주차 가능 프놈펜 호텔 예약

역대급 호텔이에요!! 언제나 그렇듯 절대 실망시키지 않아요. 네 번째 방문인데도 여전히 훌륭한 서비스를 받고 직원들이 저를 기억해 준다는 게 정말 놀랍습니다. 재방문객을 VIP처럼 대하고, 특정 할인 혜택을 고려할 때 이를 고려해주는 것도 좋습니다. 실수로 초콜릿 프라페를 침대 시트에 쏟았어요. 호텔은 교체 비용을 청구했는데 (정말 공정한 금액이었습니다), 제가 ”충성스러운 고객”이라는 점을 감안하여 할인을 해주었습니다. 항상 이렇게 해야 한다는 말은 아니지만, 제가 방문했던 모든 곳과 제가 묵도록 권유했던 친구들을 모두 고려해 준 것이 인상적이었습니다. 하지만 그 외에도 호텔은 그런 부분에 대해 대체로 합리적인 태도를 보입니다. 늘 그렇듯, 상점, 약국, 레스토랑 등 숙박에 필요한 모든 것이 주변에 갖춰져 있어 불편함 없이 편안하게 지낼 수 있습니다. 룸 서비스는 24시간 이용 가능하며 훌륭합니다. 좋은 식재료와 배달 서비스도 훌륭합니다. 직원들, 특히 체크인 담당 직원들은 매우 친절하고 도움을 많이 주었습니다. 이른 아침 도착했는데 체크인 담당 직원이 정말 친절해서 정말 감동했습니다. 게다가 에어컨도 켜져 있었고, 긴 여정에도 불구하고 객실은 매우 편안했습니다. 이 호텔에 대한 후기를 많이 썼지만, 이 호텔은 끊임없이 개선하고 높은 기준을 유지하고 있기 때문에 더 이상 할 말이 없습니다. 제가 유일하게 불만스러운 점은 수영장이 오후 8시에 너무 일찍 문을 닫는다는 것입니다. 호텔 측에서 운영 시간을 연장해 주었으면 좋겠습니다. 두 번째로, 4th Four에는 흡연 구역이 없어서 담배 냄새가 꽤 많이 날 수 있습니다. 엘리베이터뿐 아니라 다른 곳에도 재떨이를 마련해 주면 좋을 것 같습니다. A UM PP에 갈 때마다 제가 가장 선호하는 호텔입니다. 친절하게 대해 주시고 제 숙박을 다시 한번 정말 멋진 경험으로 만들어 주셔서 모든 분들께 감사드립니다! 🌹🌹

Hotel Kvl in Phnom Penh stands out for its prime location, nestled directly beside the Royal Palace and the river, making it a prime spot for tourists looking to explore the city's historical and cultural landmarks. The hotel itself is equipped with modern and stylish furnishings, ensuring a comfortable stay. The bed was particularly comfortable and the breakfast was a highlight, being both delicious and served à la carte, allowing for a personalized dining experience in the morning. However, our experience took a turn when it came to the transfer service from Sihanoukville to Phnom Penh. The cost of over $180 for the transfer felt exorbitant, especially given the condition of the vehicle and the service provided. Being transported in an older car, coupled with a driver who was not only unable to communicate in English but also constantly distracted by multiple ringing mobile phones, significantly detracted from our overall experience. Despite attempts to use Google Translate, communication was futile, and the incessant noise became a source of irritation. Given the high price, our expectations for the transfer service were not met, leading us to conclude that utilizing a service like „Grab“ for a fraction of the cost would be a far better option in the future. On a more positive note, the transfer service from the hotel to the airport was priced at $20, which felt more reasonable and within acceptable limits. Another significant issue was the noise level in our room. Situated on the top floor directly beneath the hotel's rooftop bar, the sound levels late into the night were intolerable. The booming music and lively atmosphere of the bar, while perhaps enjoyable for some, felt more like being in a nightclub than a hotel room. This was particularly unwelcome as we sought to rest and recover from the exhausting transfer earlier in the day. In conclusion, while Hotel Kvl boasts an excellent location and modern amenities that contribute to a comfortable stay, the high cost and poor execution of the transfer service from Sihanoukville, coupled with the disruptive noise from the rooftop bar, marred our experience. Future guests would do well to consider alternative transportation options and inquire about room placement to ensure a more tranquil stay.

최근에 리노베이션되어 많은 장점을 가진 친절한 호스텔이었습니다. 새것처럼 깨끗한 침대 시트, 베개, 수건이 제공되었고, 단단하면서도 편안한 침대였습니다. 페인트칠과 벽도 흠잡을 데 없이 깨끗했어요. 유일한 단점은 화장실 환기가 잘 안 된다는 점이었습니다. 저희는 307호 더블룸에 묵었는데, 다른 방 화장실도 천장이 방으로 연결되어 있고 환기 시설이 없다고 하더라고요. 그래서 방을 바꿔달라고 해도 소용없었을 것 같아요. 3박을 예약했었는데, 환기 문제만 없었다면 분명 더 머물고 싶었을 겁니다. 그 외에는 모든 것이 훌륭했어요. 수영장과 주변 환경도 조용해서 휴식을 취하기에 완벽했습니다.

The hotel is currently accommodating a large number of former and displaced call center workers, and a subset of these guests regularly disregarded posted rules. This manifested as open smoking in non-designated areas and loud gatherings in the corridors late into the night, creating a challenging environment for rest. Compounding this was a noticeable inconsistency in evening service. A clear operational friction exists between the regular floor staff and an on-site promoter subsidized by a beer company. This often led to conflicting information, particularly regarding food and beverage pricing and promotions, requiring guests to seek clarification to avoid confusion. While the hotel's location inherently brings some ambient energy, the current level of disruption exceeds reasonable expectations. For management, addressing the enforcement of quiet hours and streamlining guest communications is crucial. For future guests seeking a quiet stay, it may be wise to inquire about the current occupancy mix or consider an upper-floor room until these operational challenges are resolved. The potential for a good stay is here, but it is currently undermined by these preventable issues.

프놈펜 왕궁, 박물관, RIVER SIDE와 가까운 거리에 있어 걸어서 접근 가능합니다. 다만 호텔이 있는 곳의 주변 환경은 좀 낙후되었다는 느낌을 받을 수는 있지만 문제가 되지는 않습니다. 호텔의 내부 객실은 고전적인 인상이 있지만 하루 이틀 정도 머무르기에는 만족합니다

위치도 좋고 가격대비 시설과 청결상태도 괜찮았습니다. ■건의사항■ • 예약금 50불을 요구했고, 체크아웃시 보관증을 받고도 시간을 한참 끌다 50불을 돌려주어 불편했습니다. • 손님들 입장에서 50불을 예약금으로 내는 이유도 모르겠습니다. 객실에서 들고 갈만한 것도 없습니다. 그리고 50불을 달러로 맡겼는데, 의도적으로 캄보디아 화폐(리엘)로 주려고 했습니다. 시정을 부탁드립니다.

정말 좋은 호텔이었어요. 직원들도 친절하고 위치도 편리했고, 호텔 곳곳에 음식도 많았어요. 체크인 시간보다 일찍 도착했는데, 시설도 이용하고 휴대폰 충전도 할 수 있었어요. 금고에 문제가 생겼을 때는 호텔 매니저까지 모든 직원이 도와주셨어요! 최고의 센트럴 포인트에서 정말 훌륭하고 즐거운 숙박을 보냈습니다!

가격 대비 만족도가 매우 높은 곳입니다. 조식이 포함되어 있었는데 기대 이상이었어요. 다음 비행기를 기다리느라 하룻밤 묵었는데 전혀 문제될 건 없었습니다. 위치도 좋고 나가 월드까지 걸어갈 수 있는 거리입니다.

2025년 4월에 숙박한 일본인입니다. 위치와 가격을 고려하여 코스파는 좋다고 생각합니다. 다만 방에 의하면 생각합니다만, 내 방은 TV와 헤어드라이어를 사용할 수 없었습니다. 호텔의 스탭에게 전하면 방에 와서 봐 주었습니다만, 안 되었습니다. 또, 창문이 있는 방으로 했습니다만 열면 옆이 건물의 벽으로 날씨를 확인할 수 없어 개인적으로는 의미 없었습니다. 요청이 있다면 반드시 말합시다. 중국인이 많거나 밤에 시끄러운 일도 있었습니다만, 잠들 수 없을 정도는 아니었습니다. 아침 식사는 중국계에서 먹기 쉬웠습니다. 카드 키가 없으면 엘리베이터를 사용할 수없는 사양이므로, 보안도 제대로하고 있다고 생각합니다.

방은 깨끗하고 가격 대비 괜찮았어요. 너무 비싸지도 않고 너무 싸지도 않았어요. 리셉션 직원이 친절하고 예의 바르게 대해주셔서 정말 좋았어요. 조용하고 시끄러운 음악 소리가 없는 곳을 찾으신다면 이곳이 최고의 선택입니다. 다음에도 다시 방문할 것 같아요:)
