Magnificent villa, the staff were so friendly & could not help us more. Meals were next level with plenty of variety. Prices were very reasonable.Water was from their own spring and the attention to every detail was outstanding.Thankyou ( Sylvia, Barry & all 15 staff)for making our stay so very special. ❤️🙏👏

I booked a 6-night stay at Villa Estella from September 28 to October 4, 2026. The villa itself is beautiful, well-equipped, and ideally located for a stay in Seminyak. The staff are also friendly, welcoming, and professional, as is often the case in Indonesia. Unfortunately, I can only give this property 2 stars because my stay was significantly affected by an issue that was never disclosed before my booking: major construction work was taking place in the villa directly next to mine. For all six days of my stay, construction workers arrived every morning around 8:30–9:00 a.m. and continued working until approximately 5:30–6:00 p.m. Beyond the constant movement of workers, conversations, and music from the construction site, I had to endure hammering against the wall of my bedroom, drilling, material cutting, and various other loud construction noises throughout the day. In addition, dust and construction debris regularly settled on my terrace, outdoor furniture, and around the pool area. Whether inside or outside the villa, the noise level was simply incompatible with a relaxing holiday. I specifically chose this villa because it was located away from the busier parts of Seminyak and because I wanted to enjoy the private pool. Since Seminyak’s beaches are often difficult to enjoy for swimming due to the waves, I expected to spend time relaxing at the villa and cooling off during the hottest hours of the day. Unfortunately, the noise was so constant and intrusive that it was impossible to comfortably stay at the property from morning until late afternoon. The day after my arrival, I contacted management to explain that the situation was unacceptable and that I should have been informed about the construction work before booking. In my opinion, this is essential information that should be clearly disclosed on booking platforms. The only solution offered was to have the workers start a little later in the morning so that I could sleep longer. No alternative accommodation was proposed, no full refund for the unused nights was considered, and the only compensation offered was a 30% refund on the remaining nights, which I considered completely inadequate given the extent of the disruption. The construction work continued throughout my stay. I received several apology emails acknowledging the inconvenience and warning me that there would still be noise on the following days. However, beyond these apologies, no meaningful action was taken to resolve the issue. I felt trapped and left without a real solution. I was repeatedly told that I was free to leave the property, while also being informed that the compensation would remain limited to this partial refund, which was presented as an exceptional commercial gesture. Empathy and apologies are appreciated, but concrete action matters more. I was left with the impression that the owners prioritized their business interests over the comfort and well-being of their guests. When a property knows that major construction work is likely to significantly impact the guest experience, the very least it should do is inform guests before they book so they can make an informed decision. In my case, I was only informed after I had already arrived, when it was far too late to change my plans. I find this completely unacceptable. If you are considering staying at this villa and are sensitive to noise or construction disturbances, I strongly recommend contacting the property beforehand to confirm the current situation. This important information was certainly not communicated transparently when I made my reservation.

I worried how to get to villas as internet say the ferry arrives Jungutbatu beach which is far from Dinatah villas. I requested the owner if they can pick me up and he booked the fast boat at its cost with no extra and picked me up from boat to villas for free. There are several fast boats companies serving from Sanur port in Bali to Nusa Lembongan: Tanis, Dream beach, Marlin fast boats etc (you may book the tickets on their websites) several times a day each. It is better to take a boat arriving directly to Mushroom beach, so you may to Dinatah villas, it's close. There is no pier at Nusa Lembongan - you disembark to the beach and your luggage - on the sand. Wisely I left mine in hotel baggage storage in Bali and came with a small bag as baggage wheels would be damaged by very fine sand of this beautiful beach n roads here are bad, you cannot roll it easily (at some roads - not at all). Dinatah villas is really made as a pleasant place to stay, it's territory and rooms are clean, well maintained. It has beautiful garden which gives shade and also the fruits which you may try at Dinatah restaurant as fresh fruits and fresh juices. The meals they cook is tasty, at reasonable price. The villas and garden are well maintained and clean and all staffs care are helpful and care their guests enjoy their stay. I booked the bungalow which is fully wooden except toilet/shower room which is unusual, but has style as well. The bed is big and soft and also thanks to wooden bungalow, I slept wonderful. It is quiet at night and pleasant to wake up in the morning hearing birds signing. You may order simple breakfast at their restaurant which is convenient and not expensive. Nearby mushroom beach has turquise clean water and calm sea, no tides which is pleasant to swim and relax in a shade of trees on a white fine sand. I enjoyed my stay at this place and even extended the stay and if I happen to visit Indonesia again, would love to stay here. It is very good value for the price.

저와 제 태국인 여자친구는 발리에 처음 방문했으며, 6월 25일부터 28일까지 Askari에 묵었습니다. 전반적으로 시설 품질과 경험에 만족했으며, 특히 직원들의 서비스에 깊은 인상을 받았습니다. 하지만 개선이 필요하다고 생각하는 몇 가지 사항이 있어 말씀드립니다: 1. **자쿠지**: 지저분하고 표면 보호막이 심하게 벗겨져 있었습니다. 세균 감염이 우려되어 도저히 사용할 수 없었습니다. 많은 돈을 지불했지만 전혀 즐기지 못했습니다. 2. **변기**: 변기 물이 약하게 내려가거나 수위가 낮아 변을 제대로 내릴 수 없었습니다. (아마 막혔거나 물탱크에 문제가 있는 것 같았습니다.) 직원분이 와서 도와주셨지만 해결되지 않았습니다. 3. **누수 문제**: 주방 벽에서 물이 스며 나왔고, 비 오는 날에는 천장에서도 물이 샜습니다. 직원분들이 오셔서 처리해주셨지만, 주방 벽 누수는 여전히 해결되지 않은 상태였습니다. 4. **수건**: 모든 수건이 약간 어둡고 누렇게 변색되어 있었습니다. 새 수건으로 교체가 필요해 보입니다. 3박에 620만 루피아라는 금액을 지불했으니, 이 정도면 좀 더 나은 시설과 걱정 없는 시간을 보낼 수 있어야 한다고 생각합니다. 그럼에도 불구하고 가장 만족스러웠던 점은 직원들의 훌륭한 서비스였습니다.

trip.com에 따르면 스탠다드룸에는 에어컨이 있지만, 사실은 선풍기만 있습니다. 하지만 저는 호텔을 비난하지 않을 겁니다. 왜냐하면 트립이 제3자로서 a.go.d.를 사용하여 잘못된 정보를 제공했다는 강한 느낌이 들기 때문입니다. 저희 방에서 보이는 전망은 매우 좋았고, 아침 식사로 바나나 팬케이크를 먹었는데 훌륭했습니다. 가격대비 좋은 숙박 시설이며 추천하고 싶습니다. 하지만 다음에는 에어컨이 있는 방을 선택할 것입니다.

조용한 곳에 위치한 호텔로 논밭 뷰가 좋았어요. 그런데 제가 운이 없었는지, 밭이 다 수확되어 물만 찰랑이는 텅 빈 모습이었어요. 그것도 나쁘진 않았지만, 이상적인 풍경은 아니었죠. 하지만 전반적으로 이런 풍경 속에서 머물고 일하는 것은 여전히 아름답고 평화로웠습니다. 제가 묵었던 숙소의 단점은 화장실과 샤워실이 1층 야외에 있었고, 침실은 2층에 있어서 다소 불편했어요. 그리고 뜨거운 물은 나오지 않았는데, 원래 없는 건지 아니면 고장인 건지 알 수 없었습니다... 결국 차가운 물로 빠르게 샤워해야 했어요. 인터넷은 잘 작동했습니다. 불만 사항은 없어요. 아침 식사는 너무 부실했어요. 달걀 두 개, 과일, 빵 두 조각, 그리고 인스턴트 커피가 전부였습니다. 숙소에는 귀여운 고양이가 함께 딸려 왔는데, 어느 날 밤에는 저와 함께 밤새 잠을 잤어요 :)

Главные достоинства этого отеля это бассейн, кухня и персонал. Бассейн шикарный, понравилось встречать в нем закат! Кухня потрясающая, персонал очень милый. А вот бунгало внутри не очень, не понравилось. От порта супер близко, это очень удобно.

방갈로는 매우 아늑하고, 근처에 카페가 여러 개 있고 작은 시장도 있어요. 방갈로의 유일한 단점은 주전자가 없었다는 점입니다(주전자가 있었다면 편리했을 텐데요). 리셉셔니스트는 항상 당신을 도와주고 맛있는 아침 식사를 준비해주는 친절한 여자입니다. 자전거를 빌릴 수 있습니다 근처에는 다이아몬드 비치와 아투 비치가 있습니다(하지만 지형이 산악 지대이므로 자전거를 타는 것이 좋습니다) 근처에 원숭이들이 있어요 (방갈로 밖에 신발을 두는 것은 권장하지 않습니다)))

조식이 제공되지 않음에도 불구하고 전반적으로 매우 만족스러운 경험이었습니다. 호텔 위치는 시내 중심가와 가까워 매우 편리했습니다. 주변에 식당과 카페도 많아서 식사를 해결하는 데 전혀 불편함이 없었죠. 오히려 현지 특색 음식을 다양하게 시도해볼 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 객실은 매우 깨끗하고 정돈되어 있었으며, 공간도 넓었습니다. 침대가 편안해서 숙면을 취할 수 있었어요. 욕실도 필요한 모든 것이 잘 갖춰져 있었고, 온수 공급도 안정적이었습니다. 수건과 세면도구도 매일 교체해주는 등 세심한 부분까지 신경 쓴 점이 좋았습니다. 직원들은 매우 친절했으며, 체크인과 체크아웃 과정도 매우 효율적이었습니다. 프런트 직원분들은 친절하고 적극적으로 도와주셨습니다. 주변 관광지와 교통편에 대한 많은 질문에 답해주셨고, 괜찮은 현지 식당도 몇 군데 추천해주셨습니다. 조식은 없었지만, 호텔 로비에 무료 커피와 차가 준비되어 있어 이 역시 나름의 세심한 배려라고 느껴졌습니다. 전반적으로 가성비가 매우 좋은 호텔이며, 조식을 직접 해결하는 것이 불편하지 않은 여행객에게 추천합니다. 다음에 이 도시에 오게 된다면, 저는 분명히 이 호텔에 다시 묵을 것이고, 친구들에게도 추천할 것입니다.

From the moment we booked online, we had communication from Mana Villa's on whatsapp concierge and manager, Agung. The villa is a little remote but in a wonderful place and we saw multiple monkeys on the drive. We were greeted by Agung, who is super friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. He took us to our villa and showed us through....but let me say, the villa was SUPER amazing and exactly like the images on trip.com. We travelled with children and we all loved the multiple pools we had. We stepped off our deck directly into the pool. We walked around the Dancing Villas complex and used the pools everywhere. The pools were clean and beautiful. The jacuzzi was great too. The walk to the beach was only about 10 or so minutes and even with 10 & 12 year old children, it was easily done. There is a little cafe nearby and great food and great prices. We walked through the local village and met a wonderful local who helped direct us. The locals in the mini marts were lovely too. We had a fantastic experience at Mana Villa's. If you're after hustle and bustle, perhaps this place isn't for you but if you want a true Balinese experience in an amazing place, you should definitely try this. There is a little mini mart within the complex for basic things but if you stock up, you have a stove top to cook. We took a short taxi drive to the main supermarkets and cooked one night, brekky in room, etc. Would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a fantastic experience, away from the commercial places and you may be greeted by Agung who was super. We'd definitely stay again. Loved it. Thank you Agung. 🙏
