Everything is very exceptional. Staff, location, environment and cleanliness. And their restaurant also have good vibes you can enjoy tired day either rest in your quiet room or the restaurant. While you are staying you will make new cat friends as well 🥰

While the core offering of convenient access and functional rooms remains, our experience was significantly impacted by operational growing pains. The primary issue was consistent noise and disruption. The hotel is currently accommodating a large number of former and displaced call center workers, and a subset of these guests regularly disregarded posted rules. This manifested as open smoking in non-designated areas and loud gatherings in the corridors late into the night, creating a challenging environment for rest. Compounding this was a noticeable inconsistency in evening service. A clear operational friction exists between the regular floor staff and an on-site promoter subsidized by a beer company. This often led to conflicting information, particularly regarding food and beverage pricing and promotions, requiring guests to seek clarification to avoid confusion. While the hotel's location inherently brings some ambient energy, the current level of disruption exceeds reasonable expectations. For management, addressing the enforcement of quiet hours and streamlining guest communications is crucial. For future guests seeking a quiet stay, it may be wise to inquire about the current occupancy mix or consider an upper-floor room until these operational challenges are resolved. The potential for a good stay is here, but it is currently undermined by these preventable issues.

The hostel was rather quiet this late November evening. No towel was provided. I was assigned a lower capsule and thankfully there were no bedbugs. I noticed that they did upgrade the shower/bathrooms. Wish they had a couple of urinals though. A sewer smell unfortunately hangs in the air. Still, I love the capsule concept the most. Having met someone suffering from COVID-19 in another hostel dorm just the week before has reinforced this 100-fold. As such, this capsule dorm is the best there is in Phnom Penh.

프놈펜에서 며칠 동안 머물기에 완벽한 호텔입니다. 시내 곳곳을 쉽게 돌아다닐 수 있는 위치가 매우 좋습니다. 밤문화는 몇 걸음 거리에 있습니다! 직원들은 잘 훈련되어 있고 매우 도움이 됩니다.

멋진 작은 수영장이있는 정말 매력적인 객실. 직원들은 영어가 허용하는만큼 도움이되었습니다. 방에 금고가 없습니다.

가격 대비 만족도가 매우 높은 곳입니다. 조식이 포함되어 있었는데 기대 이상이었어요. 다음 비행기를 기다리느라 하룻밤 묵었는데 전혀 문제될 건 없었습니다. 위치도 좋고 나가 월드까지 걸어갈 수 있는 거리입니다.

시내 중심에 있어 이동하기 편합니다. 낡은 호텔이지만 깨끗합니다. 가성비를 생각하면 최고라고 생각됩니다. 주변에 편의점, 식당, 커피숍, bar 등이 있어 편리합니다.

좀 일찍가도 체크인 해줬습니다👍디파짓 없습니다, 수건 없었습니다, 샴푸,샤워젤,비누,tv 없었습니다, 스카이 라운지 공사중?/영업안함?, 물어보지는 않았습니다, G층 에서 간단한 음료 판매 합니다, 마켓이 가까웠습니다

직원들이 매우 친절했고 숙소 예약과 인근 마을로 가는 버스표 예매를 도와주었습니다 (툭툭 기사가 호텔 앞에서 저를 기다렸다가 버스 정류장까지 바로 데려다주었습니다). 호텔에 엘리베이터가 없어서 직원들이 제 짐을 옮겨주었습니다. 수영장도 깨끗했습니다. 다만 방에 개미가 있었던 건 좀 아쉬웠습니다. 직원들은 전반적으로 친절하고 도움이 많이 되었습니다.

욕실은 세면대의 머리카락과 역겨운 변기로 더러워졌습니다. 침실 바닥에 먼지와 머리카락이 많았습니다. 방에 습기 냄새가 심해요. 우리는 나중에 방을 청소해달라고 요청했지만 완료되지 않았습니다. 그러나 직원은 좋았고 우리 비행기가 늦게 도착했기 때문에 새벽 2시에 우리를 위해 문을 열었습니다. 위치는 완벽합니다!
