We are pleased to offer you a truly whimsical treasure. Salt Box is an enchanting and quaint village home that has been tastefully renovated but still maintains its old style charm. There is a romantic covered outdoor living area that flows to a large walled backyard for privacy as well as garden entertaining. The main cottage has 3 air conditioned bedrooms, 2 on the main floor and an ensuite master bedroom suite upstairs. The cottage has 2 air conditioned bedrooms with a shared bathroom and outdoor shower. A large salt water swimming pool ties the two cottages together. The old style kitchen is equipped with fridge, stove, cooking utensils with a historic fireplace backdrop original from circa 1820. There are various lounging spaces which including the cozy indoor living room and the calm outdoor living room perfect for reading or having small dinner parties. The guest cottage has a small outdoor living room and outdoor eating area to have all your meals under cover overlooking the pool. Over the dune, a hop skip and a jump from Harbour Island’s world famous Pink Sands Beach, on a quiet street, sits Kings Surf Shack – the new wave of surfing style. Chill out in one of the swings that hang over the social area of the pool, which are idyllic for relaxing day or night or, when the sun goes down put your feet up and enjoy watching your favourite movies on the remote screen with laser projector.Kings Surf Shack has 5 bedrooms (with a loft), 5.5 bathrooms, pantry and cozy TV room/kids area. The main house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The master is replete with a king size wicker bed, walk in closet and master bathroom with pink and green Cuban tiles and a double shower that leads to an outdoor bathtub and shower. Next to the master is the Surfer Girl Room with four poster queen bed and ensuite bathroom. The third bedroom is the Bunk Room with a fun barn wood fort for children to enjoy.Annexed to the main house is the Guest Suite with a king size bed, loft with two twin beds, ensuite bathroom, sitting room (with TV) and coffee station.Above the outdoor covered area is the Guest Cottage, with king size bed, TV, full kitchen with Big Chill Retro Yellow Appliances and balcony hanging over the pool.On top of the Guest Cottage sits a Crows Nest with fabulous Ocean Views and a king size day bed for sunbathing or stargazing.Under the Guest Cottage sits the mini gym with a Peloton Bike, Yoga Mats and a few free weights.Behind the Guest Cottage is an outdoor Shower and bathroom.The entire home is powered during the day by Solar Power. It has a Rolls Royce back up generator and a Reverse Osmosis System with 10,000 gallon cistern providing drinking water from every faucet.The Kings Surf Shack is like no other.
