The guy at the reception didn’t care to offer a seat. The chair has a tattered hand rest. The hand shower in the bath is rusty. The bathroom is stinking and floor is dirty

This property is a habit of not giving hand towels unless it’s asked. Always there is an excuse telling laundry late. Safe deposit locker not available in the room. It’s look like there is shortage of locker and shifting from one to another. In our case we asked for the locker in the evening and not delivered until till we complained to the ***ager in the next day.

Booked for others, for business trip purposes. All good...

Service was excellent Facilities was good. Food was superb especially the breakfast Unfortunately, the booking i made through Trip ,com was not relayed to the hotel. When i checked in to the hotel, there was no reservation of my record there. I had to contact a friend of mine who knew the ***ager there to resolve the issue. As a result, i have to wait 1.5 hours at the lobby. It is quite a bad experience. In future, i will contact the hotel directly rather than going through a third party.

Rooms are spacious and good hospitality from all staff especially Ms. Jeni. The breakfast is good masala dosa and vada , good spread. Lovely swimming pool and valet parking , the hotel is always busy . Housekeeping staff are very friendly . Choose savera for location and hospitality

Nice accommodation. Very clean and beautiful house keeping.prabhu and ***ikdas thank you for your lovely services. Excellent ambiance and pool also neet and clean you must visit place in Chennai. Food also very tasty u must be try sambar idly

Check-in to check-out I had wonderful experience, hotel was very hygiene, lobby was very clean and tidy, room are well maintained by housekeeping staff, especially Mr prabhu floor ***ager,and Karthikeyan and mahalingam did wonderful job ,,room amenities good quality, swimming pool was outstanding, Breakfast was very good and yummy

Very nice place with all the faciliti and also a good atmosphere especially mr ***ikdas and who help me a lot and very kind frindly and also mr kumruddin the floor ***ejar for his leddership and experience also not the least the food excellent no complant

My stay was 14 days . Every day I was much welcomed by the housekeeping Mr ***ikdass and floor ***ager Parbahu who are excellence and hospitality was excellent. Everyday they come and ask for requirements which I need and same was well appointed. Food for breakfast and dinner was very good and all staff are very kind and I have no complaints to make. Keep up the good work.
