautiful ambience for trekking & Eagledare

We had been there with our family of 13. It was a lovely stay at Berry Hills. View from the resort is breathtaking. They have good food options even Felt like home Staff there is always ready to help you with whatever you want Clean rooms and fresh bedsheets. Eagle dare adventure is walkable distance and for people who want to experience trekking this place is suitable

This place has so much potential, however it really needs a lot of maintenance. Firstly, my bed was comfortable and the views were amazing. Unfortunately that’s where it ends. The room I was in had mould on the walls, ceiling and behind curtains. The kettle minis it’s lid did not work, the bed linen was stained and possibly unwashed. I left feedback, will include in my photos. We stayed 2 nights. The food was very average, under cooked. Whilst we stayed they we’re painting the exterior I can only hope they intend to renovate indoors as well. Couches and chairs in shared areas covering were almost non existent. Oh & the road up is very windy, do not mind that, but the final 100m or so is like a goat track and really a challenge for a normal car. The ***agement did not seem to care, such a shame.

Yesterday we visited berry hills first of all we had alot of travel around 700 kms as we are from Maharashtra and as we took the trun to hotel we became very nervous seeing the road which leads to hotel,it was horrifying but the the scenematic view came to our eyes it was the whole view of Ooty from the hotel...Also the ***ager Mr.Shankar was very polite and friendly person he also settled our problem of the guide by providing a very good natured and humble person.....Overall the experience in this hotel was satisfying and we had fun too👍🏻🙂

This was the worst experience I had in ooty. Very bad room with uncleanness bed an washroom was not clean, bad odour and with some worms. No wifi was given.cost for food is too high. No activities for guest. Breakfast was also very average. Only the good thing about that hotel is good view and good room boy(Somesh).

Berry Hills Resort is an ideal place. Excellent location, beautiful view. This resort is on top of the hill. We enjoyed our stay. Only problem we had is road. From main road to enter this resort is not good. Otherwise, everything is superb! Food is little expensive but no other option :-) Hotel ***agement is very good! Special thanks to Shiva and Shankar for helping us!!! I would recommend this resort to everyone!!

Value for the money, Shanker ***ager is very good in providing good and comfortable services and caring friendly house keeping is good Main thing to highlight is restaurant food is good with resonable price

Lovely view,great hospitality by Mr.Sankar and team,super food, clean rooms,worth the money and excellent place.Would love to visit again with family.Need not go our anywhere.Just be at the place and relax,that's more than enough.
