Overall it was good….excellent food, lovely room, excellent service. The downside was as it wasn’t very sunny there wasn’t a lot to do in the hotel itself during the day. The single jacuzzi was always full and the indoor pool was freezing! Also although the gym had a couple of nice machines there were very few (nothing for triceps or biceps) and no free weights. I probably would go for a more adult oriented hotel in Salou next time but if these things don’t matter to you I would definitely recommend staying here!

장점 - 공원과 가깝고 밤에 음식을 먹으러 갈 수 있을 만큼 가깝습니다. 아침 식사는 좋았고 오전 8시에 가면 바쁘지 않았습니다. 그렇지 않으면 대기열에 기대 단점 - 우리는 룰렛을했지만 그들은 우리가 어느 호텔에 있는지 알려주지 않았습니다. 우리는 결국 엘파소에 와서 우리가 거기에 머물 예정이라는 것을 알았습니다. 그들은 또한 우리 방 번호를 보내지 못했고 픽업 차량에 대한 세부 정보를 리셉션에 제공 한 후 보안이 통과하지 않았기 때문에 입장을 거부했습니다. 수영장 쪽 라운저가 정말 불편했습니다. 화장지는 우리가 다음에 머물렀던 2 성급 예산보다 나빴고 제공 될 세면 도구는 비어있었습니다. 나는 이것을 4 성급 호텔로 분류하지 않을 것이며 성수기에는 방문조차하지 않았으므로 위의 일부는 내가 기대하는 것이 아닙니다.

Très belle hôtel, bonne emplacement proche de la ville mêle si c'est dans des rue un peu pommé. Chambre très petite et très simpliste, rideau qui ne sont pas du tout occultant, lit très petit, aucune isolation sonore ( on entends même le bip de l'ascenseur, donc imaginez vous.. ) Salle de bain moderne mais l'eau très chaude voir bouillante par moment, il n'y avais pas d'eau froide très souvent. Personnel aimable.

Can’t recommend this hotel enough, location , staff and service was amazing. It is abit on a hill, but this didn’t bother me at all. I had the breakfast included and was so pleased, so much to choose from! Staff were super friendly and room was cleaned daily. I did not have the sea view but had a lovely view of palm trees from my room which always had a nice breeze coming. Loved every bit and will most likely stay here again when I visit Salou. On arrival the holiday centre was as photographed on the website, fresh, bright, airy and modernised. Apartments are spacious with 2 wide single beds pushed together in the main room which leads off on to an exceptionally generous size balcony. Plenty of room for kids to play, loungers and table and chairs etc. the bed in the hallway (pull down from wall) was comfy and great for my 9 year old son. The livingroom couches were also single beds and of good quality and wide enough, seem some very slim, thin ones before - these were very comfy although never slept in by us as my daughter had a cot.  Check in and out was seamless but be aware a deposit is taken (around £10 per night and given back at end of apartment is left satisfactory) so factor this in to your spends needed initially.  The thing that stood out for us as a family was the lovely man and his assistants who ran the kids club, entertainment, pool games and really engaged with the children despite his obviously long days. They are a credit to the hotel and I don’t think it would attract as many families if this small but important team weren’t on board - my son Jacob loved kids club and made some great friends for the week. Now is still recommend this hotel with given some recommendations to change things. The hotel caters to very large, roudy crowds of preteens/teens on school holiday stays. They are chaotic and woke our toddler several times, running through corridors screaming, taking up lift where pushchairs and wheelchair users should have priority and teens/groups managed more carefully as they would be if from anywhere else. Called to reception to complain and inform but was pretty much brushed off as they’re excited. Just not great for the rest of us also wanting to enjoy our apartment, sleep and have children. We waited an incredibly long time with 20-30 teens in front of us. I called down to reception one evening as they were shouting, banging and screaming in the halls. Some hotels do not cater to exceptionally large groups for this reason, especially when catering to family holidays also - I’d only stay again if I knew there was no large groups such as this booked to stay. We only ate breakfast the last morning as we preferred to go out to dinners etc as a social thing in the evenings with the children as we don’t drink alcohol much when have young children with us. Food was as expected in hotels, nothing bad to note and plenty of options which are the norm.  If you like quiet this hotel might not be for you. Po. Kew is loud due to entertainment although this didn’t bother us with it stopping at 11pm but the ‘quieter’ side facing out to the road/side was filled with already mentioned large groups of teens shouting back and forth to each other continually. Highly recommend checking if these school trips are on when booking if you like a quiet, relaxed family holiday (most of us do when we have young children). All in all the hotel is great location, good sized rooms and entertainment for much younger children but would be put off returning due to the issues mentioned.

매우 훌륭하고 편안한 객실, 호텔은 괜찮 았고 일부 룸메이트는 다른 사람들보다 좋았지 만 레스토랑의 음식은 얼어 붙었고 Coca Cola 또는 Fanta에게 요청하고 이미 제공되는 음료를 가져 오는 것을 제외하고는 청구하는 것에 대해 상당히 나쁩니다. 호텔 매우 편안하고 매우 편안했습니다. 뷔페는 아침 식사 만 있었고 식당이 너무 많은 사람들을 덮을만큼 크지 않기 때문에 들어가기 위해 충분한 줄을 서야하는 것 외에도 조금 작았습니다. 수영장은 괜찮은데 햄이 있는 조직은 없고, 원할 때 원하는 곳에 각각 넣고, 작은 재앙입니다.

Todo correcto. El hotel bastante sencillo. Las habitaciones justitas para un 4 estrellas. Es cierto que estás en el parque prácticamente. La entrada y llegada a la recepción un poco lenta. Grandes grupos que dificultan el check in y únicamente 2 personas en recepción. El acceso al parking estrecho y poco señalizado. El coste es de 18€ la noche, algo excesivo, pero las plazas son amplias

Nice hotel.... perfectly clean. Friendly staff. There were many children's groups on excursions. Breakfast from 8.00-10.00 more than plentiful))))) The rooms are renovated. Thank you, blessings!

Très mauvaise isolation dans les chambres, on entend tout ce qu’il se passe dans les chambres voisines et dans le couloir. Très bon emplacement avec vue mer, boutiques et restaurants à proximité.

Free wifi and parking! Near park + 2 visitor pass for stay. For breakfast you need to reserve timeslot and be sure in you do it late your breakfast timeslot will be 8:00 - 8:40. These only one sad thing for our stay. PS no bottled water in rooms.
