저는 혼자 여행하며 업무와 휴식을 병행했는데, 쇼타@루스타벨리 부티크 호텔에서 정말 멋진 시간을 보냈습니다. 위치는 완벽했어요. 트빌리시 중심부에 자리 잡고 있어 트빌리시 오페라 발레 극장과 조지아 국립 박물관에서 가까워 도시를 둘러보기에 최적의 장소였습니다. 객실에는 업무에 필요한 편안한 책상이 잘 갖춰져 있었습니다. 친절하고 세심한 직원 덕분에 마치 집에 있는 것처럼 편안하게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 이 호텔은 모든 면에서 제 기대 이상이었고, 트빌리시를 방문하는 모든 분께 강력 추천합니다!

호텔은 새것처럼 깨끗해 보였습니다. 장점: 방에는 화장실이 두 개 있고, 별도의 공간이 있어서 매우 편리했습니다. 어린 아기와 함께 여행하기에 아주 실용적이었습니다. 사진 속 창밖 풍경도 아름다웠습니다. 뒷마당의 경치도 매우 아름다웠습니다. 아침 식사는 간단했지만, 저희에게는 충분했습니다. 직원들은 대부분 영어를 구사했습니다. 단점: 방 소파와 화장실 한 곳에 작은 검은 개미가 있었습니다. 욕실의 샤워젤 디스펜서가 작동하지 않았습니다. 이 문제를 해결해달라고 요청했지만, 직원들은 아무런 조치도 취하지 않았습니다. 컨시어지 서비스도 없었습니다. 아기와 짐 네 개를 가지고 도착했는데 아무도 도와주려고 하지 않았습니다. 이 호텔에는 다시 묵지 않을 것 같습니다.

Awesome location! Right next to the hotel there are 2 restaurants - Puri and Rigi, both are awesome and at both you can get a discount if you are staying at Moxy. They do very nice welcome drink upon arrival. Very central location in Tbilisi so definitely recommend!

호텔에 도착했을 때, 리셉션 담당자(라샤)를 비롯한 매니저가 저희를 반겨주었습니다. 그는 정말 멋진 분이셨고, 제가 편안하게 지낼 수 있도록 도와주셨습니다. 음식 주문도 도와주셨고, 모든 것이 편안하게 진행될 수 있도록 신경 써 주셨습니다. 호텔 매니저 마리암도 마찬가지였습니다. 요청 시 멋진 전망이 보이는 더 높은 층으로 방을 바꿔주셨습니다. 저희의 편안한 숙박을 위해 모든 것이 저희 취향에 맞게끔 배려해 주셨습니다. 짧은 여행이었지만, 훌륭한 호텔 덕분에 모든 비용을 아낄 수 있었습니다.

위치도 좋고, 아침식사도 정말 맛있고, 깨끗하고, 매일 방을 정리해줍니다. 하지만 리셉션은 친절하지 않습니다(니나 씨) 제 예약은 슈페리어 더블 베드였는데 첫날(522) 그녀는 우리에게 슈페리어 싱글 베드를 주며 다음 날 물었습니다. 그녀는 미안하다고 말했습니다. 그녀의 새 객실이 비어 있기 때문에 다른 것을 줄 수 없습니다 고객. 그 후 그녀는 스탠다드룸(419)을 주었고 다른 호텔을 보내겠다고 제안했습니다(저렴한 가격이지만 무료 교통편!!). 그녀는 더 친절하고 고객 사이에 차이가 없음에 틀림없습니다! 머큐어 호텔은 그녀를 신경써야 한다

아름다운 도시 트빌리시를 여섯 번째 방문하는 동안 불쾌한 경험을 했습니다. 1. 호텔 이름이 건물 반대편에 적혀 있고 입구 문에 호텔 이름이 적힌 표지판이 없어 입구를 찾기가 쉽지 않았습니다. 2. 직원들이 불친절하고 협조적이지 않았습니다. 오후 1시쯤 짐만 두고 가려고 체크인했는데, 이미 다른 계획이 있어서 방은 따로 요청하지 않았습니다. 리셉션에는 두 명의 직원이 저를 응대했습니다. 오후 7시쯤 호텔에 다시 갔는데, 서류는 책상 위에 있었고 저는 확인할 수 있었지만, 리셉션 직원은 서류를 찾지 못하고 아침에 이미 서명한 서류에 다시 서명하라고 했습니다. 엘리베이터가 있는지조차 알려주지 못했고(영어와 러시아어를 모두 시도해 봤습니다), 뭔가 잘못됐다는 강한 느낌을 받았습니다. 3. 1층에 있는 레스토랑에서 음악 소리가 너무 컸습니다. 멋진 발코니가 있는 방을 예약했는데, 음악 때문에 편히 쉴 수 없어서 방을 바꿔달라고 요청해야 했습니다. 프런트에 갔을 때, 처음에는 음악이 밤 11시에 끝난다고 하더군요. 하지만 저는 9시에서 10시 사이에 잠자리에 들고 조용한 분위기가 필요했는데 말이죠 (음악에 대한 언급은 어디에도 없었습니다). 다행히 다른 방을 받았지만, 원래 예약했던 방보다 훨씬 안 좋았습니다. 발코니도 없고, 더블 침대 대신 싱글 침대 두 개가 놓여 있었습니다. 욕실에는 아무것도 없었습니다. 그래서 공정한 교환이 아니었습니다 (더 나은 방을 위해 추가 요금을 지불할 의향까지 있었지만, 직원들은 협조적이지 않았습니다). 4. 아침 식사는 괜찮았고, 레스토랑 웨이터는 정말 친절했습니다 (호텔에서 만난 유일하게 친절한 사람이었습니다).

최근 가족과 함께 이 호텔에 묵었습니다. 객실은 평범했지만 깨끗하고 편안했습니다. 조식은 정말 최고였습니다. 다양하고 맛있었습니다! 호텔 위치는 관광하기에도 좋고, 조용한 동네 분위기라 가족 여행에 더할 나위 없이 좋습니다. 전반적으로 만족스러운 숙박을 위한 훌륭한 선택이었습니다.

가격 대비 꽤 괜찮습니다. 근처에 버스 정류장이 있어서 10분이면 시내 중심가에 도착할 수 있습니다. 직원들도 친절하고, 침구류도 깨끗하고 편안합니다. 캡슐 안에 TV도 있습니다. 다만 수건은 제공되지 않았습니다. 호스텔 이용 시 신발 덮개를 착용해야 합니다. 또한 캡슐 안에 일반 콘센트는 없고 USB 포트만 있습니다.

I stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights. The first nights were fantastic - especially considering the price. The room was beautiful, bright, clean, nicely furnished, warm and very comfortable. The bathroom was beautiful, heated and clean too. And the staff were incredibly kind and friendly. The last night I stayed, however, my room had been double booked and so I was asked to move to a different room. Although things like this of course can happen, it seems to me that I am not the first guest to experience something like this and that reservations at this hotel therefore are inreliable … The room I was moved to was relatively clean, but in poor poor condition. There were cracks in the ceiling and walls, wallpaper was peeling off and the bathroom facilities including the toilet were in dire need of renovation. There was a gap between the door and the wall (leading outside), so the room was very very cold. IIn order to keep the room at a bearable temperature I had to have the air conditioning unit turned up to max (31 degree C) and on full speed turbo setting. This was noisy and even so, the room was still cold. There was also no WiFi in this room - which as a foreigner is very inconvenient. Worst of all, there was no hot water in this second room, so I was unable to shower before leaving. A night for only a couple of dollars/euro more at an Ibis budget hotel would be an incomparably better experience. That would in other words have been a nice experience. This was certainly not. The experience at this hostel thus depends very much on the room you are provided with. Had I been provided with the second room the first night I stayed, I would have checked out immediately. Very very cold, bad facilities, deeply uncomfortable. Had I not been a) moved from room to room due to overbooking and b) been moved to this particular second room, the overall experience would have been a 10/10.

Positive aspects: The hotel is newly opened, and the room itself is clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping is flawless – towels are changed daily, they are clean and in good condition. The bed is comfortable, Wi-Fi works reliably, and the climate control is adequate (neither stuffy nor too warm). The room is equipped with a TV, though the channel selection is limited (no movie channels such as TV1000). Standard amenities are provided: bottled water, slippers, and bathroom toiletries (mini-soap, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel), although body lotion, toothbrush, and toothpaste were not available. Breakfast is quite basic, but all items are fresh. I would also like to acknowledge the staff member who quickly resolved an issue with a steamer – she was smiling, friendly, and efficient. 1. Check-in experience and guest information: Upon arrival, there was no warm welcome, no escort to the room, and no luggage assistance. No in-room information was provided regarding Wi-Fi access, hotel services, bar prices, or the schedule of the conference (timing and location). All of this had to be inquired about separately after check-in. Additionally, the front desk had difficulty locating my reservation, which caused unnecessary delay. I stayed at this hotel to attend a conference that lasted from early morning until late evening. Unfortunately, instead of a good rest, I had a terrible experience that completely ruined my stay. 2/ Security issue (a nightmare at night): At around 3 a.m., while I was fast asleep before an important day, strangers walked into my room without any prior notice – they opened the door with their own key card. They were just as shocked to see me as I was to see them. Imagine waking up to find unknown people in your private space. Not only is this a serious breach of security and privacy, but a little while later I was woken up again – this time by a receptionist who came to personally apologize for the earlier intrusion. Instead of handling this in the morning or at least calling first, they woke me up a second time. I couldn't fall back asleep afterwards, and I had to get up very early. 3/ Staff response (dismissive and unhelpful): In the morning, I went to the front desk to ask how this could have happened and what the hotel was willing to offer as compensation for my ruined sleep and emotional distress. The female receptionist gave me a cold, cynical reply: ”We already apologized to you – what more do you want?” and ”You didn't sleep? That's your problem. We said sorry.” This attitude is completely unacceptable in the hospitality industry. She made no effort to understand the situation, offered no solution (be it a discount, a complimentary service, or even basic human empathy). For them, a formal ”sorry” seems to be a free pass for any mistake. Conclusion: This hotel cannot guarantee the most basic things – your safety and a good night's sleep. And the staff clearly don't know how to handle guest complaints except with arrogance and indifference. You cannot get back the sleep you lost at 3 a.m., and the feeling of insecurity stayed with me for the rest of my stay. I cannot recommend this hotel to business travelers or tourists alike. If you value your peace of mind, decent service, and actual safety – look elsewhere. Apologies don't replace quality rest, and the staff attitude here is truly disappointing.
