The property is very conveniently located near Gatwick Airport, making it an excellent choice for red-eye arrivals or early morning departures. The room itself is spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing environment to rest before or after a flight. On the downside, the room was quite cold, and there didn’t seem to be an obvious way to adjust the temperature, which affected overall comfort.

개트윅 북부 터미널에서 도보로 2분 거리에 있어서 이 호텔을 선택했습니다. 체크인하고 처음엔 방을 배정받았는데, 들어가 보니 청소가 전혀 안 되어 있었고, 바닥에는 수건이, 침대는 정리되지 않은 채, 테이블에는 병뚜껑이 열려 있었습니다. 다시 리셉션으로 갔더니 직원들이 매우 친절했고, 친절하게도 방을 업그레이드해 주었으며 불편을 끼쳐드려 죄송하다고 말했습니다. 배정받은 새 방은 제가 예약했던 방과 매우 비슷했습니다. 어떤 업그레이드인지는 잘 모르겠지만, 적어도 이번에는 깨끗했습니다. 가격은 꽤 비싼 편이지만, 청결도는 부족하지만 위치가 그 단점을 커버합니다. 다음에는 돈을 아껴 길 건너편에 있는 프리미어 인에 묵을 것 같습니다.

Very well located close to shops, restaraunts, grocery stores etc, Lovely area at back to overlook the river and enjoy some food and drink. Rooms are a good size and very clean. Parking does cost but is very good and very central to everything

The staff were very professional and friendly, however, I paid extra for an upgrade room , with larger bed.The bed was a basic double.The bathroom was extremely small , not acceptable really .There was no adequate mirror in the bedroom either .This spoilt our stay .

호텔은 객실에서 청소 및 개조가 필요하지만 접수 원은 매우 즐겁습니다. 매우 잘 맞이된 느낌이 들었습니다. 비상박1~2일 발생시 필요한 경우 추천합니다.

Everything perfect as always. Just two comments: firstly the bathrooms are way too small, and secondly, a hotel of this quality should not consider it necessary to charge extra for parking, though i admit that this does unfortunately seem to be becoming the norm these days. That said, all in all a lovely hotel.

Booked 4 rooms over two night so business directors, told I could only have best western pounds for the room I stayed in regardless of booking and paying for them all, staff can only so no or I can’t, this filters down from the manager so be prepared for terrible service and frankly tired and grubby interiors

This is a very nice and clean hotel close to the town centre and ideal for shopping. The breakfast was very nice and my family had a relaxing time at this facility.

入住便捷性：離倫敦希思羅機場非常近，一出機場幾分鐘的路程就到了。 衞生：房間衞生特別好，非常乾淨，床單被套都很新。 設施：有Wi-Fi、洗衣機、空調、暖氣跟一個小型的KTV唱歌機。 環境：民宿旁邊有餐廳、酒吧、便利店、公園。還有一個很古典的教堂。 服務：民宿老闆特別熱心

บรรยากาศดีวิวรอบข้างสวยงาม (เพียงแต่เสียดายฉันไปในตอนกลางคืนและฝนตก) การจัดการในโรงแรมด้านออแกร์ไนน์ดูหรู เหมาะสมกับราคาห้องพักและการบริการดีพนักงานต้อนรับน่ารัก ถ้าได้ไปในช่วงหน้าร้อนคงสวยหน้าดู ฉันจะรอถึงฤดูร้อนแล้วจะไปพักใหม่อีกรอบ
