Overall it was good….excellent food, lovely room, excellent service. The downside was as it wasn’t very sunny there wasn’t a lot to do in the hotel itself during the day. The single jacuzzi was always full and the indoor pool was freezing! Also although the gym had a couple of nice machines there were very few (nothing for triceps or biceps) and no free weights. I probably would go for a more adult oriented hotel in Salou next time but if these things don’t matter to you I would definitely recommend staying here!

I've been staying at this hotel regularly for over ten years. The main advantage of this hotel is the staff, who never change. So, all regular guests here become part of the family. This time I was here for my birthday, and it was so nice to receive the warmest congratulations from everyone! The hotel is impeccable. The only downside is that the breakfast food, which should be hot, is completely cold.

Le personnel est très gentil et souriant. Nous avons été surclassé car la borne de recharge électrique ne fonctionnait pas. Un geste très gentil de la part de l'hôtel.La chambre spacieuse ainsi que la salle d'eau. La literie est confortable. En revanche il y a un problème d'insonorisation ont entend vraiment beaucoup les voisins. Il manquait aussi un brise vue sur la terrasse pour avoir plus d'intimité avec la chambre voisine. Par contre le petit déjeuner est vraiment très bon et varié.

Can’t recommend this hotel enough, location , staff and service was amazing. It is abit on a hill, but this didn’t bother me at all. I had the breakfast included and was so pleased, so much to choose from! Staff were super friendly and room was cleaned daily. I did not have the sea view but had a lovely view of palm trees from my room which always had a nice breeze coming. Loved every bit and will most likely stay here again when I visit Salou. El hotel está muy bien y lo van reformando, deberían limpiar los balcones, porque también hay suciedad con un barrido ya está, la comida muy buena y variedad, las animaciones están muy bien para los niños y también para los adultos. Lo bueno que abres con una pulsera tú habitación y puedes meter dinero. Además el hotel es muy grande y hay dos comedores. Yo volveré con mi hijo

Todo correcto. El hotel bastante sencillo. Las habitaciones justitas para un 4 estrellas. Es cierto que estás en el parque prácticamente. La entrada y llegada a la recepción un poco lenta. Grandes grupos que dificultan el check in y únicamente 2 personas en recepción. El acceso al parking estrecho y poco señalizado. El coste es de 18€ la noche, algo excesivo, pero las plazas son amplias

호텔은 매우 깨끗합니다. 우리는 침대 하나가 있는 방을 요청했지만 실제로 두 번의 결혼식이 있었습니다. 욕실에는 건조기, 샴페인, 젤 및 바디 크림이 있으며 미니 페이스트와 오줌이 있는 치아 방패도 있습니다. 뷔페는 감기 대신 새로 만든 음식과 사원 포스터를 위한 약간 작고 긴 꼬리입니다. 방은 호텔에서 불과 몇 분 거리에 있습니다.

Très mauvaise isolation dans les chambres, on entend tout ce qu’il se passe dans les chambres voisines et dans le couloir. Très bon emplacement avec vue mer, boutiques et restaurants à proximité.

Free wifi and parking! Near park + 2 visitor pass for stay. For breakfast you need to reserve timeslot and be sure in you do it late your breakfast timeslot will be 8:00 - 8:40. These only one sad thing for our stay. PS no bottled water in rooms.

Todo correcto a falta de aire acondicionado en la habitación, desayuno correcto y personal muy amable
