Facilities are excellent, with everything needed.
Food at breakfast spread was sufficient and satisfying.
The control pad in the room was functioning well. Welcome titbits was a great way to start when I arrived. Coffee maker with pods was easy to operate and enjoyed a nice cup of coffee in the morning! Room was clean and with clean linen.
Bathroom was very clean. Shower pressure and heat was good. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner was nice.
Newly renovated. Kindly maintain regularly to have the high standards, The Residency Towers!
Had a wonderful stay and a restful sleep throughout the night.

아내와 함께 머물렀고 그녀는 직원들에게 깊은 인상을 받았습니다..
방 가구 수리에 집중해야 합니다.

리리뷰어The booking was done for Kings Bed and Breakfast for two. I was given a Queens Bed room and denied breakfast until I showed the booking confirmation from Trip. The room was an interconnected one that there was no study table and even a whisper could be heard. Someone was snoring away to glory on 17th night that we couldnt sleep properly, which prompted me for a change of room. They gave me 314 room no. which again was a queens bed. upon enquiry the hotel staff Benison told me that all their rooms are only Queens bed. I feel that Trip.com cheated me with false information. I plan to file a complaint with the consumer court seeking remedy. This is not done.

리리뷰어레인트리 호텔에 묵는 것은 즐거웠습니다. 우리는 매우 환영받는다고 느꼈고 최고의 아침 식사를 먹었으며 모두가 우리의 숙박을 훌륭한 경험으로 만들었습니다. 우리는 이틀 더 묵었고 첸나이 방문을 위해 Raintree St. Mary's Road에 머무르는 것이 최선의 선택이었다고 느꼈습니다.

리리뷰어The staff are welcoming and friendly. The room is clean, and the upkeep is good. There is plenty of choice with relation to breakfast and other meal options. Room service is a little disappointing. I could never reach them, the line always went to reception and they had to connect me. Average wait time even for a simple pot of coffee is 30 minutes. Aside from this, I like my experience at Holiday Inn. I’ll choose to stay there in future too.

Bbash johnHotel looks old and too far to some locations. Didn't like the room given on the first day. Front office staff Mr Akash was very helpful to change our rooms the next day. And the conceige ( I forgot his name) was very helpful too.
