위치가 정말 중심가에 가깝습니다. 입구, 리셉션, 게스트 서비스, 객실 청소 직원 모두 친절하게 맞아주셔서 좋았습니다. 아나미카 덕분에 깜짝 객실 업그레이드를 받았고, 침대도 편안하고 객실 시설도 깨끗해서 편안하게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 조식도 푸짐하고 종류가 다양했는데, 손님 착석 동선과 계란 주문 방식에 약간의 변화를 주면 더 좋을 것 같습니다. 전반적으로 중심가에 위치한 편안한 숙소를 찾는 여행객에게 강력 추천합니다.

Where do I begin? Travelling with a toddler is no easy task, and the team at Taj Connemara made it worthwhile, smooth, and exciting. It all began with Ms Jasmine who religiously followed up with all our requests and requirements for childproofing the Heritage Room we stayed. From additional mineral water bottles, bumpers on furniture, soft toys for bath, and an excellent baby cot, Ms Jasmine coordinated with her ground team and got everything ready before we checked in. The icing on the cake was the remarkable welcome gift for our daughter consisting of excellent baby skincare products from an established brand.  The stay itself was fantastic with a cosy room, abundance of toiletries, and exceptional breakfast. Shoutout to Mr Baskaran for attending to all our breakfast requests for our daughter. The baby dosa was a hit!  Located in a prime spot in Chennai next to Spencer Plaza and the newer EA Mall, Taj Connemara is strategic. Travel to major shopping centres and traditional clothing stores was made easy.  Last but not least, the hospitality and polite service offered by the staff of Taj Connemara was nothing short of amazing. 호텔은 실제로 퇴색된 색상과 딱딱한 재료가 벗겨진 지루한 인테리어로 오래되어 가고 있습니다. 창문에 똥을 싸는 새와 불쾌한 전망을 없애기 위해 뭔가 해야 합니다. 외관은 건물 전체에 많은 균열이 보입니다. 프런트 데스크 직원인 Fayaz는 고객을 맞이할 때 미소를 짓는 방법을 모릅니다. 럭셔리 컬렉션 호텔이라고 말하지만, 노력해야 할 일입니다. 그렇지 않으면 경쟁자가 인수할 것입니다.

레인트리 호텔에 묵는 것은 즐거웠습니다. 우리는 매우 환영받는다고 느꼈고 최고의 아침 식사를 먹었으며 모두가 우리의 숙박을 훌륭한 경험으로 만들었습니다. 우리는 이틀 더 묵었고 첸나이 방문을 위해 Raintree St. Mary's Road에 머무르는 것이 최선의 선택이었다고 느꼈습니다.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I walked in, the hotel had a fresh and pleasant fragrance that created a welcoming atmosphere. The room was spotless, spacious, and incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax and enjoy my stay. The overall ambiance was warm and inviting, and the staff were friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable place to stay.

We loved our stay here! Cleanliness to service was brilliant. Coming from Singapore, we were little worried about the hotel and cleanliness but with no doubt it was superb. Infact we don't have a complaint. We had hotel breakfast, dinner buffet, dinner ala carte at the ground level restaurant (part of the hotel) food was good, ambience is beautiful and I must say Navaneeth and ashiq were such warm and friendly boys, serving with smiles, checking on us and even other customers esp elderly folks. That is one of the best service etiquettes we have seen. Their communication skills with a little humour was a hats off! Definitely coming back and definitely recommending family and friends. Totally no regrets. Thank you residency towers team. Keep up the good work and spirit!

I would definitely return here. Overall, very good value for money.   The breakfast daily and the staff were truly exceptional.  The room was good, everything worked and in-room dining that is 24/7, was excellent.  We arrived at 2am and the food, at that time, for famished travellers was truly appreciated. Thank you Holiday Inn.  You have excellent staff and hope you are valuing them.  Staff farewelled us on our last day!!   I did not give five stars for cleanliness as the toilet seats could/ should be cleaned better.

good services and location. silent atmosphere good food and variety of breakfast. the only problem was that in online booking it is shown smoking is allowed where in it is a non smoking property. should change it becomes difficult for smokers

It was nice stay I. Chennai , good location , staffs are supportive and friendly , lots of shopping malls and entertainment near by , Overall very good hotel for reasonable price .
