주차 가능 트빌리시 호텔 예약

침대 두 개가 있는 방을 예약했습니다. Trip.com 앱을 통해 호텔에 메시지를 보냈지만 답장이 없었습니다. 호텔에 직접 이메일을 보냈지만 답장이 없었습니다. 침대 두 개가 있는 방은 침대 한 개가 있는 방보다 작습니다. 도착했을 때 배정받은 방은 침대 두 개가 붙어 있었고 시트 한 장이 깔려 있었습니다. 담당자를 보내 침대를 분리하고 각 침대에 시트를 따로 깔아야 했습니다. 방에는 의자가 두 개 있지만 팔걸이가 없어서 그다지 편안하지 않았습니다. 매트리스도 그다지 편안하지 않았습니다. 매트리스 위에 매트리스 패드를 얹어 놓았는데 너무 부드럽고 뜨거워서 더 잘 자려면 패드를 제거해야 했습니다. TV 채널, 특히 뉴스 채널이 있었습니다. 스페인어, 포르투갈어, 이탈리아어 채널은 없었습니다. 아침 식사는 괜찮았지만 장기 투숙 시 항상 같은 메뉴였습니다. 따뜻한 요리는 두 가지 종류가 있었는데, 스크램블 에그, 베이컨, 그리고 야채가 들어간 요리였습니다(매일 메뉴가 바뀝니다). 빵 뷔페, 두 종류의 시리얼, 잼, 벌집에서 따온 꿀이 있습니다.모듬 과일, 헤이즐넛, 신선한 치즈, 요구르트, 삶은 달걀, 저지방 우유, 아몬드 우유가 있습니다.커피와 카푸치노 머신과 티백이 있습니다.계란은 원하는 스타일로 주문할 수도 있습니다.글루텐 없는 빵은 끔찍합니다.잘라내면 부서지는 맛없는 롤입니다.다른 옵션은 포장되지 않은 둥근 쌀 케이크로 더 이상 바삭하지 않고 포장을 풀면 오히려 쫄깃합니다.다행히 우리는 글루텐 없는 빵을 직접 가져갔는데, 글루텐 없는 옵션이 있는지 묻는 이메일이나 앱 메시지에 응답하지 않았습니다.헬스장은 작습니다.유산소 운동을 하기에 좋습니다.몇 개의 웨이트가 있습니다.가장 무거운 것은 지하에 있는 20파운드짜리입니다.최상층에는 구시가지의 아름다운 전망을 감상할 수 있는 테라스가 있습니다.호텔 입구는 포장되지 않았습니다. 거리를 수리하는 것 같아요. 밖으로 나가면 온천까지는 걸어서 5분, 케이블카를 타고 성까지는 10분, 시계탑까지는 약 20분 정도 걸립니다. 마을을 돌아다니려면 ”볼트”를 타는 게 아주 좋은 선택입니다. 리셉션과 레스토랑 직원들은 친절합니다. 경비원들은 항상 화난 것처럼 진지하고, 절대 웃지 않습니다.

호텔은 새것처럼 깨끗해 보였습니다. 장점: 방에는 화장실이 두 개 있고, 별도의 공간이 있어서 매우 편리했습니다. 어린 아기와 함께 여행하기에 아주 실용적이었습니다. 사진 속 창밖 풍경도 아름다웠습니다. 뒷마당의 경치도 매우 아름다웠습니다. 아침 식사는 간단했지만, 저희에게는 충분했습니다. 직원들은 대부분 영어를 구사했습니다. 단점: 방 소파와 화장실 한 곳에 작은 검은 개미가 있었습니다. 욕실의 샤워젤 디스펜서가 작동하지 않았습니다. 이 문제를 해결해달라고 요청했지만, 직원들은 아무런 조치도 취하지 않았습니다. 컨시어지 서비스도 없었습니다. 아기와 짐 네 개를 가지고 도착했는데 아무도 도와주려고 하지 않았습니다. 이 호텔에는 다시 묵지 않을 것 같습니다.

시설: 오래된 호텔처럼 보이지만 완벽한 시설을 갖추고 있습니다. 위생: 깨끗하고 단정하며 흠집 하나 없음 환경 : 교통이 편리하고 문 앞에 무료 주차장이 있으며 차를 지켜보고 안내 할 수있는 주변 지역의 명승지로 이동하는 것도 매우 편리합니다. 서비스: 서비스가 제대로 갖춰져 있습니다. 체크인할 때 문제가 발생하면 직원들이 친절하고 친절하게 답변해 주었습니다. 체크아웃 후 친구의 은행카드와 휴대폰을 호텔에 두고 왔는데, 호텔에서 다음날 픽업을 기다리고 있었고 상태도 양호했습니다. 그리고 그 주인이 우리인지를 판단할 책임은 우리에게 있습니다. 매우 만족

겉보기에는 평범해 보이는 호텔이지만, 혼자 출장 오거나 혼자 여행하는 분들에게는 정말 좋은 선택입니다. 우선, 밤에 잠을 잘 때 매우 조용합니다. 호텔에는 훌륭한 테라스도 있어서 늦은 밤에도 음식을 주문할 수 있습니다. 트빌리시 시내 중심가와도 아주 가깝습니다. 유일한 단점은 영어 소통이 어렵다는 점인데, 번역 앱을 준비해야 합니다. 그리고 세면도구는 하루치만 제공되며, 더 필요하면 매일 프런트 데스크에 요청해야 합니다.

Overall, my impression of the stay was mixed. The hotel appears insufficiently thought out in terms of comfort, although there are some positive aspects. There are no shelves in the shower for basic toiletries, and the bathroom lacks drawers and shelves for storing personal items. There is also no makeup mirror. The beds are movable, the safe is not fixed to the wall, and there is no soft headboard. The hair dryer is weak, and the desk is very small. There is no smart lighting system or automatic air-conditioning mode. The bathroom floor is cold, and the mirror is positioned opposite the bed, which I personally found uncomfortable. My request for drinking water was fulfilled only after 45 minutes. There are no service labels on the in-room telephone. It is unclear how a hotel with a five-star rating can operate without a gym. The advertised SPA, in reality, is a jacuzzi for 6–8 people with unusual lighting. The staff generally appeared unfriendly, especially in the restaurant. Beverages are not offered during breakfast; guests must approach the bar themselves to order coffee. Cocoa is available for an additional fee of 15 GEL. Breakfasts are generally good; however, the chef uses onions quite extensively, including in salads and other dishes, which may not suit all guests. On the positive side, I received a room upgrade due to the unavailability of the booked room category, as well as a pleasant birthday greeting from the hotel. The hotel may be suitable for short stays without high expectations; however, improvements in service and room facilities would significantly enhance the level of comfort.

호텔 직원들은 친절하고 예의 바르긴 했지만, 사소한 문제들이 많았습니다. 1. 냉장고와 주전자 외에는 플러그가 하나뿐이어서 하나를 사용하려면 다른 하나를 뽑아야 했습니다. 2. 객실 바닥에서 타일이 떨어져 나와 보기 흉했고, 맨발로 방을 돌아다니면 거친 모서리에 쉽게 베일 수 있었습니다. 경영진이 이 문제를 해결했어야 했습니다. 3. 매일 옆방에서 들려오는 시끄러운 음악 소리에 잠에서 깼습니다. 이건 호텔 탓이 아닙니다. 다만 벽이 너무 얇거나, 그 손님이 정말 지옥에서 온 손님이었을 수도 있습니다. 4. 마지막 날, 호텔에 온수가 나오지 않는 것 같았습니다. 객실 크기가 사진에 나온 것과 다르고, 호텔이 어떻게 별 4개를 받았는지 이해가 안 됩니다. 아마 저희 방 기준으로는 별 3개가 적당하고 정확한 것 같습니다. 와이파이는 훌륭했고, 주변에 많은 상점과 즐길 거리가 있어서 좋은 점도 있고 좋은 점도 있는 것 같아요. 제 잔소리 때문에 손님들이 완전히 싫어할 필요는 없을 것 같아요.

아침 식사를 하러 가시면 모든 것에 추가 요금이 부과됩니다. 블랙 커피만 제공됩니다. 카푸치노나 다른 음료를 원하시면 추가 요금이 부과됩니다. Omlate에 문의하시면 추가 요금이 부과되므로 아침 식사와 최상층에서 제공되는 메뉴가 제한적입니다. 새벽 1시까지 음악을 틀어주는 레스토랑 바가 있는데, 객실은 매우 작습니다. 비즈니스 호텔과 같습니다.

Positive aspects: The hotel is newly opened, and the room itself is clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping is flawless – towels are changed daily, they are clean and in good condition. The bed is comfortable, Wi-Fi works reliably, and the climate control is adequate (neither stuffy nor too warm). The room is equipped with a TV, though the channel selection is limited (no movie channels such as TV1000). Standard amenities are provided: bottled water, slippers, and bathroom toiletries (mini-soap, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel), although body lotion, toothbrush, and toothpaste were not available. Breakfast is quite basic, but all items are fresh. I would also like to acknowledge the staff member who quickly resolved an issue with a steamer – she was smiling, friendly, and efficient. 1. Check-in experience and guest information: Upon arrival, there was no warm welcome, no escort to the room, and no luggage assistance. No in-room information was provided regarding Wi-Fi access, hotel services, bar prices, or the schedule of the conference (timing and location). All of this had to be inquired about separately after check-in. Additionally, the front desk had difficulty locating my reservation, which caused unnecessary delay. I stayed at this hotel to attend a conference that lasted from early morning until late evening. Unfortunately, instead of a good rest, I had a terrible experience that completely ruined my stay. 2/ Security issue (a nightmare at night): At around 3 a.m., while I was fast asleep before an important day, strangers walked into my room without any prior notice – they opened the door with their own key card. They were just as shocked to see me as I was to see them. Imagine waking up to find unknown people in your private space. Not only is this a serious breach of security and privacy, but a little while later I was woken up again – this time by a receptionist who came to personally apologize for the earlier intrusion. Instead of handling this in the morning or at least calling first, they woke me up a second time. I couldn't fall back asleep afterwards, and I had to get up very early. 3/ Staff response (dismissive and unhelpful): In the morning, I went to the front desk to ask how this could have happened and what the hotel was willing to offer as compensation for my ruined sleep and emotional distress. The female receptionist gave me a cold, cynical reply: ”We already apologized to you – what more do you want?” and ”You didn't sleep? That's your problem. We said sorry.” This attitude is completely unacceptable in the hospitality industry. She made no effort to understand the situation, offered no solution (be it a discount, a complimentary service, or even basic human empathy). For them, a formal ”sorry” seems to be a free pass for any mistake. Conclusion: This hotel cannot guarantee the most basic things – your safety and a good night's sleep. And the staff clearly don't know how to handle guest complaints except with arrogance and indifference. You cannot get back the sleep you lost at 3 a.m., and the feeling of insecurity stayed with me for the rest of my stay. I cannot recommend this hotel to business travelers or tourists alike. If you value your peace of mind, decent service, and actual safety – look elsewhere. Apologies don't replace quality rest, and the staff attitude here is truly disappointing.
