Потрясающие апартаменты. Вид на город и реку завораживает. В апартаментах всё продумано до мелочей. Чувствуешь себя как дома. Мебель, ремонт - всё абсолютно новое и лучшего качества. Самые лучшие рекомендации. Идеальный гостеприимный хозяин Карен. Любые вопросы решаются мгновенно. Мой следующий приезд в Тбилиси - однозначно выбор будет в пользу этих апартаментов. Умный дом, в пешей доступности магазины, кафе, аптеки, прекрасный ресторан. Фотографии апартаментов полностью соответствуют представленым на сайте. Самые лучшие оценки.

Очень понравился отель. Расположение супер, всё близко и везде пешком. Вкусные завтраки, шведский стол, также готовят омлеты, оладьи, вафли и тд. Персонал вежливый и приветливый. Не все говорят на русском, но для нас не проблема была. В номере чисто, стильно. Рекомендую друзьям.

전반적으로 쉐라톤 호텔에서의 숙박은 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 호텔은 우아하고 잘 관리되어 있으며 서비스도 훌륭합니다. 특히 조식은 훌륭합니다. 다양하고 신선하며 맛있는 조식은 호텔의 강점 중 하나입니다. 단 하나 아쉬운 점이 있다면 욕실 배수구에서 악취가 나는 것이었는데, 이로 인해 편안함이 다소 떨어졌습니다. 그럼에도 불구하고 이 호텔을 강력 추천합니다.

Staff is very grumpy. They gave us a wheelchair accessible room that did not match the category I paid for. When I asked to be moved I was told the hotel is sold out you cannot be moved. They room had no decoration, no sofa, barely an chair, you could hear the traffic, the AC was loud and the curtain let the light in from 5 AM. And because that wasn't enough they did not have breakfast available in the regular breakfast room because of a wedding. We had Pré paid €50 a night for breakfast. The staff did not care. They really spoiled our enjoyment of Tbilissi. The Stamba hotel seemed a lot better. We will stay there next time.

위치는 훌륭했지만, 사무실 밀집 지역과 너무 가까웠고, 최근 시위 때문에 호텔 접근이 매우 불편했습니다. 욕실 편의용품과 생수도 제때 채워지지 않아 서비스가 전반적으로 부족하다고 느꼈습니다. 음식은 괜찮았지만, 조식은 이 등급의 호텔치고는 양이 너무 적었습니다. 아마도 주변 환경 때문일 수도 있고, 다른 등급의 호텔은 어떤지 잘 모르겠습니다. 전반적으로 위치를 제외하고는 서비스가 부족해서 실망스러웠습니다. ☹️ 다시는 이 호텔을 이용하지 않을 것 같습니다.

Overall, my impression of the stay was mixed. The hotel appears insufficiently thought out in terms of comfort, although there are some positive aspects. There are no shelves in the shower for basic toiletries, and the bathroom lacks drawers and shelves for storing personal items. There is also no makeup mirror. The beds are movable, the safe is not fixed to the wall, and there is no soft headboard. The hair dryer is weak, and the desk is very small. There is no smart lighting system or automatic air-conditioning mode. The bathroom floor is cold, and the mirror is positioned opposite the bed, which I personally found uncomfortable. My request for drinking water was fulfilled only after 45 minutes. There are no service labels on the in-room telephone. It is unclear how a hotel with a five-star rating can operate without a gym. The advertised SPA, in reality, is a jacuzzi for 6–8 people with unusual lighting. The staff generally appeared unfriendly, especially in the restaurant. Beverages are not offered during breakfast; guests must approach the bar themselves to order coffee. Cocoa is available for an additional fee of 15 GEL. Breakfasts are generally good; however, the chef uses onions quite extensively, including in salads and other dishes, which may not suit all guests. On the positive side, I received a room upgrade due to the unavailability of the booked room category, as well as a pleasant birthday greeting from the hotel. The hotel may be suitable for short stays without high expectations; however, improvements in service and room facilities would significantly enhance the level of comfort.

최근 트빌리시에 있는 리버 사이드 호텔에 묵었는데 정말 멋진 경험이었습니다. 강변을 따라 자리 잡은 이상적인 위치 덕분에 멋진 전망을 감상할 수 있고 주요 명소까지 쉽게 이동할 수 있었습니다. 객실은 넓고 잘 꾸며져 있었으며, 현대적인 편의시설과 편안한 가구가 갖춰져 있었습니다. 특히 침대는 편안해서 숙면을 취할 수 있었습니다. 청결부터 세심한 배려까지, 세심한 부분까지 신경 쓴 점이 좋았습니다. 직원들은 친절하고 도움이 되었으며, 제가 요청한 사항이나 추천 사항에 대해 언제든 기꺼이 도와주었습니다. 호텔에서는 다양한 메뉴로 구성된 맛있는 조식도 제공했는데, 하루를 시작하기에 더할 나위 없이 좋았습니다. 전반적으로 트빌리시를 방문하는 모든 분께 리버 사이드 호텔을 강력 추천합니다. 편안함, 훌륭한 서비스, 그리고 최고의 입지 조건을 모두 갖춘 이 호텔은 여행객들에게 완벽한 선택입니다.

기대 이상이었어요. 이 호텔을 우연히 예약했는데, 위치가 정말 최고였어요. 택시와 지하철로 이동하기에 아주 편리했죠. 게다가 창밖으로 보이는 트리니티 라파예트 거리의 전망도 환상적이었어요. 이전에 묵었던 구시가지 외곽 호텔들은 엄청 시끄러웠는데, 여기는 전혀 그렇지 않았어요. 조식도 괜찮았고, 평일에는 오전 11시까지, 주말에는 11시 30분까지 제공해서 게으른 사람들에게는 정말 최고였어요. 수영장은 작지만 얕아서 아이들과 함께하는 가족에게 딱이었어요.

I feel like cheated because I  booked two room, City facing with bathtub, but they provided me one without without bath tub, both without City facing, and one room was very small in  lower category Hotel is very good swimming. Pool indoor was not working and not informed by property to Website.
