Stays at 3rd floor with a good view on the mountains. But to see the greatest view better go by stairs, not elevator. Truly attentive, friendly, and helpful staff that can help you anytime. The great recreational facilities listed on the website are all available and in good working order. The restaurant deserves special attention. We tried a variety of dishes during our stay. Georgian cuisine is simply delicious. I highly recommend trying the cream soups and khinkali. I’d like to add that the cheese pancakes were delicious, but I would have liked to have them—and the various breakfast options—served earlier; I missed having breakfast served early. I’d also like to see a map or at least a bus schedule with the routes. That was definitely missing, and it wasn’t always easy to figure it out on my own using the apps. And there are also lots of different birds in the area. I wasn’t able to do it on this trip, but maybe someone else will be lucky enough to wait for them and feed them by hand. I wish this wonderful place and the people who work here all the best and continued success.

조지아의 호텔은 가족 단위 여행객에게 적합하지 않습니다. 객실과 침대는 기본적으로 20평형의 0.8미터 크기의 더블 침대입니다. 나는 도시에서 가장 높은 호텔 인 빌트 모어 호텔을 선택했습니다. 주로 방이 매우 넓고 비교적 새롭기 때문에 침대는 1.2 미터였으며 사전에 엑스트라 베드를 추가하기까지 주도했습니다. 도시의 360도 전망, 강을 마주하고 산 반대편에는 TV 타워와 대관람차, 반대편에는 트빌리시 구시가지, 다양한 수도원, 트리니티 교회, 어머니 요새, 어머니의 어머니 조지아 조각품, 평화의 다리, 자유의 광장, 국립 박물관 등이 모두 육안으로 보이고 도보 거리에 있습니다. 매일 가장 만족스러운 식사는 바로 각종 튀긴 햄과 페이스트리로 추운 배를 달래주는 조식 뷔페입니다.

전반적으로 쉐라톤 호텔에서의 숙박은 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 호텔은 우아하고 잘 관리되어 있으며 서비스도 훌륭합니다. 특히 조식은 훌륭합니다. 다양하고 신선하며 맛있는 조식은 호텔의 강점 중 하나입니다. 단 하나 아쉬운 점이 있다면 욕실 배수구에서 악취가 나는 것이었는데, 이로 인해 편안함이 다소 떨어졌습니다. 그럼에도 불구하고 이 호텔을 강력 추천합니다.

Полностью соответствует заявленным фото. Есть все необходимое ( чайник, фен, плита, микроволновка и даже хорошая стиральная машина ). Подьем к отелю крутой и в дождь было скользко на камнях, дорога превратилась в огромный ручей . Минусы были не значительными , но повлияли на общее впечатление : шторы зафиксированы и в спальне не удалось закрыть окно, а от уличного освещения очень светло в номере, кухонные принадлежности понадобились только на вторые сутки и тут мы обнаружили что посудомойку ни кто не разбирал перед нашим заселением и два дня посуда стоит там . Так же попадались черные длинные волосы на диване и на бедоснежном кафеле. Общее впечатление что не сильно уделяют внимание чистоте

Overall, my impression of the stay was mixed. The hotel appears insufficiently thought out in terms of comfort, although there are some positive aspects. There are no shelves in the shower for basic toiletries, and the bathroom lacks drawers and shelves for storing personal items. There is also no makeup mirror. The beds are movable, the safe is not fixed to the wall, and there is no soft headboard. The hair dryer is weak, and the desk is very small. There is no smart lighting system or automatic air-conditioning mode. The bathroom floor is cold, and the mirror is positioned opposite the bed, which I personally found uncomfortable. My request for drinking water was fulfilled only after 45 minutes. There are no service labels on the in-room telephone. It is unclear how a hotel with a five-star rating can operate without a gym. The advertised SPA, in reality, is a jacuzzi for 6–8 people with unusual lighting. The staff generally appeared unfriendly, especially in the restaurant. Beverages are not offered during breakfast; guests must approach the bar themselves to order coffee. Cocoa is available for an additional fee of 15 GEL. Breakfasts are generally good; however, the chef uses onions quite extensively, including in salads and other dishes, which may not suit all guests. On the positive side, I received a room upgrade due to the unavailability of the booked room category, as well as a pleasant birthday greeting from the hotel. The hotel may be suitable for short stays without high expectations; however, improvements in service and room facilities would significantly enhance the level of comfort.

Marjan Plaza is a relatively new hotel which is located close to a metro station making it very easy to reach many points of interest. The hotel is spotless, has a beautiful pool and spa area, good breakfast, very nice staff. We felt at home at this hotel and will certainly return. The value for cost is fantastic and therefore I highly recommend this hotel. The only thing I would consider changing is the opening time of the pool and gym. They open at 9am whereas most people who are in to sports would prefer working out/swimming before breakfast so it would be nice if the pool and gym would open at 8am.

트빌리시 기차역에서 호텔까지 택시를 탔는데 약 20분 정도 걸렸습니다. 호텔 위치가 정말 좋았어요. 무역센터 바로 맞은편에 있거든요. 객실은 깨끗하고 위생적이었습니다. 호텔에는 수영장도 있고요. 아침 식사도 푸짐했습니다. 단점이라면 큰 도로와 가까워서 밤에 좀 시끄럽다는 점입니다.

The best thing about this hotel is its location! Everything is around for the corner for the first time tourist. In the same time very quiet spot as it is off the main streets. The triple room was very small for three people. The showroom even smaller than reasonable. The room had shabby walls and worn carpet. The is a string Need to update and refresh rooms for the price and star rating. Breakfast was VERY basic and limited for 4*. Don’t expect much at all , if breakfast is imported from your pint of view. The hotel is made up from two houses linked together. One has a lift, but other - does not! We are talking 4 floors with no lift. Be mindful When you book a room. May be worth to send a special request to allocate a room the the “lifted” part if you have mobility issues. The beds are comfortable and big. The linen is fresh and crisp. Very clean. Good luck and enjoy your trip!
