직원분들은 정말 훌륭하고 항상 도움을 주려 합니다. 손님들이 편안하고 행복하게 머물 수 있도록 최선을 다하시더군요. 호텔은 우붓 중심부에서 북쪽에 위치해 있는데, 차가 있다면 찾아가기 어렵지 않습니다. 비교적 새로 지어진 호텔이라 곳곳에 예술적인 감각이 넘쳐납니다. 하지만 예술 작품이 구석구석, 벽마다 넘쳐나는 반면, 주방 용품, 세탁 세제, 화장실 문(사생활 보호 불가), 샤워 부스(물이 사방으로 튀고 넘침), 그리고 TV와 같은 매우 중요한 품목 등 실용적이고 기본적인 편의 시설이 부족합니다. 침실에는 앉을 의자나 작업용 책상이 없습니다. 이 외에도 많은 사소한 부분들이 아쉬웠습니다. 호텔 경영진은 객실에 필수적이고 기본적인 편의 시설이 모두 갖춰져 있는지 확인해야 할 것입니다. 실용적인 목적 없이 귀중한 공간을 차지하는 불필요한 예술 작품이나 장식품을 줄여야 합니다(예를 들어 TV나 앉을 책상을 놓을 벽 공간). 단지는 여러 구역으로 나뉘어 매우 크지만, 곳곳에 계단만 많고 경사로나 엘리베이터가 없어 이동이 불편한 분들에게는 친절하지 못한 설계입니다. 수영장이 많지만, 많은 곳이 버려지거나 고립된 느낌이라 분위기가 전혀 없습니다. 여러 곳에서 여전히 공사 중이거나 건축 중인 것으로 보입니다. (단순한 편안함과 기본적인 사생활 보호를 놓친 예술가들이 지나치게 꾸민 듯한) 실내 디자인을 개선할 수 있기를 바랍니다. 전반적으로 리조트는 꽤 훌륭하고 웅장하지만, 많은 실용적인 감각이 부족합니다. 이러한 점들이 개선된다면 훨씬 더 우아한 곳이 될 수 있을 것입니다. 다시 한번 말씀드리지만, 직원분들은 정말 놀라울 정도로 친절하고 빠르게 응대하여 우리의 숙박을 즐겁게 해주었습니다. 10점 만점에 10점입니다!

이 호텔은 저희에게 완벽했습니다. 번화가에 위치해 있지만 조용하고 깨끗하며 편안했습니다. (낮에는 주로 외부에 있었기 때문에) 럭셔리한 수영장이나 부대시설은 필요 없었어요. 전반적으로 아담하고 깔끔했습니다. 저희는 필터 샤워기를 가져갔는데, 2박 3일 사용 후 필터 색깔이 거의 변하지 않아서 안심했습니다! 호텔은 스미냑 번화가에서 골목 안쪽에 위치해 있어 매우 조용합니다. 아쉽게도 벽이 얇아서 옆방에서 말하는 소리가 너무 잘 들렸습니다. 아침 식사는 주문하는 방식이었고, 음식도 맛있고 전반적인 분위기도 아주 좋았습니다!

I booked a 6-night stay at Villa Estella from September 28 to October 4, 2026. The villa itself is beautiful, well-equipped, and ideally located for a stay in Seminyak. The staff are also friendly, welcoming, and professional, as is often the case in Indonesia. Unfortunately, I can only give this property 2 stars because my stay was significantly affected by an issue that was never disclosed before my booking: major construction work was taking place in the villa directly next to mine. For all six days of my stay, construction workers arrived every morning around 8:30–9:00 a.m. and continued working until approximately 5:30–6:00 p.m. Beyond the constant movement of workers, conversations, and music from the construction site, I had to endure hammering against the wall of my bedroom, drilling, material cutting, and various other loud construction noises throughout the day. In addition, dust and construction debris regularly settled on my terrace, outdoor furniture, and around the pool area. Whether inside or outside the villa, the noise level was simply incompatible with a relaxing holiday. I specifically chose this villa because it was located away from the busier parts of Seminyak and because I wanted to enjoy the private pool. Since Seminyak’s beaches are often difficult to enjoy for swimming due to the waves, I expected to spend time relaxing at the villa and cooling off during the hottest hours of the day. Unfortunately, the noise was so constant and intrusive that it was impossible to comfortably stay at the property from morning until late afternoon. The day after my arrival, I contacted management to explain that the situation was unacceptable and that I should have been informed about the construction work before booking. In my opinion, this is essential information that should be clearly disclosed on booking platforms. The only solution offered was to have the workers start a little later in the morning so that I could sleep longer. No alternative accommodation was proposed, no full refund for the unused nights was considered, and the only compensation offered was a 30% refund on the remaining nights, which I considered completely inadequate given the extent of the disruption. The construction work continued throughout my stay. I received several apology emails acknowledging the inconvenience and warning me that there would still be noise on the following days. However, beyond these apologies, no meaningful action was taken to resolve the issue. I felt trapped and left without a real solution. I was repeatedly told that I was free to leave the property, while also being informed that the compensation would remain limited to this partial refund, which was presented as an exceptional commercial gesture. Empathy and apologies are appreciated, but concrete action matters more. I was left with the impression that the owners prioritized their business interests over the comfort and well-being of their guests. When a property knows that major construction work is likely to significantly impact the guest experience, the very least it should do is inform guests before they book so they can make an informed decision. In my case, I was only informed after I had already arrived, when it was far too late to change my plans. I find this completely unacceptable. If you are considering staying at this villa and are sensitive to noise or construction disturbances, I strongly recommend contacting the property beforehand to confirm the current situation. This important information was certainly not communicated transparently when I made my reservation.

하이드어웨이 빌리지 빌라는 이름 그대로 자연에 둘러싸여 평화롭고 한적한 휴식을 선사합니다. 서비스는 훌륭했고, 직원들은 매우 친절했으며 영어를 유창하게 구사했습니다. 숙박 기간 내내 인상적인 서비스를 받았으며, 객실도 편안하고 깔끔했습니다. 다만, 숲 속에 위치한 빌라의 특성상 벌레가 꽤 많았다는 점은 아쉬운 부분입니다. 야외 소파와 바닥에는 먼지가 많고, 떨어진 꽃잎에서 나온 흙과 수액이 묻어 있었습니다. 또한, 주방과 수영장이 아래층에 있어 노약자나 거동이 불편한 분들에게는 적합하지 않을 수 있습니다. 게다가, 시내 중심가까지 걸어갈 수 있는 거리가 아니며, 근처에 상점도 없습니다. 전반적으로 이러한 몇 가지 단점에도 불구하고, 우리는 즐겁고 편안한 시간을 보냈습니다.

전반적으로 호텔의 평점은 3.5/5였습니다. 장점: 친절하고 상냥한 직원, 질문이 있을 경우 항상 기꺼이 도와줍니다. 넓은 객실. 아침 식사가 맛있고 선택의 폭이 넓습니다. 지역 전체는 나쁘지 않아요. 수영장이 두 개 있고, 토끼도 있고, 추가 요금을 내면 체육관도 이용할 수 있어요. 복도에는 항상 맛있는 냄새가 났다. 단점: 객실이 매우 오래되었고 청소 상태가 좋지 않음. 체크인 후, 담요에서 뭔가 달콤한 냄새가 나는 것을 발견했는데, 섬유 유연제 냄새인 줄 알았는데, 여기저기 냄새를 맡아보니 보통 사람이 자는 오른쪽 머리 부분에서만 나는 냄새였습니다. 이는 곧 방 청소에 대한 결론으로 ​​이어졌습니다. 아마도 마지막 손님이 떠난 후로 린넨을 갈아입을 사람은 아무도 없었을 겁니다. 두 번째 문제는 슬라이딩 옷장 문이 계속 떨어져서 전혀 작동하지 않는다는 것입니다. 화장실 환기가 잘 안 됩니다. 옆방에서는 오전 9시 30분부터 하루 종일 수리 작업이 진행 중이었고, 해머 드릴로 벽에 구멍을 뚫고 있었습니다. 한쪽 건물만 리모델링하고 옆 방으로 사람들을 옮기지 않는 게 뭐가 문제야? 그 외에는 전반적으로 살기 괜찮은 편인데, 객실 가격이 너무 비싼 것 같아요. 해변은 멀리 떨어져 있고, 거리에는 두 개의 번화한 도로가 교차하는 지점이 있는데, 항상 교통 체증이 있고, 주변에는 먹을 곳이 없습니다.

위치도 정말 전략적이었고, 아침 식사도 좋았고 직원들도 친절했습니다(발리 특유의 따뜻한 환대가 장점인 것 같습니다). 방은 깔끔하고 매트리스도 깨끗했고, 수건은 변색되어 교체해야 할 것 같습니다. 매트리스는 그럭저럭 괜찮습니다. 다만 욕실에서 냄새가 나고, 하수도가 너무 심하고, 변기에서 생선 시장 냄새가 나고, 변기를 내릴 때마다 물 냄새가 너무 심합니다. 마지막으로 새벽 3시 이후부터는 소음이 심하고, 문에 봉투 두드리는 소리, 술 취한 파티광의 고함 소리, 옆집에서 들려오는 ”노골적인” 소리가 들립니다. 어린 자녀나 십 대 자녀가 있는 가족에게는 권장하지 않습니다.

대나무집은 독특하고 예쁘지만, 위생 상태는 좋지 않아 자세히 보면 실망스럽습니다. 정오 12시에 칼같이 체크아웃해야 합니다. 그렇지 않으면 직원 4~5명이 문앞에서 기다리며 체크아웃을 독촉할 것입니다 😂 온수도 제한적이니 아껴 써야 합니다.

발리에서 비행기 환승 일정으로 잠시 머물기 위해 이용했습니다. 공항과 거리가 가까워 늦은 저녁 도착이나 이른 아침 출발 일정에 매우 편리했습니다. 가격 대비 객실 상태도 괜찮았고, 짧게 휴식하며 잠을 자기에는 충분히 만족스러운 숙소였습니다. 직원들도 친절하게 응대해 주었고 체크인 과정도 편했습니다. 발리 여행뿐만 아니라 공항 근처에서 하루 머물 숙소를 찾는 분들에게 좋은 선택이라고 생각합니다.

We love heritage buildings and vintage style, so these little bungalows were perfect for us. They were a little walk away from the reception (no buggy!) which meant so peaceful and quiet! Gorgeous wooden bedroom and bathroom. The shower is a little outdated and when I first turned it on there was a sulphuric smell which was a bit concerning. Basically, if you like rustic, no frills, no extra service etc then these are a lovely cute experience. However, if you want luxury and are squeamish about old style open homes, this isn't for you. Breakfast was very basic so we generally ate out. The main receptionist was a lovely gentlemen, a very quick registration and we were in! Rooms were clean and nice and dark for a cosy sleep at night.
